Oooooooh. I actually love this wayyy more than I thought I would. Definitely not as nuclear as the og which is slightly disappointing for me, but I can’t help but LOVE this dna tho. It’s like a suuuper musky vanilla and creamy almond milk straight out of heaven. The sweet musky vanilla almost smells like a luxurious coffee creamer when it mixes with the almond milk, while the sandalwood rounds everything out perfectly. It also conjures up images of Japanese milk candies, macarons, and almond sweet cream cold foam.. can u believe I’m talking about an Angel flanker?? And interwoven throughout all of this amazingness of course is the perfect amount of classic Angel dna. Pinch me I’m dreaming. It really blossoms into a musky creamy paradise over time. If the original Angel is dark chocolate, Angel Blush is white chocolate. Edit: Yeeeeaaahhhhhh I honestly love it. It’s even reminding me of Vanilla Sex by Tom Ford, which is one of my favorite perfumes of all time. Verrrryyyy seductive smelling. Wowwww. There’s something genuinely erotic about it. I think I already like this more than Fantasm and Stellar. Longevity is honestly quite amazing for something marketed as such a soft and intimate skin scent too.. at least 3 hours of you and others being able to smell it projecting off you and then multiple hours of a beautiful personal scent bubble before finally fading into a true skin scent that lasts for hours too lol. Even if you can no longer detect it on yourself without specifically smelling where u sprayed, it will definitely last all day. Edit 2: Okay Angel Blush is actually fucking amazing wow.. I just sprayed it again before bed and I’m FULLLLLLLYYYYY hooked now. The musky sandalwood patchouli + vanilla almond milk combo is soooo addictive. Angels version of your skin but better. I’m obsessed and need a bottle asap.. would love it even more if its strength was similar to the OG. Fingers crossed they make an intense version of this like they did with alien goddess.. honestly it would probably be my signature scent.. <3

Before we dissect the chemical payload, let's address the elephant in the room. There is a massive echo chamber of L'Oréal haters on this site constantly crying about the death of the old Mugler. They are dead wrong. L'Oréal is doing a profoundly good job here. Being able to take a decades-old, legendary scent profile and modernize it for a new era without destroying its soul is a miraculous thing. This is undeniably Angel. The ancestral DNA is completely intact, but it hits the skin in a remarkably fresh, reconstructed way. The gourmand history is immediately reminiscent of the original because the patchouli note anchors the entire operation. But here is the absolute genius of this release: the patchouli is not overbearing. It is precision-milled to perfectly complement this incredible almond, creamy, lactonic, and musky ethereal cloud. The balance is lethal. It is exactly as much patchouli as it is almond. It is exactly as much creamy and lactonic as it is musky. What makes Angel Blush a mandatory pull for the vault is the dry down. It evolves into a skin-scent derivative that is actually daring and exciting. It doesn't just fade into a generic, boring vanilla; it accentuates the patchouli in a beautiful, smoothed-out way that feels like pure, high-net-worth luxury. If you are someone who historically hates patchouli and runs from the original 1992 nuclear bomb, you need to get your nose on this immediately. You will find serious interest here. It takes the sharp edges off the original and turns it into a perfectly tailored, creamy almond skin-musk that still projects absolute authority.

After a full day of wear I can say this opens with a soft sweet rose water and kinda oudy forward scent that I haven’t seen anyone mention but those notes settle quite fast. The best way to imagine the scent after the top notes settle is in my opinion like a sweet baked sugar cookie that’s had a tiny dash of rose water added into batter and sweetened even more with a sugared sandalwood & musk in the background. The almond is definitely there but I think all together with the other notes it gives more of a sugar cookie/macoron vibe rather than straight almond or marzipan. Just like the pistachio note Mugler has nailed the almond note so it’s not cloying, synthetic or screechy like all of the other almond fragrances I’ve smelt. This scent isn’t as intensely captivating or makes as much of a statement as the patchouli-bergamot bomb of fantasm or denser pistachio-patchouli of fantasm but I think people will fall in love with the non-overpowering sugar cookie dry down. Overall this is in that musk skin scent category but with a decently sweet gourmand twist. Perfect for soft gourmand lovers. This is a truly an ANGELic scent because it’s so subtly delectable, yet ethereal and sophisticated and would leave a beautiful scent trail that I feel like would have that pheromone type of effect causing people to just fall in love with you idk it’s just effortlessly attractive.

