Lychee Rose

Fresh, fruity lychee with a beautiful supporting base of rose and some kind of lemon or citrus note. The raspberry helps to marry the juicy, sweet lychee with the fresh and citrusy rose supporting the base. The champagne note I think adds to the fresh, citrusy supporting base. The lychee/rose/raspberry is reminiscent of Rose Jam from Lush, but lighter, brighter, and more juicy from the beautiful lychee note and overall more multidimensional. I never buy scents on first smell, but I immediately bought it after trying on skin on a trip to Sephora. It's everything I was looking for in a lychee scent! On first spritz, it's fresh, floral, and juicy with a distinctly red, juicy berry undercurrent within the citrusy rose in the base. There's a musk note in the base that I can't put my finger on, but it helps to support the scent and keep it light, fresh, and bright rose/lychee. It's not deep or jammy and mulled. It's completely fresh and bright, even youthful without being immature. It does not change much with my skin composition, and it lasts all day really nicely. I am honestly blown away by the composition. My only complaint is that the dry down on clothes the day after is a bit sharp lemon with a hint of flowers, but it's not necessarily an amazing next-day-on-your-sweater scent. But, a simple reapply fixes that right up! A little goes a long way. Two spritzes and it creates a solid scent cloud around me. I'd say it's fresh/clean, classy, a little sexy and alluring, and very wearable for all occasions. It's office safe but also would be lovely on a date. It is very versatile! I love the travel spray, and I think it's full bottle worthy-- also, the bottle is GORGEOUS, so it's perfect on a vanity tray.

I picked a travel sized bottle of this at Ulta solely for two reasons: It was one of the cheapest options while also being one of the best, uniquely smelling ones that my local Ulta actually allows you to test since they have removed all the testers for their travel sized bottles. I have been under the impression that I don't like Lychee, I'm talking about all aspects, the smell, the taste, the appearance. But once I sprayed this on my arm, WOW. You know Rose Jam by Lush? This is the Lychee version of that but perfect. This is rich and dark, bold and strong, sweet and screechy, and I love it so much!! It smells expensive, it makes me feel elegant, it reminds me of clubbing in the winter, warming up in your car afterwards. I don't know how this manages to feel so incredibly classy and expensive, but wow!! It gives nighttime fun. A glass of wine at the end of a long day at the chateau. Sitting out on the porch if a beach house at night, the waves crashing in the distance. The cold breeze coming in through the open door of a warm cabin. It's emotive in a way other fragrances just aren't. This is a fragrance that tells a story, something I haven't ever really said. Incredibly strong, long lasting, and overall a really good performer for it's price. This has put Nest on the map for me, and I definitely will be keeping an eye out for anything by then because this has left a lasting impression.

It seems like a lot of people are interested in how this compares with other lychee+rose frags so I thought I'd do a direct comparison of what I could. For context, I sprayed Nest Lychee Rose and CH Very Good Girl on the inside of opposite elbows, and PdM Delina Exclusif on the inside of my wrist. Sadly, no original Delina original or Kayali for comparison. The Nest is very tart and fresh. It starts off with a beautiful bubbly champagne note on initial spray, which quickly disappears as the rose and tart sweet fruit blend emerges. This one has the best projection on me, and is my personal favorite. Conversely, VGG sits close to my skin, which is well-suited for the intimate profile of the fragrance. VGG has a lovely soft creaminess and the dry down brings me back to Blumarine's Innamorata Lovely Rose. I think this one is the easiest to wear and would have the most mass appeal of the three. Delina Exclusif is the most rose forward, and extremely powdery. It's also very linear on me... all I get is super powdery rose from start to finish. Not for me at all, but if you like powdery or rose scents, Delina Exclusif is definitely that.

Quintessential “May” fragrance! The VERY realistic rose and lychee lead, with the raspberry leaning into an almost tea like quality. The champagne note really does make it sparkle! It has an effervescent quality. It is gorgeous in its simplicity, yet feels elevated. For me, I think this would be the perfect day time scent for a special event such as Derby party, a lady’s brunch, or a wedding. I’m interested to see how it performs in the summer with heat and humidity. I am willing to bet the lychee shines with warmer weather. I sampled this today on a 60 degree sunny spring day and it was frankly perfection! Scored a sampler and a full size bottle at Marshall’s so the price was more than right. Apparently the company redesigned the labels thus the discount status. It is PRETTY, bright, feminine - just lovely! I gushed over it almost immediately. I will say I tend to wear rose well but stay away from the sharper versions. This one is sweet in a fruity way, like a literal May rose. It’s not cloying, changes a bit as you wear it, and doesn’t overstay its welcome. Such a win!

