Biografia Feminino (which means, in English, Biography for Women) was released in 1996 and as happened with the male version, released two years earlier, became a great success of the Brazilian perfumery. It has, in its composition, notes of geranium, bergamot, cassis, peach, pineapple and green notes, in the output. Then, floral notes of freesia, jasmine, rose and Lily of the Valley, in the heart. The base contains notes of musk, cedar, sandalwood and oakmoss. It’s a floral-refreshing scent with some green nuances and aspect of cleansing and comfort. On my skin, contrary to what I've read about, the green notes were not apparent. On the other hand, the musk appears quickly, as if it was on the top of the composition and not on the base. I'd say the most evident notes were peach, cassis, freesia and musk. Biografia Feminino is the kind of perfume ideal for a certain type of woman: the intolerant. Everyone knows someone that has lots of problems with fragrances, being labeled as "boring". The scent should not be too strong, too sweet, too floral or too fresh. Everything is too much for the smell of that type of person. And contrary to what many people think, it's not nonsense (at least in most cases). It’s a limitation that can cause nausea, headaches, etc. Biografia Feminino has a peculiar softness that does not allow too much projection, but that keeps the skin scented for hours. On me, lasted longer than the male version. Some people say it smells like laundry soap, but I prefer to compare it with a fabric softener, because it is comfortable, clean and fragrant. It reminded me another fragrance: GAP Close. In 2013, the Natura brand created new packaging for the Biografia line (it was not the first time), incorporating a more modern identity. The bottle has won blue coloring and the inscription "sign your history" engraved on the metal part of the neck. To finish, it is worth saying that Biografia Feminino is easily shareable and combines very well with small professional environments, as happens with healthcare professionals. Fragrancia leve e gostosa para dias mais quentes. Na minha pele não dura muito, só umas horinhas e também não tem muita projeção. Mas é um perfume legal para dar aquela saída mais rápida ou simplesmente quando você não quer usar algo forte. Percebo bem as notas verdes e o lírio. A lovely light fragrance for warmer days. It doesn't last that long on my skin, just a couple hours and there isn't much sillage either, but it's a great perfume for a quick outing or when you just don't feel like wearing a stronger scent for some reason. Green notes and lily of the valley were what I noticed the most.

Cheiro de banho tomado. Remete a calma e tranquilidade. É uma pena que não dura muito na minha pele.

I was gifted this Edt by a friend. I've used it but I'm glad to parte ways with it. I like powdery but I suppose it has to have either some body or be strong enough to be lifting, to me Biografia Is neither. Pretty mossy, green and muted rather than soft. Pretty color palette though.