Although none of the notes associated with the original appear in the official pyramid, a faint echo of Angel can still be sensed, even if this flanker lies far from its predecessor. Longevity on fabric is almost all-day, with an intimate sillage. The initial projection is noticeable but softens relatively quickly. The pinkish beige color palette harmonizes beautifully with the fragrance, completing the experience. Appropriate for any occasion and environment, delightful in moments of relaxation and wonderfully soothing as a bedtime fragrance. Sleep sweetly, little Angel. ✨

I blind bought Angel Blush because I love the OG and most of its flankers. It met my expectations of a "your skin, but better and with an Angel background" scent. It's creamy, a bit almondy, especially in the opening, then gets clean musky, and in the dry down is just creamy and sweet. It's not a loud screamer like the OG or Stellar, but the scent bubble it creates is very nice and perceivable. I sprayed it right after opening it on my neck and pulses and got three compliments 4 hours later, even if I didn't perceive it as loud as the other Angel bottles I am used to. This one is maybe the only office and summer friendly Angel I have. Very nice and different. I like Stellar and Muse more, but this one deserves a 9/10 nonetheless. Well done!

I think I finally found my star! I had the original Angel when I was a teenager but didn't repurchase as I fell out of love with it and when I revisited it many moons later I just found it too strong, too much patchouli, too...everything. I dared to try this one and I'm so glad I did. It definitely has the Angel DNA but it's softer, prettier and downright snuggly. Very much easier to wear for me. I liked the Elixir as well, but this one for me is much truer to the original's DNA. I'll definitely be going for the star bottle when my purse spray has run out. Or sooner, if I just can't wait! Oh, and there is so much more to the pyramid than is listed here.

So glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. Anytime a flanker with "blush" in the name is released, I immediately think of a more airy, demure and feminine scent profile, and Angel Blush is exactly that. It's a soft and comforting almond musk, and the general Angel DNA delicately whispers in the background. Love it even more than I expected, and it rightfully earned a place in my top 6! If you enjoy the nuttiness of Angel Stellar, I'm willing to bet you'll enjoy this dreamy, lightened up flanker as well. ** Update 6/25 - This also pairs great with BBW's new Cozy & Creamy body cream. :)

I have it, I’ve been wearing it, and I love it! It’s a skin scent gourmand as I expected it to be. Milky, musky, and a little sweet. It doesn’t go sour on me at all. It’s perfect for what it is. It’s not too pricey either. It’s not beast mode because if it was, it would be too cloying for its scent profile that may seem unwearable in warmer days. Update: The longevity is impressive! It’s springtime but temperature at 5 Celsius. It lasts longer than 10-12 hours on skin! Perhaps the best Mugler Angel flanker that I’ve tried. Well done!

Why do we all hate L’oréal so much😭 I thought the last two angels were fantastic (fantasm & stellar), I mean they actually were the reason Mugler became my favourite fragrance house. I never liked the original Angel DNA’s (edt, edp or elixir), but the recent flankers have been quite captivating. Maybe l’oréal has made mugler a little bit more crowd pleasing but I think the scents themself are still extremely unique, so I still don’t think crowd pleasing necessarily translates into generic, if that happens to be the problem?

