The Need To Fly

With a definite cannabis quality that lingers throughout, this fragrance opens with a blast of zingy ginger, a bright pomelo, and a sparkling gin+tonic. The heart pushes forward with cannabis, heightened with marjoram (seriously, my wife came to my desk with "what smells like drugs? 😁) and absinthe!! And yet as your body temperature cools, there is a wonderfully dry, full base of patchouli, vetiver and leather - but beware... Any heat will bring those heart notes back with force!!

This is very green and aromatic. I can pick out the cannabis, gin and absinthe here. 100% unisex. This is pretty nice, 7/10.

First i thought the geisha's secret garden was mystikum's green fragrance but i was wrong. The Need to Fly is unmistakably their main "green" fragrance. It's the same story as room 1015's sweet leaf. a slight cannabis, mixed with a very culinary greenness. The Need to Fly has a fresh LOOKING top but the top notes are completely overshadowed and stomped into the ground by the overly herbal, medicinal and culinary green feel of the heart of the fragrance, which is absinthe and marjoram. I dont know why fragrances like these are made and who would want to smell like this without being called a weirdo ? but then again, i probably dont have a say as someone who enjoys some skanky ouds, which some people ask the same questions about. So let's conclude it with: TO EACH THEIR OWN. Just don't wear this near me, please. Yes, it's the worst one from the house for me 2/10.
