Nejma 1

Okay so I agree with the comparisons to the obvious it's like one of those sweet, raspberry leather concoctions in the shape of the usual suspects. However, Nejma just about has it's own thing going on and especially in the opening. I can believe there's oud, rose even saffron in here because it comes across slightly smokier with an all together darker tone and less of a blatant clone of...you know what. I can tell you now that side by side they develop ever so differently but ultimately to the same end. Well I'd actually say it shares more with Clive Christian C than anything else, the leather seems a it more genuine and it's not quite as intrusive but also means that it's not quite as strong either. Apparently according to some this is reasonably priced and could be a viable option if you love this kind of scent. I think because I've smelled so many of these, I can detect subtle nuances in the way they come over but frankly once you've tested these and decided which one works for you budget wise and longvity/silage it's really not something you need to own a load of and for that reason, although lovely smelling Nejma 1 is a bit redundant. I've avoided mentioning it so far but on balance you might as well get Tuscan leather. It's not the best value but in truth it's slightly louder and longer lasting.

I have to agree with the reviewer underneath. This smells just like Tuscan Leather, but at a fraction of the price. Top Notes:Thyme, Roseberry, and Powder of Saffron Heart Notes: Bulgarian Rose, Jasmine and Incense Base Notes: Aoud Wood, Deer (this is a first lol) and Patchouli

Excellent scent. This chapter of the story is about Leather. The saddle of Arabian horses. Riding in the night, whiffs of smoke, the wind over a rose bed.

The initial is reminiscent of Ombre Leather yet it settles to a lovely rose-oud prominent Tuscan Leather. The magic of this lies in how it softly hovers above the skin and rests in a nice pocket of allure. Zoe Reynard from Addicted wears this.

This is a very nice feminine perfume the Oud en rose en saffron blend so well together. I am not a big fan off Oud but this one I do like. This perfume makes me smile on a rainy day. And it lasts a long time on my skin.

This is an amazing fragrance and I love smelling it on my female friends, but I personally don't think it suits guys at all. The saffron, tobacco and vanilla notes in this are incredibly strong and lend the scent a powerful, powdery sweetness. The aoud gives this amazing sillage, but makes it no less feminine. An outstanding, royal frag, but more empress than emperor.

This just smells horrible to me, i get none of the listed notes, it just smells like something is horribly burnt. Maybe i got a bad bottle but the way i got it its unbearable :(

Smells like car tire. Everybody who smells any note just lie to you :) It's pure rubber smell in bottle.

This one is piercingly musky and spicy it tingles the nostrils. It's saffron is zesty and slightly powdery but that's only partly balanced by a bit of juicy mandarin orange and some background creaminess with the sandalwood and vanilla. The caraway, tobacco, saffron and musk strike me as kind of relentless in this. It's kind of appealing in a challenging way. I'm vaguely reminded of Prada Amber only in a dichotomous direction from similar prominent notes. Prada is soapy, slender and smooth while Nejma is unwashed, thick and almost prickly. Where Prada goes soft/sweet floral/vanilla Nejma goes heavy/sour spicy/musky/oud. I wouldn't recommend this without trying it. It does have a potent projection and longevity. Edit: Since they changed the bottle and the notes this review is for the previous all black angular shaped bottle. Wow, cannot believe there is no reviews for this yet. This is a very nice addition to the collection of oud frags out there. Some people liken the opening to Raid but I think that's the mix of caraway and orange plus perhaps some of the tobacco. This subsides after not too long and I find you are left with a very nice sandalwood and saffron fragrance with hints of oud, musk and spices. I don't get much vetiver from this at any stage but if it is there it is extremely subtle. The dry down is what differentiates this fragrance and is worth persisting through the opening which can be a little harsh. Not conclusive on projection or longevity yet but I would say this are only average to perhaps good. I look forward to testing the rest of the line which seems to become more floral/fruity as you move from one to six. Recommended.

I am just Becoming a fan of Nejma. So far I am in love with #3 and Alice. I bought #1 based on the reviews below. I had to return it the next day. This reminds very much of MAC My Heroine but Nejma #1 is not to my taste. It is VERY Leathery, No rose or Herbal notes. Smells dry and almost rubbery. Dry down is even worth. I guess there's market for it but I would not be able to wear it despite the occasion. Not summer or winter, not day or night... Maybe 50 Shades of Gray theme S&M party? Not for me. P.S. I do not deny the great composition behind this scent, just not for me. I tested it on three different people with the same result.

Indelebile, potente, profumo tatuaggio. 24 ore di persistenza senza cedimenti, rimane sulla pelle anche dopo una doccia... Tanto speziato...Trionfo di noce moscata, cardamomo, zafferano, timo che avvolge frutti canditi, datteri, mandarini essiccati in un velo importante di tabacco e vetiver. In sintesi, un tabacco "per signora" che non teme l'intensità. Il profumo è uno smoky erboso come Smoke for the soul by Kilian con le suggestioni fruttate di Aziyade PdE e il soffio carico speziato di L' Air du Desert Marocain Tauer. Non lascia indifferenti. Fascino esotico non per tutti i giorni. Bellissimo e interessante.

Surprisingly, I find Nejma1 a rose/ leather combo, more than I would say a rose/ oud!! this scent for sure is not for faint hearts! it's so potent and some might find it harsh!!! when it dries down I can clearly smell the saffron and the tobacco with patchouli at the background. To sum up Nejma 1 is a very beautiful concoction of fresh spices, tobacco, and leathery notes. great for someone who is 30+, leans more to the masculine side! Great job NEJMA!

I just bought this fragrance and I find that opinions may be different. At first I found the male and not female-typed. It is also the opposite of Habanita is more oriental and warm it, it is green and woody, a slight tendency towards Bandit by Robert Piguet. The holding is good but not extraordinary wake. The way is the new black round model as pictured on this page.

On first application I am reminded of Tabac Blond and Habanita both of which I don't care for. Funny they don't list leather as one of the notes. Sort of rubber or asphalt smell.

Another Tuscan Leather copy or smells like it. it is 99% same scent.

Horrible scent, smells like fly spray!