This is beautiful! Opening is similar to the og angle, signature vanilla patchouli, not as earthy but similar, however after about 15 minutes the almond comes in an completely transforms the fragrance, imagine taking cotton candy melting it down then coating the almonds. Its actually a eatable fragrance imo. I don't get any musk, an no real woodieness, if you can imagine B&BW Almond blossom mixed with og angle but sweeter, something like that. Love love this one!! This is a beast! Don’t fall for the cutie of the bottle! It projects like crazy, slaps ppl on the face without hesitation. I’m a heavy sprayer and almost choked myself. I wore it for work the next day and 3 sprays were perfectly enough. I personally am not a fan of the Angel line, specially the og Angel, Elixir is great though but this one!!! This one will always be in my shelf! Just hope they don’t discontinue it!!! Because this is worth every penny!

Oh wow - I am pleasantly surprised. Got a 10ml of this through Mugler’s trial program as I figured I didn’t have anything to lose since they give you a discount off a larger bottle. This is actually fabulous. Fluffy and musky but there is still depth there, which is what’s most important to me for the Angel line. Sexy. I will be getting a full bottle once this one runs out. Cannot stop sniffing my wrist.

I am an Angel collector, so I may have bias. This reminds me of a lighter version of the EDT, which is the version I prefer. I really like this. It’s a lot more wearable than the OG. It true to notes. No heavy patchouli. Try a travel first or a small bottle. This will be on rotation.

this really reminds of vanilla sex by TF, it has the same beautiful amalgamation between fluffy creamy vanilla and freaky sexy musk. it feels like a mouthful of angel milk. patchouli scents feel like they belong on my skin so i really enjoy how this works with my chemistry.

This is what I wish Angel was all along. I love the original, but leans on the overwhelming side for me and I cannot wear it as often as I want. This is similar enough while being 100% wearable in any situation. Works great as a powdery, musky base.

The first sniff hit me: La Vie Est Belle Vanille Nude. Both have the same fluffy sweet musky profile. Nothing gourmand, but an airy vanilla that softens the composition and makes a bery friendly vanilla perfume. But, where Vanille Nude is cozy and almost coconuty, Angel Blush has something... off. There is something fresh and minty, maybe the patchouli, that keeps the composition from being the warm blanket Vanille Nude is. It is not a bad perfume at all. To my nose different enough from the original Angel. But I won't have this one myself, because that minty note is too distracting. Other (maybe those who enjoy Nebras) may find this one better than Vanille Nude, because is fresher, different.

The opening of the perfume is very good and is the only moment where you feel the Mugler touch... After 5 minutes the sandalwood starts to come in, becoming increasingly intense... It's at this point that it stops being an Angel.... I think what people call patchouli isn't... It's sandalwood... I can recognize the note because I don't particularly like sandalwood.... I love patchouli and it should be in the drydown instead of just in the opening... It's not a weak perfume, but it's quite different from the others... For me, the best are still the original and Fantasm... And it has nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with Stellar... I don't know how people make certain comparisons

I just got this, and when I sprayed it on it was very sugary sweet. Like spun cotton candy. I'm almost 12 hours in to my shift and I can still smell that sugary sweetness. I'm an original Angel girl (since the early 90's) and I'm not getting the patchouli in this that I get in Angel. Honestly, all I smell is sugary sweet. It's not unpleasant but rather linear. I'm going to wear it outside of work as well and see if I pick up anything different in the notes. I did get a sample of Fantasm with my purchase, so I'm looking forward to trying it as well.

Opens up strong burst of almond milk very lactonic and creamy so good then a minute or two in comes musk patchouli and some dna of the old one but still there is a strong milk note with a creamy sandlewood. This is actually the first milk/lactonic fragrance rice smelt in a while that hasn’t marketed its self as laconic and really is so if you want a lactonic creamy fragrance with a floating floral backdrop. and other have been missing the mark the this one. In the deep dry down it gets more gourmand. Sillage is a beast too.

Angel Blush has a great aroma and I received 3 compliments from men and women within an hour of each other. However, I will say that I expected more from this fragrance. I knew that it would be a softer perfume, based on the description...but, I thought it would have that “oomph”...it seems like a lite version of Angel Muse EDP or EDT. It does linger, but it’s missing that “in your face” quality that I love so much about Mugler. Too light for my taste, but still smells like an Angel flanker.

