Oud Mystique Perfume Oil

OMG PEOPLE! RUN TO NEST NEW YORK or HARRODS ASAP! I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND the discovery set of NEST NEW YORK VOYAGE OILS, THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT. OUD MYSTUIQUE OIL is the most beautiful IRIS / OUD I have ever had my nose on to date. People who can't stand middle eastern Oud/Aoud are loving this as long as they LOVE IRIS. This is IRIS and THEN OUD. (Whereas the EDP version is more OUD and very little IRIS. ) also, a side note: The TONKA OIL is so yummy, a must have for the gourmand lover! The CERULIAN OIL layering tool under fleeting citruses (LV Pacific Chill, Afternoon Swim, Imagination) The ROSE- is such a sweet soft (yet long lasting) rose, the layering options are nearly endless... I LOVE how long the oils are lasting. some upwards of 8-12 hours on my skin. this is the best OIL set yet by NEST NEW YORK!!! BY THE TIME I WROTE THIS, I ORDERED 3 FULL SIZE BOTTLES - JUST SAYING - 10/10 COST: 8/10 WHEN COMPARED TO GUERLAIN, STRANGELOVE, AMOUAGE PROJECTION: 7/10 - it's not supposed to project; this is long lasting to go under your fleeting projecting edp :) LONGEVITY: 10/10 - this is a game changer set of oils... !!!

Love your enthusiasm, @yadayadayada89! And I totally agree with you that this is a gorgeous set of oils. I love the tonka and the amber, didn’t expect to love the osmanthus one as much as I do, while the cerulean coast and (surprisingly) the rose are my least favourites. I prefer the Turkish Rose in the regular line. But the Oud Mystique is a revelation. I associate oud notes with heavy, spicy and/or floral perfumes. This is lightly floral and has a fresh almost minty note ( I think it’s the rockrose, which has had that effect to my nose in other scents). The iris note is truly beautiful, and in fact I think this could have been called Irresistible Iris or some such. I just wish the full bottles weren’t quite so expensive.
