Moschino

Just discovered this scent recently, today is the 3rd time I have properly worn it after several samples and I really wanted to write a review because this stuff is amazing and I love it! I actually decided to try it because of the comparisons to Obsession which I love, and I do see the similarities to begin with, but really they are only similar, to my nose, in the opening. This does start out very similar to obsession. The first blast of this out of the bottle really is a blast - this is potent, one spray perfume, you do not need to go overboard or over spray this one! After a few seconds you smell the resemblance to the start of obsession, that strong, leathery, warm, resinous rich smell, like a smooth shiny conker. But within 30 minutes these are clearly different beasts. After about 30 mins this suddenly softens considerably becoming a lot more typically "feminine". Musks, florals and warm powdery notes start to develop and this scent grows and grows as it warms on the skin. There is still the rich warm spicy soft strength that is shared in Obsession, yet it is different. About an hour in this smells to me a little like a cross between Obsession and L'heure bleue! It is amazing. This perfume truly is a shape shifter. After a couple of hours I get a scent I associate with incense, that deep, rich, resinous warm, softly spicy powderyness - it is not smoky at all on me, but has a quality I can only describe as being like incense. This stage lasts another few hours. Then this begins to change again, into a softer, very feminine powdery vanilla floral on a rich resin base. I find this to be very well blended, it is difficult for me to distinguish individual notes. I love the way this perfume swirls and changes throughout the day. It is not one of these were one notes comes forward then retreats, not a scent that suddenly changes, no this swirls and softens and morphs slowly, subtly developing new nuances as it settles and beds in to the skin. This works with your body heat and chemistry to become an aura of beautiful scent that swirls and caresses the body as you move. I sit here taking deep breaths of this beauty. This is a strong perfume and not for shrinking violets I think - yet it never becomes cloying or annoying, more it is fascinating as it slowly changes through the day. Longevity is incredible, one spray onto my skin and this lasts through to the next morning! Sillage is pretty massive too, my partner is sat across the room and he can smell it distinctly as "my perfume" from about 5 feet away, and that is several hours in, probably the 7th or 8th hour now today. However he says it is not annoying or overpowering at all. I really do like this perfume, enough to actually be considering buying a back up bottle. This may even replace Obsession as a favourite seeing as my 30ml obsession bottle with oakmoss is divine whereas my newer version without is a much thinner composition. I really rate this perfume, give it a try.

I've had my genuine tester 75ml edt for a while now. I've worn it only on several occasions to work over consecutive days. Been told it smells nice but that l need to tone it down. I think I got used to the scent so much I didn't smell it anymore so I sprayed more on to compensate. The bottle states: the same perfume pyramid as above; is made in Italy; and belongs to the oriental/vanilla /amber olfactive family. My impression of the fragrance is basically the same. The initial carbonated lift... The fizzy, warm, green galbanum rush is incredible. It's no surprise that the bottle is designed intentionally to resemble Italian table wine. I marvel how the perfume remains perfectly bubbly throughout that experience. Thanks to the magic of aldehydes. In fact the stubby bottle and the deep, earthy, sweet, aromatic concoction strongly reminds me of authentic root beer that's just been opened. There is indeed a lot vanilla in here. When the beautiful rosy green floral heart appears, it sort of smells like a plush layer of baby powder. I want to add that this isn't an anemic bouquet that I encounter increasingly with more prestigious perfume houses when it comes to edt concentrations. There's life and body to the flowers yet. The perfume for the most part, though rich, is never heavy and maintains a fresh brightness to it. I think it's because tart, juicy fruits. Without the fruit, the base and heart resembles traditional Indian incense notes (ie: my precious Super Hit Nag Champa or Patchouli Forest). And a sandal wood soap. Unlike Angel, I find the fragrance on the whole, delectably edible (or rather, drinkable). It begs someone to lean in and drink it all in. In a friendly way, of course! At the tail end, it's very comforting, warm, very sweet, woody, cozy, musky, cottony smooth and powdery soft. It's a very well executed perfume with a neat concept behind it. It's off kilter and unconventionally pretty in its own way. She's a classy dame that can be worn year round. Looks like I'm postponing any thoughts of Chanel Coco or more Allure Sensuelle. I have barely made a dent on this. I'm going to wear it more often. Edit: I wore this recently to an early Xmas party in a lime green dress. I also put on a little bit of Tresor scented lotion as well as a richer fruity-vanilla one from Bath and Body Works. Then I sprayed this eau over top. The result is a richer floriental smell as opposed to fresh spicy. I was told I smelled "beautiful". The fruity plum, spices, musk and vanilla became really pronounced. It smelled delectable. Gourmand, even!!! Crazy, huh? I've always been an Oriental girl.