Lychee is a favorite note in perfume for me so I was excited to try this. The opening is bright, uplifting and fizzy with a fruity burst of lychee and raspberry. To me this has the slightest bit of a green note like fresh roses outdoor in a garden, slightly more subtle than a heady perfumey rose that can be a bit reminiscent of scented soap or grandma-ish. While not in the notes, the combination of the rosé with fruit lends a rhubarb kind of vibe, every so slightly tart in a really pleasant way. Lychee tends to be something that is easily overpowered in fragrance but I feel that it holds its own in this with the syrupy sweetness and the rose is a complement rather than the lead. This is a really pretty and fresh fruity-floral. I'm glad to have found one that isn't super musky or patchouli based. Overall sophisticated and not overly sweet. The fragrance is a little more subtle in terms of performance but I am basing it off of the rollerball in their small box set so the atomizer may be different. This is a winner for me.

This scent is so beautiful and immediately puts a smile on my face! It is ultra feminine and so perfect for the spring time. On first spray it is very sweet and bubbly- truly reminiscent of pink, raspberry champagne and super juicy fresh fruit. It dries down to a prominently rose scent while maintaining some of that fresh fruit note. This is not a super powdery "mature" rose scent, to me it smells like a very fresh, sweet, realistic pink rose, like if you were to walk up to a rose bush and smell it. I do get pretty good lasting power from this fragrance, I sprayed it before bed and was still able to smell it in the morning, however, after 5ish hours it turns into a light rose water type scent and stays close to the skin. Compared to Kayali Eden Sparkling Lychee, this is more effervescent on the opening, more rose forward on dry down, and slightly more mature. This is like Kayall's older sister. I think they are both beautiful and different enough to warrant having both in my collection.

I mainly seek potency but this is the first perfume where I do not care for it at all, it smells too good and addicting (absolutely not good if you hate rose scents though... wait why’re you even here?? Jkjk) So it does first spray a potent rose but can dry under an hour to a faint rose smell. But it’s so. Damn. Good. It’s a perfect mixture of fruits & rose but more so rose in my opinion & which is my goal. The longevity is great for me although maybe it is because I can overkill with the sprays when I know damn well I shouldn’t, I’m sorry perfume gods. But this smells way too good in fact to NOT be up to 12hr longevity. If you want to literally smell like a garden or that you ARE a rose get this. May make amazing layering for any creams or mists that are already long lasting, this will be a cherry on top. I’d agree it’s especially more of a spring floral scent but I could happily wear this all year round.

Nest Ny has a winner here and I predict Lychee Rose will be a big $$$ maker for them. This is the best perfume I have smelled from the line. A darling, flirty, sweet tart pink creation. I get more rose here than I expected. It reminds me of a less sour and more pleasing parfums de Marley delina. Not to mention the better price tag! The review below has it right. This perfume is light and bubbly but not to sweet. It is a perfect balance of lychee, rose, raspberry, and sparkling champagne. There is a sophisticated polish here that is lacking in many fruity creations. I think the reason is because it is so well blended so perfectly balanced. Refreshing, bubbly, light, but with real presence and depth as well. A perfect late spring and summer rose that will be a joy to wear. I am buying a full bottle with my Sephora perfume sale coupon next week. Love this! My search for a lychee/rose is over.

This is so pretty. I'm not a huge fan of florals, the only floral note I can stand is rose and most of the time I don't like the way it's done but this is quite beautiful. It reminds me A LOT of Commodity Juice Expressive, but the champagne note keeps this a little more light, bright and sparkling whereas CJE is very green and smells like straight up juice pulp. This is light and playful. The raspberry perfectly balances out the rose note so it's not too strong or overpowering. It gives almost a candied rose vibe, like how I'd imagine a rose would smell if it were dipped in sugar. My only complaint is the longevity and is rather poor for such an expensive perfume and unfortunately I haven't found any dupes. I'm going to try and get the oil rollerball version with my ULTA points and see if it hangs around a bit longer. Overall, an inoffensive fruity floral gourmand!

Let me start by saying this: I am not a rose perfume lover. I can tolerate rose in small doses, tucked behind other notes, but I’ve never gravitated toward rose-forward fragrances (with maybe a few exceptions, spoiler alert this is one of them). Rose perfumes usually lean too dated, too powdery, or just too much for me. But this is something else entirely. This is a modern rose done exceptionally well. It’s bright, airy, and just undeniably beautiful. I imagine this is what a fresh bouquet of roses would smell like in heaven. It’s delicate, radiant, and ethereal. The lychee adds a juicy sparkle that makes the rose feel dewy and alive, not heavy or overwhelming. This one is a huge love for me...and coming from a self-proclaimed rose skeptic, that says a lot!

