Latte di Cherry

This is one of my most complimented fragrances. I walked into rapid care and a woman behind a closed window in another room that was checking me in opened the window and immediately told me whatever I was wearing smelled good because with a wall between us and a little window that she’d just opened already had my sillage surrounding her. This projects like a monster and the cherry is so dang juicy and sexy. I LOVE layering this with caramel pop. The only downside is that New Notes lowkey doesn’t fill all their bottles because mine was sent brand new in cello from so avant Garde and yet it looked like it had been used for maybe a whole month with the size of the dent and luckily the customer service was so lovely that they compared to a tester and I was right because even the tester was filled more than my bottle so they fixed the issue with me but beyond that little hiccup I noticed after a few times of wearing it that it out of nowhere started to produce another note that mixed with the spices and cherry almost smelled a bit gross.. I think the jasmine mixed with ylang ylang and spices is creating an odd odor that doesn’t quite sit well under so much sweet cherry so in turn it sometimes smells bad but that note only seems to come out when warmed up on skin otherwise on clothes the fragrance doesn’t do that and it smells wonderful and others will and do notice! So if you want to turn heads and gather compliments then you need this one. And if you have caramel pop then do yourself a favor and layer them because it’s the most sexy and edible layering combo to exist. It’s that date night Netflix and chill pairing!!

Wait.... The reviews below are SO WRONG?!.. Hello?? There is absolutely NO synthetic sharp or harsh cherry note, nor too much of spices. It is well balanced, slightly creamy and tropical in a way with a perfect blend of cherry. I don't see the reviews below as accurate and true. It is possible, that they have gotten to smell a bad bottle with over-sprayed cap or something must be off. I repeat again... THERE IS NO SCREECHY, SYNTHETIC OR SHARPNESS cherry. This is a creamy, cherry and slightly boozy type of calm uplifting gourmond cherry smell. This is wonderful and very good and you'll stand out when you wear this. Can be worn all year around, mostly winter, cold nights and date-nights (clubbing), or daily, but preferably not when there is heatwave. Scent: 8.8/10 Longevity: 9/10 (exceptional, easily 12-16h on skin) Sillage: 7.5/10 (scent trail could be better, but good enough) Projection: 9.5 (excellent, it is highly noticeable and leaves a prominent trail as you move. People sitting across the room or passing by can easily smell your perfume without a doubt) As a man, this is actually quite unisex, accords may differ. Test it, try it, go for it! Happy smelling :)

i didn’t think i could wear cherry, but this one proved me wrong. Tom Ford and BTSO just didn’t work to my nose. this takes the inherent artifice of cherry - novel, performative, slightly gauche - and fully commits to it. instead of trying to feel realistic, it becomes cinematic. dry down leans cosmetic and powder-musky, with the tonka and woods pulling the cherry away from youthful gourmand territory and into something much cooler and more expressive. it feels like dark lipstick, warm skin, smudged eyeliner, and a little bit of danger. fun, flirtatious, seductive, slightly dramatic but still incredibly wearable.

This may or may not make sense but this has an almost silky/velvet like quality to it maybe somewhat like lipstick? a really interesting "texture" regardless that makes me want to chew on something that tastes like how this smells. As for the scent profile I do pick up on the cherry and almond mainly. Sillage does seem to be really good with this as a singular spray of this was projecting off my hand for a solid two maybe three hours. If you like cherry, do sample this before you buy it as it's quite unique in my opinion.

Bright, dense, syrupy & fruity cherry with a spicy floral undertone. Really easy to wear, dry down is not synthetic/ medicinal as the immediate opening is, little bit gourmande. This has a light floral touch and a warm base, less is more imo no need to over spray 3-4 sprays n your good, on me the longevity and projection are good but I applied it over Palmer's cocoa butter body lotion. My boyfriend will wear Sirene by Fragrance Du Bois & I will wear this one, we'll smell so good together. 💖

My girl got me this one and I have to say I LOVE layering it with Initio Side Effect, it complements each other SO PERFECTLY. On it's own, it's still a great fragrance but as all cherry scents do, it suffers from rather weak performance and for the asking price, it could be more complex but spraying it on top of tobacco/boozy fragrance will make a beautiful blend that will make a lot of heads turn your way.