I am amongst the happy owners of this scent now! I literally was sniffing out the wearer of this scent the other day more than a month ago now. The sillage of this perfume is absolutely amazing! I could not find who it was as the scent gently filled all the foyer of the hotel I was in. It is a very well blended fragrance. I was captivated by its unusual sweet, spicy and powdery nutmeg-vanilla aroma from the first second I felt it. It wasn't sugary sweet nor spicy hot. It was extremely feminine, sensual, warm and balanced to the perfection. I couldn't guess what the fragrance was, but I was definate in one thing - I must have it! I must admit that my first guess was - "Is that a Shalimar?" - but no I was completely sure that it wasn't after few following sniffs. It was something even more alluring to me, which to the fact was surprising, because I have Shalimar and used to think that there couldn't be anything more intriguing than that. But what was it then? I was walking around trying to find the Lady, being afraid of what if I won't going to find her and loose the chance of knowing what it is? But, oh my, I found Her and I am so grateful She told me the name of the scent!! I was hesitating with a purchase as found the information on the internet that it is no longer available and what there is - all are fakes. Not true! I have received it today! It's a fantastic oriental scent! One of a kind. If you like scents like Opium YSL, Shalimar Guerlain or Obsession Calvin Klein - go for it! But to be honest - this is such a treasure, I am pleased that it's not popular. True gem! It stands out from the crowd and makes others turn heads on you! It fills the room with your presence but not in a loud way, more as a gentle, but confident statement - the Lady is here.

"It's a perfume!" were the first words out of my mouth upon applying Moschino MOSCHINO. What a gorgeous, substantial composition this is! I love the rich florality mingling with all of the spices and the patchouli. The marigold (tagetes) really stands out for me--in a beautiful way--but all of the other floral and oriental and chypre notes contribute as the voices of a harmonic chorus. MOSCHINO has very, very, big sillage and phenomenal longevity (impossible to review two perfumes on this glorious day!), and I have to say that this is my best purchase in a long time. Although this perfume was launched in the '80s, I do not find it '80s-ish in that "oh no: impossible to wear" way, but I do think that it needs to be applied sparingly if one plans on interacting with others in public. I was thrilled to spend another dreaded "wintry mix" weather day in my warm apartment marvelling at how wonderful I smell! I steered clear from the house of Moschino after less than felicitous encounters with three members of the CHEAP & CHIC series, none of which I find wearable. But they have redeemed themselves many times over with MOSCHINO and also COUTURE, another recent acquisition and splendid creation. As an added plus, the bottles in which these two gems are housed are lovely as well... Anyone who loves perfume (as opposed to unidimensional flimsy cologne, shower-in-a-bottle, office-ready inoffensive fruity floral frags, etc.) has got to give MOSCHINO a sniff!

Questo profumo quando uscì per la prima volta nel 1987 aveva un odore molto diverso,era simile a shalimar ma molto speziato,marcato e potente. Purtroppo venne sostituito quasi subito dalla versione più dolce e fluida che poi restò inalterata per tutti gli anni 90. Era davvero un profumo incantevole, dolce, liquoroso ma molto speziato. Lo usavo per le feste di natale perché aveva quell'atmosfera di calore e di luce calda che brilla nel buio,un po come le luci di natale nel buio della notte,fredda. Dorato,regale,festivo e molto voluttuoso,veniva voglia di berlo. Poi dopo il 2000 è stato rifirmulato credo nella versione attuale che ormai non ha più niente di quella gloria passata. È sciocco andare a cercare moschino oggi e pensare di sentire gli aromi che aveva nel 1987, a meno che non trovi un edizione vintage di quegli anni. Le recensioni che definiscono i profumi di questo tipo come "datati,vecchi,superati e da anziano" le trovo odiose. Anche perché quando indossavamo questi profumi avevamo 15 anni. I profumi di oggi sono delle schifezze,tutti uguali,senza fantasia completamente sintetici, senza valore e senza alcuna sensualità. E queste schifezze sarebbero giovanili ? Le vaniglie? I biscotti,il caramello e gli intrugli stomacanti tipo " la vie est belle"?o gli oudh che li mettono dappertutto e non sono neanche buoni da sentire. È evidente che la gente è stata manipolata