More rose than lychee, but the lychee sticks around and doesn't evaporate right off the top. Fresh and dewy, pink or fuscia petals, tangy champagne, a zing of raspberry, and juicy fresh lychee, not too syrupy. Light and bubbly, not thick and heavy. Sweet but with a balancing tang from the raspberry and champagne. Smells like a combination of Indult Manakara and Ouai Melrose Place. The best qualities of both. Less juicy and sweet than the new Kayali Sparkling Lychee, which gives off almost an "Escada" vibe. PDM Delina and Delina Exclusif are more complex, powdery, drier, La Roseé is more rosey and leans colder. Surprisingly balanced, well blended, pleasant and crowd pleasing. Simple, but not boring. Sillage moderate, lasting power is good.

Rose and lychee are two of my favorite scents (and flavors), so I was excited to add this perfume to my collection. While the rose is more prominent to me, the lychee is still present, smoothing out the rose's intensity and adding a dash of sweet fruitiness along with the raspberry. Many will want to compare this to Delina and Kayali's Sparkling Lychee. I believe this is less sharp than Delina, which I don't care for because of the rhubarb. Compared to Kayali's Sparkling Lychee, which I also own, Lychee Rose is far less sweet and heavier on the rose. I've just been testing it on its own for now, but I'm looking forward to layering this with some vanilla.

lychee is one of my favorite things ever. lychee jelly lychee soda you give me something and it and slap lychee on the name i WILL LOVE IT. with that being said this fragrance is so good. i immediately took it home with me. it smells exactly like the lychee jelly from my boba orders. my only complaint is that the longevity is criminal :( with most perfumes I can at least faintly smell them on my skin/clothes but she doesnt stand a chance against a full day of wear. i prefer this over vgg just because the lychee is so prominent, but i probably wont be buying a full bottle soon with her having the lasting power of a dainty little fairy

wearing this for the first time i was shocked with how realistic of a lychee scent this is in the opening. the champagne note adds a bubbly-ness to the fresh and sweet notes and makes this such a beautiful perfume without being too sweet. i find it hard to not compare this to kayali's eden sparkling lychee but to me, lychee rose is kind of like the more mature older sister and is lacking the sugary sweetness that is present in the kayali fragrance while also being more rose forward which i love. if you want a more elegant lychee scent i would go with this, however both are great and worth having in a collection

If you enjoy strong rose scents then this is top tier. Its not too complex just in your face dewy roses with lively effervescence from the champagne and the juicy sweetness from the lychee and raspberry. I would say it's pink roses without the greenness of the stems. It's also sweet without being syrupy. All the notes are in perfect harmony with each other. This lasted an entire work day and I was going crazy over how much I was enjoying the rose. This is just absolutely beautiful and I have always enjoyed the art on Nest's bottles. It's one of my favorite purchases in quite some time.

this is what i've been looking for!! i struck out with my perfect hermes rose ikebana, because it's like $300, but this is beautiful and pretty much an exact replacement. it reminds me of my early days in ballet lessons, looking up to the older ballerinas in our shared dressing room. and this also reminds me of summers spent with our rich family friend who was just a brilliant and stunning human being. good memories evoked from a scent that was probably never there, amazing. such a pretty, pretty rose. almost like rosewater.

Very fruity upon first spray mixed with the perfect amount of floral! The rose and lychee combine well together and really stand out, however as it dries down the florals really overtake the scent and is a tad too much for my liking. After a little while it calms a bit and smells like sweet rose water, but I wish the lychee remained throughout. It sort of reminds me of how my favorite grapefruit rose smells, if it was a little sweeter and remained with the fruitiness it would be spot on!

This is rose done right. I'm not a huge fan of rose fragrances other than Si Passione . What I love about this is the femininity of it. This is like a rose prosecco, sparkling, fizzy, sweet and fruity. Pros: 1. Projection is good 2. Everyday wear 3. Not rose heavy , the raspberry cuts through making the rose soft Cons: 1. Longevity isn't the best 3/4hours on skin max 2. Not readily available in UK to test before buying 3. A little overpriced for what it is but imo worth it

This makes me feel like a princess. It’s so feminine but not too young and not too mature. One of my favourite rose perfumes ever (just after Guerlain’s Aqua Allegoria Rosa Rossa, which I wore for my wedding). I’ve gone through my travel size. Now I have a travel size of the oil but I much prefer the spray, which I will be needing a full size of! It’s the perfect warm weather scent if you want something floral and fruity without leaning too far one way or the other.

Was l99king for a Lychee forward perfume for my spring/summer collection and this one hit all the marks!!!! It's fresh, fruity and projects well. I get lots of compliments well wearing it. The rose is very prominent at first spray but as it dries down the lychee and raspberry start to come through. At complete drydown the lychee and raspberry soften to a beautiful skin scent. On me this fragrance last all day. My cloths smell of this scent until laundried.