On scent alone, this is my second favorite cherry fragrance after Simone Andreoli’s Vicebomb. It’s a sweet, dark, slightly spicy, syrupy cherry. It’s absolutely gorgeous and I would’ve purchased a full bottle if the longevity wasn’t so abysmal. $220 for a 50ml that lasts less than 30 minutes on my skin is outrageous. This does smell amazing, though. Bummer about the performance.

New Notes is such a good brand with very high quality fragrances. Latte di cherry is the best cherry scent in my opinion. (Yes even better then Duchessa) It's so sirupy in the Opening but after this has settled down the milky, creamy warm scent comes through. It's a gourmand cherry fragrance. Absolutely fantastic.

At first a pretty strong, almost spicy cherry scent, kind of similar to Tom fords lost cherry. As it dries down it becomes sweeter, and smells like a cherry milkshake. A unique cherry perfume, absolutely worth the price.

This is Lost Cherry's posh sister. Same family, different vibe. She's got a past; but she's not telling you about it, you just see it in her eyes every now and then. Sweet, sexy, soft and just a wee bit dirty.

It is really rich and strong. It smells a bit like cosmetics, maybe a nail polish? But it gives a unique vibe, it’s different than other cherry perfumes. I love it

I'm weird but I really get the ylang in this fragrance, which is beautiful. Sort of cherry-scented ylang to me. I got a sample from the shop so will test it more.

This is essentially the same cherry as your lost cherry, cherry punk, burning cherry, and ducessa scented fragrances without their varying nuances; it's redundant, imho. Unless you're in love with cherry scents, I don't think this is fbw. To give the "Latte" feel, the house should have considered a coconut milk, fig milk or other latonic essence or a coffee note. Hard pass for me bc I have some of the others that came before its kind. On the positive side, Latte di Cherry does have great projection and it does smell really good! However, it's not unique enough and I'm glad to have sampled first. I encourage one to try before you buy ❤️

Marzipan, cherry, coca cola, glossy lipstick and hairspray residue in the bathroom, black soft rubber left in the sun. Beautiful balance of sweet and sour, not overly sweet. No milk, no almond, no dull amber. Very young, intense, bold, sexy but not for everyday wear - night out for early 20-30yo women who is not afraid to be the center of attention.

This is a super syrupy cherry, the almond provides a pretty creamy and milky note to make this shine. I see this as a signature and an all rounder, but I also see how consumers are repelled by how synthetic smelling it can be on some people. Almost like a maraschino cherry vibe.

i recently tested this perfume in a store and it is very simple, yet balanced. i would describe it as cherries & smoke, but not in a vape way, more like hookah

Latte di Cherry by New Notes completely drops the “cherry” illusion on my skin. There’s none of that syrupy, medicinal, candied cherry people usually expect from cherry fragrances—none of that recognizable sweetness at all. Instead, what comes through is something much closer to the core DNA of Cacharel Loulou: dense, powdery, slightly plasticky florals wrapped in a thick, creamy-sweet haze. It’s heavy, abstract, and a bit old-school in texture. If anything, the “latte” aspect reads more as a vague milky softness sitting underneath that classic, loud floral-powder structure—but even that feels more conceptual than literal. The comparison to Loulou becomes even stronger without the cherry. It’s that same suffocating sweetness, that same blurred mix of florals and synthetic warmth, where individual notes don’t really stand out. Everything melts into one persistent, slightly vintage-smelling cloud. If there is any fruit here, it’s so muted and buried that it might as well not exist. Certainly nothing juicy, nothing tart, nothing that would justify the name. Calling this a cherry fragrance feels misleading—it wears more like a modernized (but not really modern-smelling) take on a classic 80s powerhouse. Performance, however, follows that same bold profile. It tends to stick around and project, which only amplifies the Loulou resemblance. Whether that’s a good thing depends entirely on your tolerance for that thick, powdery style. Overall, Latte di Cherry isn’t about cherry—at least not here. It’s Loulou energy in a different bottle, with the fruit note either missing in action or completely swallowed by the composition.