This was my late mother's signature scent, I kept her bottle and it takes pride and place in my perfume collection, 12 years later - it still smells amazing. I love this perfume, purely for the memories... a Scent really can transport you back in time! I don't wear this perfume but I do spritz it during times when I need to feel my mams presence. Its a powerhouse and this scent lasts!!! It's vintage, classic and it always got my mam compliments... every single day someone complimented her on her beautiful perfume and she loved it. She was a religious, honest, hardworking Irish woman, who never bought herself anything and if truth be told... she wore the same clothes, with a nice outfit for mass time only, before going back into the rags, as she used to say! But, she always wore her Moschion daily. I found this perfume on sale YEARS ago and picked it up for her birthday and the rest was history, she instantly loved it and every birthday and Christmas, she looked forward to getting her gifts, and the most anticipated gift... yes... her beloved Moschino. Times were simpler, everyone had less but we appreciated more. Fragrances were a treat and were made to last, to be loved and make us feel so special. Moschino is more than a perfume, it's a feeling, a moment in time and in my opinion a forever classic ❤️

Well Ms.Kim231, you just found a guy who wants to wear this. It feels very unisex. I absolutely love this down to the ground. The nutmeg blends wonderfully with the Galbanum (many scents I love seem to have it in the mix) to create a warm, earthy powder I can really get behind. I also find the Carnation here not being a dominant soapy note quite novel. I could say the same for the Sandalwood, which often smells like celery on my skin, that blends really nicely with the Vanilla to create a gentle sweetness. It feels a lot like Youth Dew's floral,green cousin. I quite like Youth Dew, but it feels too heavy for daily use.This has been a big part of why I've not bought some yet. In contrast, Moschino is actually also quite fresh to my pleasant surprise.I tend to shy away from Spicy Amber scents due to how heavy they feel,but this one has me curious to find more spicy amber that aren't. I will absolutely pick this up around September when it gets chilly. A little annoying I find this scent in April when the time for it has effectively ended, but I've got plenty of lovely fresh smells for the heat to enjoy!

This is such a great fragrance for cold weather wear. If you like spicy Orientals, this is a must try because it is hands down one of the best iterations of the genre. Spicy, bitter, sweet, resinous, dry, floral, herbal, woody, and warm. It has it all and is all wonderfully done. The performance is beast mode in the best sense. One spray is all you need with this baby to be wrapped all day in its lovely embrace. While I agree that it shares a strong similarity with Obsession, especially vintage Obsession, the vanilla is much more toned down and the scent overall is much greener, drier and not as sweet. For me I think it is different enough from Obsession where it is worth having both. While I know what I purchased 2 years ago is not the original formula, I don't feel I am missing anything because it smells great to me as is. Best yet, despite the price doubling since that time, it is still very reasonably priced today. I think if you like this type of perfume, it would be a safe blind buy. I'm sure you would get as much enjoyment from this wonderful scent as I do.

I do get a bit of the comparisons to Obsession, but as I prefer Obsession for men over the women's version, I don't get it as much as other's might. This one is a throwback--as mentioned, a gorgeous 70's-80's smelling 'fume. NOT an old lady perfume, a beautiful melding of the galbanum (very very prominent here, which I love), amber, carnation, musk, vanilla, marigold (I love when this one shows up in my scents, very unique note!), and a hint of patchouli married with the nutmeg for some spice. Penny Urn'd mentioned below the comparison to Passion for Men? Yep, I feel it---but yet, this one is far from masculine. It's feminine, but from a time period when feminine meant resinous, slightly green galbanum (the kind that makes your mouth water a bit when you smell it--just a bit bitter, and that's a good thing), spicy carnation, a hint of soapy, and a lot of personality. If you like vintage scents, or vintage SMELLING scents, this one is a must have. It brings to mind the feel I get from vintage Timeless, and vintage Miss Dior. Love it.