Stronger than you'd expect. But doesn't radiate very far. However, if you're going out somewhere I'd say put it on about 3 hours before you need to be somewhere. It is light enough that won't give most people a migraine but better safe than sorry. That said I really like this scent. However, I often wear it layered under of coffee scent to tone it down. One spray is more than enough.

I actually like this... I say that because I really don't like Angel. And yes it's sandalwood you're smelling not patchouli. It's soft and cozy... it does seem to take a little inspiration from blanche bete or Valaya exclusif... not the same but that idea of cozy milky almond type. I don't like those two... but this is a less gourmand (I find) and more delicate version.

It smells nice. Can't really say it has the Angel DNA, but it's wearable and cute. I was hoping longevity and sillage would be in the realm of OG Angel, but I guess we can't have it all. That is my only disappointment, it really doesn't last all that long and it becomes a skin scent fairly quickly.

Angel Blush feels like sweet almond milk, vanilla, soft musk, and a touch of cocoa powder wrapped in a fluffy pink cloud. Feminine, playful, slightly powdery, and comforting without becoming too gourmand or heavy. I enjoyed wearing it, but it didn't feel unique enough to justify a full bottle.

Got this for the almond note. this one is OK, bit quiet, I thought I get more oomph. It's more of almond milk indeed, rather than toasted almond, or marzipan. Overalll it's a lactonic vanilla, with a small amount of patchouli. Not bad but won't fix my almond craving :)

Powdery, almondy and a little skincare-like. It feels like a safe, easy to wear choice for me, but don't let the perfume pyramid fool you. It definitely has the original Angel DNA, just softer, more polished, and much more wearable.

I really like Mugler. This is my first Angel, not a fan of the original but this is a pretty, soft, feminine fragrance with musk and almond. A nice easy every day wear encased in a beautiful star shaped glass bottle.

There is something very innocent and at the same time slutty about this. It has the Angel patchouli, but with tons of vanilla and almond sprinkled on top. Get this if you want to smell like a slutty little macaron.

I prefer fantasm or stellar. They are more interesting. This is like patchouli, nothing else. Little bit of milk almond at the beginning.

Has the same dry-down as Sabrina Carpenter Sweet Tooth Caramel Dream - not that it's a bad thing, just gives that cozy, gourmand feeling.

why is mugler selling laura mercier style body lotions now?

it’s finally available in my country and i was very excited to try it!! however, i don’t like it. neither do i hate it, but it just feels like not my cup of tea. you’re being overpowered with patchouli when you first spray it, and for a couple of minutes i could smell nothing but patchouli. when i settled down a bit i could feel creamy and almondy milk, but the patchouli was still shimmering in the background and i guess its what put me off. to my nose, the almond milk and strong, almost minty patchouli that is incorporated in every angels DNA is a VERY strange combination... my current fav from these whole series is fantasm, and i had high hopes for it taking the lead in my ranking as im a big vanilla / lactonic fan, but this is just not it... sorry Mugler 😭 also it’s worth mentioning that it’s not long lasting at all, it almost entirely disappeared from my tester after 20 mins.

I bought a 10ml pen spray, and I am so glad I did instead of buying a full-sized bottle. I want to love this so much, but all I can smell is patchouli. I know there are only three notes listed on this site right now, but there is no way that is all that's in here. The OG Angel is still very much floating in the background of this fragrance. Unfortunately, the patchouli is overpowering the almond milk accord I was most excited for. It's very camphorous to me. Both my husband and my son said it smelled so nice on me, so maybe I just have some odd aversion to patchouli, the way some people have to cilantro? Weirdly, I didn't feel this way in the Y2K era, wearing the pre-L'Oreal OG. Maybe the strengths of the other notes balanced things out for me? I will finish this pen spray over the next month or so and see if my feelings change, but right now, it's a no for me. :(

Hm. I was excited for this, but first impressions this is very “department store” oriental, and I’m almost never one to say that about any fragrance. I like a lot mainstream scents, I’m not a snobby frag-head by any means. This feel like you splashed every department store oriental (Jimmy choo, crystal nior, Carolina Herrera, etc) into one bucket and watered it down. It seems like they weren’t interested in having even one distinguishable note or overall stand-out blend. Just sweet. I like lighter perfumes! I don’t like patchouli or beast mode woody fragrances, so it’s not that I want “more” necessarily. I just expected something different from that almond milk and musk. This feels so nondescript and soulless, which makes it also feel cheap. Pretty disappointed. It’s pretty strong with good projection, like any oriental fragrance. But very meh.

