Toy 2 Gummy

This is quite wearable and generally inoffensive, just a little bit unique enough, although I can see how the sour top notes in combination with the creamy base can be jarring for some. This opens with bergamot, blood orange, sweet milky vanilla / nutty praline base and a woody note. A tiny bit of red wine in the background to give it unique sharpness and more structure. For some reason the wood note is not mentioned that much in the reviews and I find it surprising, because for me it’s quite noticeable, and it’s quite a beautiful note here! I feel like it accentuates the sour notes and makes them stand out more on top of the creamy sweet vanilla/praline base. The wood note also shifts the vanilla to resemble tonka quite a lot. This has a great staying power on clothes and skin, the base that stays is beautiful rounded sweet vanilla, praline, the remnants of the sour fruit notes, a bit of wood and benzoin. The bottle is fun but doesn’t capture the scent profile exactly: this is playful, yes, but you would expect more fruitiness and candy-like notes or at least florals from such a childishly colourful bottle. The scent is a bit more sophisticated than that. If I would compare this to some kind of (gummy) candy, it would be those that have “cream” or “yogurt” filling in them, making them less juicy-fruity and more lactonic and vanilla sweet. Thanks to its broad-ish scent profile, it pairs great with other fragrances. Woods, vanillas, fruits, spices. Also a lot softer than Ymmy - for some reason this is prominent but mellow soft, while Ymmy is a sour punch in the face.

A creamy, velvety, almost buttery embrace of sweetness. Exceptionally comforting, delightful, and deeply relaxing. As you lean in, you begin to notice the mildly astringent facets of wine, the juicy sweetness of blood orange, and subtle woody nuances. Yet it is the milky notes, hazelnut, praline, and vanilla that give the fragrance its smooth, indulgent character. The composition feels more complex and multifaceted than Yummy. In my experience, both longevity and sillage are superior as well. The flacon is charmingly optimistic, though a palette of creamy caramel, toffee, and hints of wine-dark burgundy would capture the fragrance even more beautifully. A wonderful creation.

Finally tried the new Toy 2 Yummy and Gummy yesterday at the Fragrance Shop in uk as we finally finally got them. Anyway I tested them both out at the shop and I absolutely love Gummy it’s not really a gummy scent like Toy 2 Bubblegum Toy 2 Gummy smells completely different. At first spray I get the orange it’s sweet and fruity and then the dry down it’s a soft creamy vanilla scent tbh it’s smells more yummy than yummy is haha but Gummy is really nice it’s my favourite from the two and it’s great as a summer scent

Perfect vanilla ice cream scent. Potent! My entire room smells of my Douglas strip. Sweet, vanilla ice cream, totally carpigiani. I feel something floral deep down, it is entrancing. It has a welcome complexity to the notes. Hazelnuts add to the creamy, milky vanilla. The scent is rich and dense. Sweet and full of joy. Childish and edible. My inner child is wowed by it. I might not be able to resist it. It is in style not that far from Bianco Latte.

I love the Teddys, finally something colorful, layer Yummy & Gummy & it’s Magic ✨🪄✨ Gummy is very milky, hazel-nutty, musky, blood orangey, vanilla & a Hint of red Wine 🍷so Cheers... smooth & cozy. It cheers me up 🥰 The Flacon is so cute. I love the Colors. If I had to choose between The Yummy & The Gummy, I would prefer the YUMMY🙌🏻 I’m glad I got them both, because they really good together. 🧸➕🧸🟰💘