I received a genuine tester of this perfume for free with a perfume purchase! The bottle was full but clearly recently been sprayed recently when I sniffed the cap. I could tell it had an older classic feel like Givenchy Organza or something and its not what I would normally go for. However in the same instant I detect a similar powdery sweet vanilla and green galbanum combo which I love in chanel no 19. The green note makes it a winner for me. When I ventured to try just a tiny bit on skin, what a rush it was, full on citrus, warm spices, green note, sweet vanilla and sandalwood soap. Just like the bottle, it smelled like a warm,foamy,frothy, fizzy carbonated drink: root beer! I don't mean the cheap stuff, I mean REAL root beer made from plant roots and other traditional ingredients and process... After a while it calms down you start to smell a more typical floral oriental. Soft and powdery. Look forward to giving this a more thorough wearing!

Though I've never tried Calvin Klein Obsession, I absolutely swoon when I smell this, I just inhale deeply and exhale slowly to prolong the aroma in my nose. This is not only woody, aromatic and spicy, but a fresh spicy scent that always lifts and soothes the spirit at the same time. I think what sets this apart from Obsession is the addition of the nutmeg. Sometimes you want an enticing aroma that is not so much seductive but feels like a warm embracing hug at times. I am not saying obsession is bad. Like I said I have never smelled it except in passing. I really enjoy wearing this. Especially enjoyable when out to dinner on a cool fall evening. The fragrance leaves a trail and you get compliments galore. It might smell like obsession, but it is her younger fresher sister who doesn't have to put on makeup or high heels and a seductive dress to have men want to be around her. She is not out to seduce. She is simply naturally appealing.

Úgy két hónapja van nálam, de ma először jutottunk el odáig, hogy magamra fújtam kettőt belőle... December 27-e van, még itt a fenyő, kint minden fagyos, eseget a hó, és nagyon illik a mai naphoz ez a markáns, fűszeres némi gyantás beütésű meleg illat. Nem kizárt, hogy érzem benne a szekfűt is, de a fűszerek az aromás jegyek, a bors és a borostyán viszik benne a prímet, s most, hogy pár órája illatozik rajta, és még egyet fújtam, kiérzem az ylang-ylangot is. Eddig el akartam adni, mert öregasszonyos füstőlő illatnak éreztem, de csak vártam, hogy elég hideg legyen hozzá, és működik! Őrület! Csodaszép! Nem érzem hasonlónak a Chanel 5-höz, azt is használom, de az egész más karakter. Az Obsessionnal van némi párhuzam, de nem vészesen, azt a cibet miatt képtelen vagyok elviselni. Kétszer vettem, mind a kétszer tovább is adtam, nagyon-nagyon nem. A Moschino marad!

An unexpected and kind gift from indigo! Being in love with all sorts of heavy orientals, I surprised how much different Moschino in its orientalism is. It is green oriental, very aromatic and it is the closest smell to Christmas-time in my childhood associations, when all Christmas trees were straight from the forest and their aromas were filling everyone's house, mixed with wonderful baking aromas. For some reason for realistic Christmas trees I was looking among pine-cedar fragrances, but amazingly enough - have found it among carnation and galbanum with amber combination in this champagne-like looking bottle, the miracles of perfumery and human's imagination indeed! So in few words it is aromatic-green-woody oriental, that able to move your heart and take you into a memory lane. Recommend to those who love Dune Dior, Krazy Krizia and Must Cartier.

This is now one of my top three fragrances. I went for a doctor's visit this week and the moment the doctor walked into the room, he said, 'you always smelt so good. What is that you are wearing." I told him "Moschino Moschino". I told him that I really, really liked the smell, because not only was it fresh, but spicey too. I went on to tell him about Frangrantica and the many different perfumes and colognes that were reviewed here. I must say Moschino is an exhilirating aroma. It just makes you feel invigorated and yet it soothes you too somehow. This is something I can really appreciate while recovering from a bad injury. This fragrance is spot on. I love it. It was a Christmas purchase. It is very elegant and calming. I wish they made this with matching body cream/lotion and shower gel.

I love this Moschino! I got a vintage splash mini! My first Moschino! I’ve been wanting to try this for at least 10 years and it did not disappoint! I can detect the plum, spices, amber and a hint of rose. This gives me Toujours Moi vibes and Chantilly, but I may like this one the best! I am going to compare them in the near future when I’m feeling cozy and vintage! I definitely will be buying a full bottle sooner than later. If you like Habanita, Tabu or the ones I mentioned above, you have to try this! I had Must de Cartier and I believe that one was very strong. There may be similarities, but I don’t believe it’s a dupe. Tabu is different than this so not a dupe either. Perhaps a similar dry down. Anyhow, if you love spicy, amber scents, I think this is right up your alley.

