Haute Tobacco

The opening of Haute Tobacco is bright yet slightly dark, with fruity notes meeting soft spice before a rich tobacco accord steps in. It matures to warm woods, tinctures of saffron, and faint sweetness that leaves a deep and smooth trail that is layered and mysterious. It has a good performance, impressive wear and a noticeable presence in the first few hours. It works well in the evening and during colder months, unlike other tobacco scents, standing apart from other tobacco scents with its balanced sweetness and polished finish.

Very very similar to red tobacco but no where close to it in longevity or performance, was a blind buy, don't regret it. Again, pretty much red tobacco in how it smells, if you get it for a very good deal, definitely worth picking up. Needs to mature for reaching it's potential, where as they say that every product of theirs is macerated for months before being bottled. Some of their bottles have atomiser issues and don't spray well. 6.5-10

Smooth tobacco,not harsh,got that sweetness in it.not polarising like other tobacco perfumes. Smells elegant

Haute Tobacco is a curious case of decent perfume with the most indecent advertising. The tall claims of longevity, sillage, projection are completely false because the performance fails on these counts. However, the fragrance itself is nice, even if incomplete in its roundedness. It benefits from an additoonal layer ofMolecules 01 and 02, which shows that its own formulation needs a twerk. The other fragrances of Neesh are quite commonplace, harsh,loud, and unimaginative. I do not plan to buy from this highly overpriced brand again.

The marketing is overhyped but one does get something. However, it's not everything, in fact it is lacking that star quality roundedness and feels as if had a step more to go/grow. It is clearly 'inspired' by Montobaco but it lacks the completeness of that masterpiece, and even begins to feel a bit cheap. Longevity, sillage are so-so, maybe below average. I do not regret buying it but I would not buy it again.

The smell is really intoxicating and exudes masculinity but it doesn't project at all. I find this to be a common problem with all Neesh parfums.

Haute Tobacco opens with a refined fruity-spice, which switches to a smooth and slightly smoky tobacco heart fast. As it settles, warm spices, amber, and soft woods develop a deep and layered profile and are rich, yet not too rich. It's long-lasting and projects well during the initial few hours. Particularly appropriate in the evening, during cool weather, and when you wants to create a bold confident impression.

The fragrance is elegant and pleasant, with a refined character. However, its longevity is quite limited, lasting up to one hour at most, and it leaves minimal scent projection or presence once applied.

This is impressive. In the spirit of Ormonde Jayne Tobacco Intensivo but more powerful and more interesting. Highly recommended.
