501 Iris & Vanilla

This is a beautifully crafted, likable, and wearable bright floral gourmand perfume. It opens with vibrant citrus notes layered over a powdery floral undertone, then dries down to a more powdery vanilla scent. Surprisingly, it’s long-lasting and projects very well. The balance of natural raw materials and aroma chemicals is impressive; while it may not be the most unique scent, I find it to be a delightful choice for daily wear during the warmer months. I first purchased the 10ml travel size at COSMOPROF Bologna a few years ago after trying all the fragrances in the seven facets range. My second favorite was the 301 Jasmine & Sandalwood, but it was a distant second to the 501. Over the years, I’ve noticed that the juice has matured; the sharpness of the opening citrus notes has mellowed significantly, and the vanilla has darkened the scent. I adore the older juice in the travel size, as it feels more rounded, deeper, and powdery. I recently bought the full size, which is noticeably sharper but still pleasant to my nose. I plan to let the new bottle mature since this is likely one of my all-time favorite daily scents. If you enjoy bright, powdery white florals combined with a gourmand base, it’s definitely worth a try—especially given its excellent longevity and projection for the price. EDIT: This has now become my daily scent. It’s never too hot here in London, and it truly works year-round. Additionally, this is the only perfume my partner has liked on me.

Glorious! Absolutely yummy! 😍 At first sniff there is nothing groundbreaking here, but the more I use it the more unique I find it. Iris can be dry and earthy, but there is none of that here. 501 is fun and sweet, it is very feminine as well. I think a lot of young girls would love it if they knew it existed. The opening is bright and floral, very potent and a bit sharp. The whole scent has a bit of a candy-vibe to it, or as christineby put it; gourmand. So easy to wear and it smells absolutely beautiful! I was complimented today so I guess the projection must be fairly good as well. The dry down has me sniffing my skin repeatedly because it's so damn good, it turns into a smooth and lotion-y scent that is unbelievable. My initial thought was that the sweet vanilla reminded me very much of that in in Profumo scents like Confetto and Vanitas. If you like those this may have a similar vibe and is worth checking out. For those who care: this is a vegan "clean" scent without parabens, phthalates, bht etc

I love this and the price is really nice but I just got in and I barely smell it, I have to put my nose on my skin to smell it. I'll test it more and report back. It smells amazing, though.

As a lover of violet fragrances, this one is truly amazing. It smells more of violet than any other violet perfume I have. Def reminds me a lot of edible violet varities like sweet violets. The name is misleading because the iris notes are very mild. The vanilla is also not very strong. It's too expensive for what it is though.