The previous reviews could've been written by me, in 2012, when I got this decant. Stashed it away, sniffed it now and then, couldn't like it let alone love it. Today I am wearing it staying at home and it's a whole different story. I concur with the person who mentions carnations (@mirrorghost). Yes! Carnations, galbanum, nutmeg slowly evolving into musky vanilla. So good, whenever I move I am getting beautiful whiffs. And something so classic, which I associate to Italian scents, so warm and stabilizing. Something of Chanel 5 too, which is very family-related for me. Its colour has turned more liquory, looks like Obsession. Well, I'm loving this, but I don't know if I would get this scent upon buying a new one. If I did, I'd buy for sure.

A previous reviewer is correct that Moschino leans masculine. It's a perfect example of how vintage femininity has enough green POW to be considered unisex by today's standards. On me, there is only a gentle hay-like sweetness in Moschino, and unlike Obsession and Must, scarcely any vanilla. Consequently, Moschino seems even less femme than they. Galbanum is the showstopper here, so if galbanum is your love, look no further - male or female! Marigold and Carnations, rounded out by ambery warmth and a hint of spice. The freesia I neither smell nor react to, as is usual for me, so it must be present in a smidgin, not a pinch. The overall impression is green and warm and grounded. Entirely well blended and excellent. Five stars.

It you loved fragrances from the era's: 70,80s and 90s then it is more than likely that you will love this exceptional scent by Moschino. To me, this beauty falls quite nicely into the Ciara, Cinnabar, Youth Dew, Obsession or Coco family and like these fragrances Moschino is an Oriental with a twist, just like it's sisters, cousins and aunts. I:E Cinnabar is loved for it's unique Coco Cola gummy bear sweets smell undertone, the sophisticated Coco by Chanel, which is loved for being heavy on the Cloves and Obsession is loved for being extra heavy on amber. I can say that Moschino does definitely bear a lot of similarity to these scents with its own unique twist; aromatic scent heavy on the Galbanum and Marigold note.

I am looking for a bottle of Moschino, if anyone in the US would care to arrange a swap with me. Partial bottles or testers are just fine. :) Vintage style fragrance in the same vein as Must de Cartier... a LOT of Galbanum! This fragrance can easily come across as masculine, yes. To me that's because of the almost pine like and earthy/mossy aspect of Galbanum coupled with the sharpness of carnation and geranium, All of these are very old fashioned or very classic notes, depending on your point of view! If you love vintage Must de Cartier as I do, you might also wish to try Moschino. They're like cousins, recognizably in the same style, and totally unlike anything released recently.

Comprato, usato e amato alla fine degli anni 80, un profumo stupendo,caldo,fluido e dorato come l'atmosfera nel periodo di natale, quando fuori è buio e freddo ma dentro ci sono luci,calore e caminetto acceso. Un aroma speziato,fiorito ma orientale,resinoso,avvolge tutto il giorno in una magica atmosfera tipica degli anni 80,calore, luci dorate, anche introverso e misterioso. Il bouquet che lo caratterizza è molto piu ricco e complesso rispetto alle note elencate ma fondamentalmente c'erano una marea di oli essenziali che uniti davano forma a un odore fluido come l'oro fuso,liquido,dolciastro che ti veniva voglia di berlo...

I first asked for a sample because I wasn't sure whether I liked spicy fragrances (I've only JUST become a perfume addict :P) and when I smelt this I just thought WOW! In my opinion it smells like Indian incense, my sis and mum agree, and VERY aromatic, elegant and classy. I can smell only a TINY amount of pepper but it isn't enough to make you smell like a man :P I am pleased I bought this however, being only 16, I would say this perfume is more for those over the age of about 25 but that aint gonna stop me from wearing this! Rating: 5/5 :D Perfect for any LADY who wants to leave a classy, aromatic, sexy impression ;)

one of the best perfumes i've worn in my life. my first time wearing it was an old bottle from my mother, and i absolutely love it! this perfume reminds me of the 80s for some reason? it might just be the bottle, which i love the design of. very simple yet so good, the ribbon is cute as well. this perfume is honestly perfect to be honest.. i'm in love with warm/spicy perfumes, and this one is at the top of my list. so good every time. lasts for very long as well and is very strong! overall, love this perfume a lot, so sad it got discontinued, but there are a few sites to still buy it off of :3

Ugh this is so amazing on a cold rainy day... it's dry and warm, exactly the counterpoint on days like this. The galbanum gives it the dry warmness, nutmeg creates a dry aromatic almost sweet but not quite, comforting aura which all is rounded off by amazing Amber. The Sandalwood here an almost vanillary desert dryness, dry hot air-like... My other favourite sandalwood is in Venice by Yves Rocher, they share similar qualities but Venice is sweeter, rounder, deeper and shyer. Moschino is drier, spicier and a bit more "look at me". Masterpiece for small money. A love.

