Amber Eau De Parfum

Every guy should wear this at least once in a while and give it a try. It smells identical to Abercrombie Ellwood which is kind of a fresh laundry scent, even though the notes call it white bergamot. It is such a simple yet universally loved scent and I've gotten more compliments on this stuff than anything else and I've worn an insane number of things. I wear it ever day just as an underlayer in addition to other fragrances. I don't mix it with other things I try to spray it in different spots, I think that messes with scents. People complain it isn't strong enough, but just spray more of it, let it dry, then spray more. How this works out as a value proposition is up to you to decide. It ends up being a bit pricy spraying a lot at $50 per 50ml bottle, but that's just what a lot of other good scents cost (even though this stuff probably doesn't have to cost that). Comparing it to the fragrance oil equivalent, I find this a lot more pleasant than constantly rubbing amber oil on my arms and neck. I still use the oil but I think it's kind of gross and a chore for a man. I don't like to deal with a lot of cosmetic bullcrap. This stuff is a linear one note scent, but it is 100% a staple of fragrance that everyone should have and is a legit 10/10. It would be like 4.7 on here if people knew what was up. Talk about a secret weapon. I'm curious who else makes this in this form. I've heard Body Musk from Abdul Samad al Qurashi hyped but I regrettably own a full 250ml bottle and I find it way too floral and feminine for me personally. I think Namat Amber is much more masculine. If you're curious about it just go to Ulta or somewhere and test it, then buy a 10ml roll-on for 18 bucks. I urge you to at least try it and see what your lady thinks.

This scent is just so perfect. Incredibly simple but so warm and cozy, yet also very clean. I do have some gripes, one being that the perfume that I bought of this is very alcohol heavy. It's enough to irritate delicate skin, and it irritates my nostrils. But the scent left behind is so beautiful and makes it worth it. I don't know if it's always like this or I got a bad one. I have seen people saying it gets better with time but I've had mine almost a month now and it seems the same. I'll keep hoping it gets better but I'm not that hopeful. My other gripe is that the oil barely smells like anything to me. When I first bought it it did have some of the beautiful scent, but after a few uses it was as if I had used up all the amber smell. Speaking of "amber smell," it seems like people consider this is more of a musk than an amber scent. I really couldn't say, but ever since I first smelled this like a year ago it became what I think of as the smell of amber, since I had nothing else to base it on and it's literally called "Amber." But whether it's a true amber or not I love this fragrance and if I could only have one perfume, I might pick this. I absolutely love the smell, I can't imagine anyone hating or being bothered by this if I wore it, and it's not terribly expensive (I got it for like $45 at Ulta on sale). Edit: I hoped that over time it would smell less like straight up alcohol, but instead it somehow got worse and worse. If Nemat ever fixes their Amber scent I'll be stocking up. In the meantime I'm going to try Dedcool Xtra Milk and Commodity Milk Bold to see if they can replace this. Edit: I still love this but I'm not sure why I was SO obsessed with it for a while, I've moved on 🥴

This Amber is a very subtle warm skin musk. Very clean and a little hint of honey. Smells like the clean head of a child and has absolutely nothing to do with the rich, heavy,, resinous scent that one normally associates with an "Amber perfume". This lasted for 12 hours on my skin. It whispers but it doesn't stop. It does indeed smell very natural and I could easily imagine encountering a person who naturally smells this way. The person would be approachable and kind, maybe even motherly. I tried the oil, not sure if it comes in other formats. If you like clean and sweet subtle musks, you may love this one. I feel like it's a little on the polite side for my own preferences. Edit: I see now that there's a separate page for the oil version. Oops...

This is really beautiful. I like the oil quite a bit, but something about the perfume just EMANATES in a glorious way. This is a fuzzy amber, an elusive amber, and a non-traditional amber. It is NOT an overly chewy, resinous, or thick/dense amber. Rather, it verges on soap. Like...if soap were beige smelling. Weird way to describe something...I know, but it's how it is. It leaves a stunning scent trail, without being try-hard. It smells elegant, but understated. It neither smells expensive nor cheap, just tasteful. personally never smelt the alcohol smell ! if you dont like amber or musky smells PLZ dont buy this (obv) not my fav ever bc i lean towards green frags BUT i love this for a simple day to day school perfume and i get tons of compliments!! worth the 20$ imo

Pro tip from someone who's worn this for years: if you buy a new bottle, spray it twice (to let some oxygen in), and let it sit for 6 months. You will be able to smell it and it will become your signature scent. Thank me later.

