Tempest

Took a flyer on this one and stumbled upon a massive hidden gem here. I've never smelled Royal Oud, so I can't confirm nor deny. However, there is shades of Bentley for Men Absolute in this with the kind of woodiness present. A hint of fruitiness at the top and that's it. It's very wood dominant and to my nose, cedarwood is in the driver's seat. Not exactly pencil shavings, but almost like a scented cedarwood. This is my first Moudon fragrance. I have Elysian on the way because of its similarities to Santal 33. First sprayed Tempest today so very intrigued to see how this improves from here. Woody, a bit powdery, earthy, opulent. Haven't sat on skin long enough to figure out the P/L, so will return for that in a few weeks. Scent wise, an immense success. Woody lovers, this could be something of interest. 2/10/2026: Just a quick update on the P/L out the box. The projection is good, maybe arm's reach. That bubble stayed after about 1 hour, then dropped to elbows length for about 3 more hours. The longevity is already good at 8 hours...again this is right out the box. So these are likely to improve. Scent wise, the musk has actually gotten more present...so I can see where the Kurous comparisons are coming from. I must say this, for those that hate that pissy nuance of Kurous, no need to worry here, thankfully. Now, that's not to say there's no challenge...you must like woods and musk. This scent is very versatile. I can see it working casually to business casual, maybe even formal. Right now, I think the best seasons are fall through spring...maybe a cool summer night. An amazing introduction to this house! I got Elysian soon after, but not as impressed with that one (has a rough opening).

Special Occasion, I was using it regularly at first but then realised how effective this was and had people enquiring about it, it starts w that beautiful real oud animalic although much more tamed than oud oil and the patchouli combo is to die for, only for those who have charisma because this will get you the attention and authority. It's definitely not a blind buy but one of my top Moudon fragrances. I love this house and I really hope to see more of it. Moudon you guys are killing it.

I discovered Moudon through my boyfriend who has been wearing this scent from quite sometime. I really love this scent on him-it's very manly but not cloying, it's fresh, woody and musky. Really lovely fragrance imo.

This is a masterpiece, it's the best oud ever made. I wear it only on special occasions and I get lots of compliments when I am wearing it (UK)💪🏻🫶

Masculine classy and elegant scent. It has a cedar smell and is very suitable for mature men.

This is very nice. Old school musky type scent with an initial peppery blast that settles into a powdery, leather aroma which is similar to Ted Lapidus Homme, Furyo by Jacques Bogart or Kouros. Not identical but certainly reminds me of those. Performance is quite good and the soft musky base hangs around for a good few hours