Resins, vanilla, musk, and touch of black pepper. Intense, bold, spicy, sultry, sizzling, borderline stuffy (or what some like to refer to as "balmy"). I just adore it, and something about it screams "Italy" to me more than any other perfume. I don't know why. I find it alluring, mysterious, penetrating to the soul. The scent might seem just a tad old-fashioned or outdated. To pull off this 80's perfume takes guts, but I believe that anyone around you who inhales its bewitching scent will demand to know what you're wearing. It's a classic.

One of the hidden and underrated gem. I grow to love it more every time I wear it. Moschino is something I wear only just to please myself. Like a lover's embrace; the soothing, comforting scent keeps me warm, wipe out all the stress, frustrations and worries. You know what kind of effect "that" works on a girl? She'd get good sleeps and...sometimes aroused. Old lady? Just wait until the dry down and you'll see... For me, this is the sexiest bergamot aroma. It beats Obsession and Krazy out its way in term of sexiness.

I agree with everything Olga1780 said (she summed it up very nicely!) and I would add that, even though the notes don't indicate it, for me there is at some point in the drydown a chypre-esque quality here. Then later, a soapy aldehyde quality. But when the dust completely settles, a good, classic oriental emerges that I find familiar and comforting. Like a *slightly* updated version of something my mom might've worn in the 70's. (BTW, with the vanilla, amber, woods and spices, why isn't this classifed as oriental?)

I have to say this again: we all have different types of skin chemistry and my skin "eats" all the subtle (delicate floral-powdery) scents right away. Having said that - this Moschino was a hit and a love at first "smell" for me. All the flowers evaporated pretty fast (as usual, on my skin) and coriander+carnations+spices lasted good 24 hrs. It is sharp, I have to admit. Definitely not suitable for job interviews as this is a non-compromising, "love OR hate" type of perfume, but never both. Very spicy. Love it.

I had high expectations for this perfume because it was supposed to be old school classic, ulike the rest of the Moschino fragrances. And not only did it not disappoint me a bit, but exceeded my expectations. Very beautiful and unique creation with a touch of vintage feel to it, although I would put it in the oriental spicy category. Definitely a formal fragrance. If you like classics like Arpege, Rochas Femme, Diva, First and so on and so forth, you sure will be able to appreciate this one.

This is a classic timeless smell which is deliciously warm, woody and sweet, (but not too sweet) all at the same time. Unlike the other Moschino perfumes this one is the most sophisticated of them all. Its speaks of experience and sophistication and is not at all girly and floral like all the other innocuous, boring and alarmingly tedious fragrances which seem to be 'in fashion' at the moment. If you want to make a statement without screaming the place down, this fragrance is for you.

Moschino by Moschino is beautiful! I purchased a 45ml recent formulation 2-3 days ago and I am so happy with my blind buy. Opens up quite herbal, green and floral like in a really pleasant good way, then dries down to a powdery woody floral musk. It's fresh and warm, its sensual and soft yet fizzy and fiesty all at the same time. Some people say it smells grandmarish but to me it smells 90's retro cool chick and can be worn successfully today. Totally an underrated gem.

i got a mini of this perfume and it's really nice. ambery carnation with some patchouli for the most part. starts out more green then turns more musky/ambery over time, along with florals. i think i get mostly rose and gardenia with a hint of ylang ylang. it reminds me of anne klein 2, maybe slightly greenier and woodier. the plum is really nice too-this smells very 80s/90s and reminds me of my younger years. really pretty vintage, glad i found some!

This is my recent fascination. I bought it after just one test, I cannot wait for it to arrive. It is very rich and creamy. Overwhelming with its power, sillage and longevity. Typical 80' fragrance. Bold, strong, very feminine. It reminds me of Obsession and Boucheron- it has the same climate. Spices and amber are the most detectible, there is some vanilla, but it comes out lightly at the end of it's lasting. Very old fashion perfume.

