White Is Wight

This is a masterpiece. I guess many people would say that it's not signature worth, it has no character etc, but this scent is a magic to me. I literally can't catch the moment when so powdery, comforting and milky almond scent can just turn into aquatic/ozonic without being salty or too green. This is an absolutely brilliant journey I wanna be in.

I must say, I am impressed with this brand. All of the scents I tested are amazing in their own way. Beautiful. Each is a novelty in approach to scent in a way yet they are not revolutionary - their scent is well known - beautiful as the ingredients used but created in a special way. This is truly white scent. Cotton scent. Comfortable, safe. Bringing good memories. It can be even formal. I find it interestingly universal. Cotton and musk would make it fresh laundry scent if not for the clean, watery, pure scent of lotus. Despite it the scent is pure unisex to me. Only after many hours it sweetens more when jasmin becomes more dominant than cotton. It last well over 20 hours on me already without any opressive feeling. Sweet,warm woody trail is how it ends after 20 hours. Yet still some pure scent of clean cotton with floral note is detectable. Made by an artist. I just might like how the base notes scent my skin next day after applying it even more than my first day in it. My wrist is now near delectable and I applied it yesterday evening. It also still projects white cream, luxurious white soap from beneath my clothes. I cannot believe how good it is on me today without reapplying it.

White, clean, pure, I like this fragrance. In fact, I can smell musk and lotus. An angel. Unisex to my opinion and for all ages / seasons. It is more a quiet moment... Perfect for office, inoffensive, easy to love. 8/10

Not very dramatic for a assumingly white floral scent. Extremely soft, gentle - if I had to compare it to music it would be to a lullaby. Very clean - both the musk and jasmine smell clean here.

I get this mainstream perfumery lotus smell, but that's about all I have (coupled with, yes, maybe a little bit of that cotton or white wood imitation plywood look). It's not unpleasant, but two thirds of the advertised notes are completely missing the point (and at the price of these bottles, well... anyway). I think it smells like the showroom of a cheap but overpriced ornament store, these sticks of home perfume made with a cotton or clean linen scent that you would find in the home of people who are not very talkative but very clean, a feather comforter in white sheets in a white room-white curtains-white pajamas-white slippers (or those scented laundry balls lovingly bought by a slightly clumsy mom who would insist on packing your suitcase on Sunday night before the week in college), in short, nothing unpleasant or nasty, but really not interesting. That, to be white, it is white (if not completely transparent).

Very interesting, I couldn't guess the notes of what I was smelling, the note list was a bit surprising. I got the feeling of cleanliness, sterile but cozy type of perfume, a bit laundry-like. Not a usual cotton and lotus perfumes though. I get a lot of fuzzy musk, some sort of bitter plant and floral infusions. Some woodiness definitely too. Unique.

This is indeed very white. A big bunch of white flowers. I cannot relate to white wood or almond milk. I would say very feminine and summery. I think that technically it is a pleasant fragrance but I do not like white flower perfume.

At the first spray it brought NR Pure Musc to mind, but after a minute when i brought my nose to my wrist, i could smell loud and clear - tulips! Tulips on steroids! Wow! WIthin an hour or so, white musks (quite reminiscent to NR Pure Musc) came into play more confidently and the lotus peeked through. Unfortunately lotus doesn't work on my hot skin in big doses, so this one is not a keeper. However I can see it being signature for quite a lot of ladies dressed in white with porcelain skin and a blonde hair.. Ozonic, that's what it becomes as a bottom line. Beautiful, but not for me.

It’s a song by Michel Delpech,1974. So it’s an ozonic, floral, musky and aquatic fragrance with prominent Lotus and white musk signs. I think that “White is Wight” has achieved what it has been aiming for. Like white soul of life with its innocence, purity and light imagination, it brings positive mood and emotions. It seems more feminine and a good one for spring/summer. Honestly speaking, it’s not a wow for me although the quality is good but it reminds me of many other choices in this category.

Musc and white flowers. Green background and something fruity chemical sweet. Similar to Jeanne en Province Lin Blanc.

Clean musk with bitter and sweet green notes like linden flower and old jasmine.