I haven't tried the oil version, the perfume spray has so much alcohol that it literally stung my neck when I sprayed it at Ulta -- like a sharp, burning sensation that I can still feel an hour later. As for the scent itself, it's very nice but too light. I sprayed about 3 sprays on my wrist, and one spray on each side of my neck, and the scent is already very faint. I think I'm going to try the oil instead. As for the scent itself, it's very pleasant -- unisex leaning feminine. It would be great as a standalone scent, or layered. I have Juliette Has A Gun Not A Perfume, and they smell slightly different. Nemat Amber is a little more feminine and smells more like the Riddle Original Oil.

“Emperors new clothes” upon initial testing. Although I’m currently chasing the “Your skin but better” ghost and have a high standard for longevity I did get a compliment with the EDP layered along with the Nemat Amber oil when I couldn’t smell it. Still testing/learning how to wear therefore I’m not going to past judgement just yet. However just like the few negative reviews I read I get just like the person mentioned the initial alcohol blast that I don’t mind.

This is a horrendous perfume! A blast of sneeze-inducing alcohol as soon as you spray it, then dies down to a metallic amber that lasts under a couple of hours. It's not as good as the oil.

Amber Lovers Unite!! This is OG amber all the way! An all-time favorite in terms of true Amber scented purity and longevity, although i will say i prefer the bottles of Nemat oil for a more intense experience (their amber musk is a BEAST) but then again, i do favor unabashedly heady scent experiences! I mainly use the spray to layer with my heavier faves, but If you prefer lighter amber waves that last a long time, this is for you! The physical spray is lovely old school lux; fine and wide mist cloud, which gives wonderful control over where, how and how much you care to apply. I have several bottles of other more costly perfumes that produce big heavy droplets combined with fine spray, or if i do not depress the mechanism firmly enough, some bottles just produce thick streams of product that splash messily onto my skin and by proxy to other nearby surfaces. At once domestic and exotic, comforting and sexual...nothing sharp, nice round sweets with a hint of refreshing sandalwood (that keeps it from being cloying) beneath and all throughout. Nemat Amber is much like the ocean in terms of effect on my mood; at once exciting and calming. It's dreamy on its own and also pairs/layers wonderfully with some of my other faves, like Shalimar, Obsession, Dior Addict, and even a homemade rose-clove essential oil concoction of mine. Would pair wonderfully with many other scents, too The packaging is interesting, i haven't thrown it away! A wooden re-closable box and a bottle (see pic) encased in a shimmery gossamer drawstring bag nestled in tan confetti shreds...ahhh the delights of pampering the senses! Happy to have Nemat Amber Spray in my collection, and i will rejoice in it's use until it's gone, but unfortunately for me, it's a bit too understated and even though it meets my high longevity standards, i will be using the Nemat Oil from here on out, for my beloved deep Amber Intoxication.

I got this because it was on sale at Ulta and blind bought it. It definitely reminds me of Not A Perfime by Juliette has a Gun. It smells very similar to that on me. It’s a nice, delicate, musky, natural scent that’s not to overpowering. Definitely good for daily wear and shouldn’t offend anyone.

Found this at Whole Foods on sale. Smells musky at first but quickly dries down and disappears. It says on packaging it is a skin scent and that is true. I want to grab the amber oil they make to layer. Not sure I like it as I cannot smell soon after spraying but maybe others can?

When I saw the perfume version of the oil I was so excited so I instantly ordered it. That was a mistake. It does not smell like the oil and has a strong alcohol scent. I'm going to let it sit for a while and I hope the scent will come through more! :(

When I got this I was disappointed, kinda smelled like alcohol and nothing. It's only been a week and it's already developed far more in the bottle. I imagine after a month or so it will be perfect EDIT 3 months later- it's perfect and amazing

Blast of alcohol, hardly any of the beautiful amber scent and no longevity I’m so disappointed I spent 50$ on this. The oil is better, don’t waste your money. I was hoping for better than this.
