Ekos Alma

Ekos Alma feels like one of the most sophisticated creations ever released by Natura. It has that warm, resinous, almost mystical DNA that makes you stop for a second just to keep smelling your own skin. Right from the opening, there’s an intense spicy glow wrapped in creamy woods and dense resins. The copaíba and breu branco create an almost smoky, spiritual atmosphere, while the floral nuances bring light and elegance to the composition. Nothing here feels excessively sweet or obvious. Everything is textured, deep, and incredibly well blended. As it evolves, the fragrance becomes warmer, creamier, and more enveloping. There’s something almost meditative about it — like warm skin after a ritual bath surrounded by incense and sun-heated wood. At the same time, it still carries a sensual and modern edge. What impresses me most is how luxurious it smells. Honestly, if this fragrance came from an expensive niche house, people would probably treat it like a hidden masterpiece of artistic perfumery. It has personality, originality, and that slightly mysterious aura that makes you want to keep going back to smell it again. To me, it leans completely unisex. It has strength, warmth, texture, and presence without falling into obvious masculine or feminine stereotypes. And the drydown... beautiful. Creamy woods, resins, slightly smoky nuances, and a comforting warmth that stays close to the skin in the most addictive way. A true gem of Brazilian perfumery.

Best Brazilian Perfume. When compared to the other two national fragrances that can compete with it, it is as original and "Brazilian" as Malbec in its best version, the Club Intenso. And as sophisticated and well-crafted as the best national female perfume, Essencial Único. But it is both at the same time, as well as unisex and incredibly delightful. Pleasant, but "niche" and unlike anything in perfumery. Liqueur-like, resinous, dark, with a strong tobacco note reminiscent of Bvlgari MiB, yet also fruity, with a ripe fig that isn't listed in the notes (as very well noted in a comment below). The only downside of this perfume is that it is so dark, strong, liqueur-like, and resinous, and I live in Salvador da Bahia under the northeastern sun. Ekos Alma is a perfume to stand alongside Dior Homme Parfum or Tom Ford's Black Orchid if you are looking for something dark, strong, complex, and absolutely unique. The best of the best.

Wonderful and unique Brazilian perfume, harvest of 2019. Although they are not listed, I feel notes of liqueur and ripe fig in this perfume. Maybe due to the mix of woods and earthy notes. Absolutely charming, nocturnal and mysterious. You need to know about this perfume, according to Natura: “Natura Ekos Alma is a deep reading of the Amazon. This is such a hard fragrance to review, because I think no great description would do it justice. The name and the concept are so well achieved with this perfume, it literally takes you to the rainforest. You wear it and you can feel like a strong Amazónia walking through the jungle. It's very rich, misterious, inviting, incredibly elegant and seductive in just a perfect way. I'd say it works best in cold winter, fall or rainy days, and for special occasions if you want to feel powerful. For the price it is an excellent buy, maybe in a somewhat niche category, nothing to envy on a designer perfume, beast-mode longevity (I smell it on clothes even days after). I don't think it's a safe blind buy, I got a tester first and fell in love with it, I had to go for the full bottle. It is a little hard to get it since it was a limited 2019 edition.

uno de mis perfumes favoritos es THE NOIR 29 , no puedo creer que Alma Ekos sea tan igual. Es tan exquisito y unico como el de le labo a un precio super super accesible. Obvio ya me lo compre y seguire comprandolo. en resumen es un aroma que se siente como maderas, hojas, higos , un poco de te negro ,al principio parece fuerte pero se acomoda en la piel de manera increible. es super original. Natura por favor segui imitando bellezas aromaticas a tan buen precio y calidad. Me encantaria alguna imitacion de Comme Des Garcons! ademas El Pack, la botella, amo esos detalles de Natura. Va algo en inlgles , this is THE NOIR for a dime, total deal for such a brillant scent.