My Mum wears this one. This particular scent has been wafting around my household for years. Growing up this is pretty much what has always reminded me of her. Looking at the bottle now and being able to put a name to the scent, is wonderful. Let alone analyze the notes, I can actually breakdown the scent and slighly get a lot of the notes listed. It's a fantastic women's fragrance. It's long lasting, and just wonderful.

Oh my God what a scent! To be honest that was a blind buy and I was worried enough about what I was gonna smell but the surprise came after the first squirt on my wrist! This perfume it's so unique and elegant sexy and 80s monster! It lasts for ever and it's stunning! So sad it's discontinued and so happy I find a big bottle! There are enough similarities with the cozé one from parfumerie generale!!!

The love child of Bal a Versailles and Van Cleef's Van Cleef perfume. Spicy and smoky, with a muddled syrupy sweetness that just works. Definitely unisex in my book, I think anyone can wear this with confidence. Best in the cold, lasts for at least 6-8 hrs, projects strongly for the scent's duration. Lovely addition, definitely back up bottle worthy.

I love this scent. It reminds me of a woman who dines well and sleeps in silk night gowns. Champagne or dry martinis are her drinks of choice and she only wears gold jewelry. She’s the woman I aspire to be when I’m 50, but I’m not afraid to show hints of her now by wearing this perfume. The hint of pepper, the spice, the vanilla? I’m here for it all!

This is a recognizable perfume when worn by others, I go like "are you wearing...?". I love this scent, a little goes a long way. Perfect on a cold day... but even on a evening in the summer. The key is not to use too much. It's a warm interesting perfume. I don't know much perfumes that smell like this one. Warm, present but not overpowering.

I bought a bottle of Moschino at an estate sale not knowing what to expect, and it ended up being a winner. It's a spicy, peppery, warm and sensational perfume with wood, amber, nutmeg and flowers. It's bold, confident and beautiful in the same manner as Krazy Krizia, but it's more floral. I've only worn this once and I'm already in love.

It's warm, it's sweet and it's nothing like Shalimar. Some here say so but that is to diminish this beautiful scent. Moschino is great all by itself, not a copy or even pastiche of a classic. I agree that this is an eighties perfume. But there must be a place for it today. It is a true classic on it's own merits. And a very pleasant one.

I absolutely love this scent. I blind bought it after seeing Super Dacob's review on youtube. Can honestly say it was love at first spray, so fresh, so optimistic and romantic. The flowers, the spices, the warmth and those whiffs of powdery nostalgia it emotes. It makes my day everyday. This is one I will purchase time and time again.

I'm not a fan in general of Oriental perfumes, but this one has a greenish top, and is smooth like silk. Whenever I wear this, people compliment me. Love love love it! If you normally like chypres, but don't think you care much for the heavy vanillic Orientals, you might want to give this a try, assuming you can still find it.

I can see the similarities to Obsession that previous reviewers have stated, especially in the dry down. Similar but not the same. I think Moschino is much more feminine, more sweeter florals, and a lot less dry. I greatly prefer the Moschino, and can see myself wearing this a lot more often than I do the Obsession.

Dad was gifted this perfume for his birthday and no one knew that it was a "feminine fragrance". He got tired of it and gave it to me and I started wearing it to school. I pulled a lot of compliments from both guys and girls with it. It's sweet floral but not in a sticky way with a generous dose of spice.

I recently discovered this beauty on a European trip and instantly fell in love. There’s something magical about stumbling upon a fragrance like this — vintage, yes, but somehow so ahead of its time. It genuinely feels made for the gourmand girlies of today.

I loved the look of the bottle, from my home in Italy. Fabulous heavy cylinder bottle the gold pearl cap the tricolor bow, whats not to love? Im a bit of an 80s 90s early 2000s collector. They dont make perfumes like this anymore!

Utterly charming and mysterious perfume: musky tones, lovely flowers, a touch of vanilla, warm wood. Associations: cold winter mist, white damask, short days, a celebration, maybe even a wedding.. So glad I own a bottle.

one of the best bargains in the market today. this is a well crafted perfume, long lasting, rich and classy. its not a sugar bomb. its a bit like boucheron but less soapy. i highly recommend.
