Iho

I have a sample of this perfume. It lasts for 7-8 hours with a smooth intensity. This perfume can be a simple aroma in the aromas it presents. I can tell you that the protagonists of this perfume are the aromas of light and delicate woods combined with the aromas of a smoky and woody incense. The aroma of vanilla rests on the skin but always under the woods. Its aroma is relaxing, it is like an encounter with nature that leaves the aromas it carries on your skin. In my mind, the aromas of this perfume remind me of the aromas that you are looking for when you do, for example, yoga, the aromas of natural wood to make you connect with nature and the aroma of smoked incense that helps you concentrate. Unisex? perfectly, on the masculine side they are scents that boys can be very used to, but they can look at this perfume as a woody aroma but not as harsh as other perfumes with overly powerful woods. And on the feminine side it is necessary to have that taste for woody perfumes, for perfumes that are not sweet, but I recommend trying it because a woody aroma like this in a woman can be extremely sensual and elegant. Everything always in this aroma speaking from the soft tone. It is not an eccentric perfume since it works with aromas that we know perfectly and does not cause an olfactory shock. Within the collection of new perfumes it is the second one that I liked the most. It is a beautiful collection to discover for the different aromas that compose it, something for different tastes, to move us to the world of aromas that reflect Finland.

Those who love Geza Schoen`s Molecules should enjoy this fragrance. Here I mainly smell the wood cut or freshly sharpened pencils (ambroxan) and light vanilla powder made of smoked vanilla pods. Very addictive scent I must admit. "Iho" is translated as "skin" from Finnish, probably, human skin should smell like that. I also can notice something in common with Mittumaari, but with the difference that Iho is more sort of "weightless".

I bought a sample kit including all 5 Nakuna fragrances. Iho was my instant favourite. It is easy to wear without being dull, light but yet still characteristic. I am little shy wearing a scent because I'm worried if I smell “too loud”, but Iho is that kind of a scent which makes me rather confident than insecure. For me Iho is truly unisex fragrance. My husband tried it on and on his skin the fragrance developed more towards darker tones with warm woods but still suited him well.
