Started with their sample pack and was so impressed that I upgraded to the full bottle. A true masterpiece from Neesh! Definitely not for those looking for a “good perfume” in the ₹1000 range — if that’s your target, you might want to stick to first copies. Quality like this demands a higher spend, and it’s absolutely worth it. Coming back to the fragrance — it delivers beast mode performance with ultra-fresh vibes that make it stand out in any collection.

The opening of Signature Scent feels like a dose of citrus and pineapple freshness, balanced by ginger and black pepper for a crisp, modern feel. It has a great performance, especially on a fresh-leaning scent, and the ambroxan and musk at the base provide it with a clean and confident dry-down, shining best in the daytime and warmer seasons with a light and energetic personality.

I bought it for my brother as a birthday present and took a random short for this perfume as someone recommended. The fragnance of this perfume is so lively and fresh. If you are looking for a bold and rich fragnance I highly recommend this. It will give 4.8 stars out of 5 as in terms of price, fragnance & lasting it is worth!

As an avid collector of perfumes and a sampler of pretty much every Indian perfume—cheap or expensive— under the sun, I have some issues with Neesh. Most of their perfumes are almost there but just feel incomplete in some sense. Some smell great while others are heavily inspired by something more famous, which isn't inherently bad considering how scents get inspired by the scents of past and it's all like a river of shared knowledge and improvised innovation. The thread that binds pretty much all Neesh scents is their lackluster performance, incessant Instagram marketing and nonexistent sillage (with a couple of exceptions). Pitting Neesh against some other homegrown brands like Lunaer Paris (whose first range had five perfumes, all masterpieces), Donato(two out of three in their first collection are stunning works of art with monstrous sillage and longevity), and Fragnote delivering value and longevity too, it becomes difficult to justify buying Neesh for the price you can easily get Lalique and even some Guerlain scents. All three brands I mentioned have significantly better scents at a third of the price and I say this as a seasoned collector of niche, rare and discontinued scents apart from the usual designer and pocket friendly stuff. Signature Scent is a citrusy fruity amber scent which is fairly decent if you want something safe and in the vein of Tygar. Unfortunately it ends there. There's no complexity to the layers as it starts with an orange-pineapple blast with some pepper. As it progresses, it takes a very standard albeit generic ambery turn before eventually dying down into a faint musky ambery mixture. I haven't been able to detect the florals or the greener elements for long enough and they aren't blended well enough to warrant writing about them. I love the fact that entrepreneurs in India are finally looking at this massive, untapped market but there is still a long way to go for Neesh if they want to permeate the consciousness of the serious fragrance lover of India because us Indians want nothing more than value for our money and if one ignores that, the market for their product is always going to be niche and not in the most encouraging way.

Signature Scent opens with fresh pineapple, grapefruit, and mandarin, taking off with ginger and black pepper, making it look fresh and energetic. It settles into orange blossom, cassis, and patchouli, then dries down to a smooth base of ambroxan, musk, and vetiver that feels clean, modern, and refined. Longevity is around 7–9 hours with moderate to strong projection at first. It performs best during the day, and in warmer temperatures, providing a balanced, fruity-ambroxan aroma resulting in an uplifting, confident, and great value at its quality.

Neesh is okay. It is good but not quite as good as it claims to be, especially given the big master perfumers it names. However, other contemporary Indian brands are much in the same boat as well, and all of them should reduce their prices (and egos) by 30%, to remain competitive and worthwhile.

For me to be honest, it is just a more gingery and more effervescent version of Jean lowe Immortal.
