Fairy Juice Pink

I would never have bought this, but it was a gift from a child. So, let’s give this inexpensive fairy juice « rose » (meaning pink in french) its chance. Fruity rose, indeed, a candylike tart fruit, completely generic in an assumed way. Candies aren’t realistic juices, true ? Grenadine more than pomegranate, you know, the red syrup for the kids. In my country we have traditional conical mellow candies called « cuberdon ». Childhood knocking to my door! If you like grenadine, red gummies, and pink icing, forget how old you are and catch this funny fairy. Yummy girly sweetness, bottled.

It's a nice simple fragrance. But a bit too fruity and sweet for me. It reminds me A LOT of Fantasy. Actually when I tried Fantasy days ago, I spent hours trying to guess what scent it reminded me of... until I found this bottle of Fairy Juice Pink that I used to spray 6 years ago. "Fairy Juice Pink" reminds me of my stay in France for PhD studies.. Such lovely memories. And that's why I hold onto this fragrance. It's very basic and juvenile and a bit sharp to my nose and synthetic.. but regardless, it's so dear to my heart. 7/10

Fairy juice pink for some noses may come across as a generic, sweet, flirty fruity scent. It was a blind buy for me because..well, who doesn't want to smell like fairy? lol It's nothing new to my nose, right away I get candy-floss like red fruits, can't smell the peach or pom on their own. Vanilla here ties the fruits together and made it slightly sheer veil powdery during dry down. Sillage is light. It's casual and pretty enough for office wear. Won't offend anyone. It's not sickly sweet either, I think it has enough candy-like quality for anyone who enjoys light touch candish pick me upper. This is a scent where If i'm in a hurry to leave the house and have not pick a scent to wear i'd grab fairy juice pink.. Longevity : low, lasts on the skin about 2 hours before the scent dissipates. It's my first juice from NafNaf, will likely try other Fairy Juices...