Those who are looking for the original DNA complaining about it's gone, and those who are ready to leave the classic Angelic character behind complaining that it's still there. I'm in the 2nd league.🙄 I was hoping that I'm gonna get something new, a twist, leaving the outdated classic smell behind. Instead I've got early 2000's almond milk shower gel, which turns into Angel Fantasm after 1 hour...😒 It also becomes a skin scent very quickly. I loved Fantasm for a month, then I started to sense the OG in it so strongly that I stopped using it ever since. And with Blush now I have a light pink bottled Fantasm....meh...🤷🏻♀️

Look, I get it. All the brands want to come out with their own version of a „intimate soft skin scent“. And in no way shape or form is this a bad fragrance, its cute & innofensive but Boy ANGEL aint the line to associate this type of scent with are yall CRAZY???? offensive sweetness,strong Patchouli that makes people gag and sillage that gives people headache, thats what ANGEL is about! Anything else just, release it as a body mist or give it to a diff brand coz nuh uh.

This smells like a rich woman who successfully divorced her bum husband and left him with nothing but a set of microfiber kitchen towels and a bowling coupon. You get hit with a nuclear bomb of a patchouli plantage for the first hours and then it starts settling into almond and musk. Its definetly not a soft or light scent, might be too overpowering for summer.

Angel Blush is a very creamy and sweet fragrance. I get a strong impression of coconut blended with a vanilla-tinged almond milk. It feels like warm skin coated in sweetened milk - halfway between sunny and gourmand, with soft florals melting quietly in the background. It’s pretty, but quite sweet - best suited to those who enjoy soft, enveloping sweetness.

I expected to really like it, but I don’t, it is strong and reminds me of the original Angel which I didn’t like..my bottle is a 25 ml brand new, if you are interested I would sell it at a good price..SOLD

The voting for new releases is getting out of hand, people are crazy, just because I don't agree with what they are doing to the Mugler line I'am not going to vote stupidly.

It is quite similar to Angel Stellar but Stellar is better, this one is more musky, less gourmand and more boring. The best of the range is Fantasm for me.

I'm soooo disappointed. When I heard Angel was coming out with a flanker that was all sweet almond milk with a little of the Angel base, I was thrilled. Almond is very favorite scent, mixed with vanilla, honey, etc. This is not as described. It smells like almonds you bought for one recipe, forgot they were in your frig, and they sat there for a year. There's little to no sweetness from the almonds. Within ten minutes, it becomes a patch-heavy Angel. I'm sorry I bought it, but at least I bought the travel size. The juice is a lovely pink/nude color, that's the nicest thing I can say.

Oh gosh this is awfull on me. This is the stranges perfume I have tried in a while, I would call it a very loud skinscent. It opens up with a very very green patchouli, that dries down to resemble cat pee, or rather there is a certain shrub called Ribes sanguineum that smells like cat pee. the drydown smells like that with a trail of overly sweet lactonic something. What you ar left with at the end is a dry and cloying sandalwood and cat pee smell. I know that other people must be smelling something different than that, but that is all I can smell.

I’m really not sure this should be associated with Angel. I can vaguely smell the Angel DNA, but it’s like it’s been suffocated under a blanket of stale musty lavender. I’m not smelling almond milk at all, and I’m baffled that there’s no floral note listed, as to me this definitely leans that way. To me, this is bland and a bit cloying, I’ve tried most of the Angel flankers now, and the only one that really stands up to the og in my opinion is Fantasm.
