Spicy sandalwood with a touch of vanilla... I don't remember "Oriental Express" but this one is very amusing... It has harsh sandalwood with spices all mashed up like powder and kept in a bottle. This is powdery sandalwood with doses of spices, and it reminds me or "Marquetery" by Etro. Beautiful.

I own a bottle of "Oriental Express". A little goes a long way, but I am not looking forward to the day that the bottle will run out of drops...since I cannot get track of a new bottle of "Oriental Extreme"! The only Mugler retailer in The Netherlands has discontinued Mugler Les Exceptions, no other perfumer or warehouse sells this line of Mugler. I am not able to order a bottle of Oriental Extreme from the Mugler site either. Edit: weird thing is, years ago I asked whether a shop assistant from the perfumer could advise me on a scent with musc notes. She immediately retrieved this scent from the shelve, while "Over the Musc" was standing next to this bottle. She thought this one would suit me better. It does. I have never liked a fragrance as much as this one, it's like it behaves differently each time. It never becomes overly vanilla-scented nor too green.

I aint getting sucked in by Mugler. he has done nothing exceptional since A Men nearly 22 years ago.
