Manic Love for Her

Thanks to lucifera I have this onую Very unusual as I like. Not for everyone. Bitter and sour, sharp and a little flowery. But it's not overwhelming, it's more misterious than plain. It surrounds you with a sexy misterious cloud. It reminds me a piece of old green translucent glass. Citruses are not mentioned, but they exist.

Starts out strong and sharp with lots of geranium, citrus (probably the ubiquitous bergamot along with some yuzu) way too much lily of the valley, and possibly a little rose. As it dries down it’s dominated by the floral combination - an oily rose geranium and LOTV, with a hint of peachy, fruity notes, but not enough to mellow the sharpness of the florals. The ozone-laden sillage is huge. I like assertive perfumes, but this is way too floral and projective for my taste, the sort of thing that would make men, women, and children gag and gasp for breath if caught in an elevator with it. After a couple of hours it dries down to a metallic geranium scent that’s still quite strong. Don’t get me wrong - this is not a bad perfume, and would probably be enjoyed by anyone who likes big, bold, unctuous flowers capable of filling the whole room with their scent. It’s just not for me.

I'm really getting into my musks these days. Loving this one, next to musky - though not the usual sweet plush pheromone musk I swoon over - also has a very lush green vibe, herbal but not the bitter kind, however I am getting a cannabis here. Also rhubarb, definitely as someone stated below. Green herbal boozy drydown.

Reminds me of Demter's "Always Focused". Too green and "herby" for my taste, but it's interesting how the different notes create something that works, in some kind of way. I'm not sure at what occasion this perfume is suitable but it seems as complete as it can be... It's slightly confusing... It's not something I would wear or buy, again. I think the peach note saves this. The peach note is quite weak but very sweet. I think it's the peach in it that makes me think of cotton candy as a note in this perfume... Green notes, rose, bergamot and sea notes comes through as the moste intensive notes. ... Curious how it would be without the greens.

Very sticky and disgusting, like dirty candy, enormous and overwhelming in a very bad way. I love only versions for men from Neotantric.

Neotantric MANIC LOVE WOMAN (as my decant is labeled) opens with a citrusy greenish woody quality reminiscent, in various ways, of D'Orsay ETIQUETTE BLEUE and Bond no. 9 HIGH LINE and Banana Republic W. It then becomes more floral but still seems very unisex to me, and much too well-behaved and optimistic to be the perfume of a manic love woman! I was expecting something oozing with sensuality, but instead have found a squeaky clean floral perfect for office wear. This perfume smells incredibly respectable! The bottle is adorned with the image of naked woman lying in a fetal position with a skull. Hmmm... rather cryptic, I must say. Perhaps she is repenting for having murdered her lover, and now she substitutes showers and baths for romance? Like I said: cryptic. I like MANIC LOVE WOMAN, but probably not more than other fresh floral perfumes much more readily available. (I actually have no idea where one can buy this outside of Sweden!) It does smell very natural, so that's always a big plus. Maybe I'll buy a bottle the next time I'm in Stockholm. (-;

The very moment I sprayed this frag on my skin I knew it smells exactly the same as something I know very well, but I couldn't put my finger on it. So I asked my male friend who was with me to smell my wrist and he just said: "Rhubarb". Eureka! Yep, that's what you get if you mix sour citruses, airy, breezy sea notes and white musk: rhubarb. Nothing more, nothing less. Does manic love smells like rhubarb? I don't think so.

Manic Love is all about peach! A light fruity musky slightly green fragrance. Peach to me is a note which speaks of love, as it is so prominent in Gucci Rush, and I've always loved Gucci Rush. Rush, the smell of sex, the smell of a hooker and how else hasn't it been described? So that peach associates with intimate relationships. A fragrance called Manic Love, based around peach? Yes please!

This smells exactly like Chloe new edp by Chloe.It is very powdery musk and rose.It has the smell of pear too.Something of the notes makes it too sharp and strong. It is lasting.

This on is soooooo strange :) can be used the same as man perfume as woman.... It is sharp, fresh and at the same time very mysteroious. And long lasting as well :)

Iam from South Africa. This Manic Love for HER is FANTASTIC! Awesome! I recommend every woman have it! -) Before my favorite parfume was Issey Miyake.