I love cherry scents it’s probably my favourite note in a fragrance but there’s something with this one that disagrees with my nostrils. I was sent a decant of this by a friend to try as she knows I like the note but there’s just something synthetic in there that doesn’t gel with me I suspect it’s the floral spice competing with the cherry almond - I think there’s just too much going on for me. I think I will stick with my sirenes and Vicebomb but glad I got the opportunity to try it

Witch a ton of cherry scents out there, Latte di Cherry does stand out. Somehow most of the cherry scents I would picture as clear, see through juice/liquid. But this one is cloudy. Like some sort of homemade candy. At the opening I almost get some coconut milk for a brief moment. It is dense, sweet and almost powdery. However, after a few hours the dry down is too vetiver forward, so although it is impressive and I get the appeal, it's not for me. Also not blind buy safe!

J'attendais beaucoup de ce parfum, mais niveau cerise c est pas trop ca on sent la cerise mais très subtilment elle est cremeuse et secondaire, on retrouve surtout le côté lactée et l amande qui prennent le dessus. Niveau performance c'est un extrait de parfum, mais le sillage et la projection sont très faible on dirais une seconde peau

Okay okay I was trying to cheat on Tom Ford's Lost Cherry. This was a good attempt but WHY SO SYNTHETIC? I just could not get over how unnatural this smells. It does smell nice, but it is more like a cough syrop/cherry spray, which does not make it smell niche or "expensive", if I may...It is fine, but it is a no from me.

This scent almost has a texture, the weirdest thing. It is powdery cherry, kinda like a plastic doll or some fragranced eraser but more syrupy than that. Not for me, I always read those scent profiles as "for teens" or young adults. It has almond which is a cherry doppelganger + it has cherry, so double whammy

Eek I don’t know about this one.... It’s pretty funky. The opening is pretty, but the spices soon over take the scent. Like a cardamom latte? Will have to test again in cooler weather.

This perfume is so strange to me. I think I could love it if not for the spices. I don’t love the warm spiced milk vibe though. It’s almost stomach turning.

Let me start by saying I am VERY surprised BOSCOVS started carrying niche perfume. I went to shop for shelving for my stereo and came out after smelling most of the Akro’s and most of the New Note fragrances. Definitely a step up from Jimmy Choo and John Varvatos. Now for the REAL review I cycled through all the new notes they had and was more than excited to smell this after having the pleasure of smelling Carmelo Vanilla and Cocktail Maracuja. Plus all the hype around this fragrance being the “Best Cherry” fragrance out now? I was sure I’d love it. Until I sprayed it on a tester strip. Imagine Toy 2 if it had a cherry flanker. You thought Toy 2 bubblegum was bad? Imagine Toy 2 Cherry. PURE Cherry cough syrup, which overpowered every other note. I couldn’t smell anything but, not even the almond, which usually makes a great duo with cherry. Not even as I let it sit in my pocket, sniffing it hourly to see any change did I get a hint of anything else. The next morning, I awoke and found the pair of pants I left the strip in and took a sniff, just to see if the dry-down would have redeemed it. What do you know? Straight cherry. PLEASE, do not reject this perfume because of my opinion, as your olfactory receptors will catch different things than mine and your skin may make it work. But in my opinion, I smell overpriced cherry couch syrup, and I could’ve made it at a local fragrance oil store near me. The only reason I didn’t vote it WAY overpriced is because New Notes has had a crazy sale lately, and everything is around $153 (on Joma). Please try it out for yourself, just know I wasn’t a fan 2/10

Carded sample from a retailer. Sprayed on skin. Based on the notes, this looks amazing. But the opening is nothing like Lost Cherry, Burning cherry, or anything with that ripe cherry smell. It’s a perfumey perfume, that’s supposed to smell of cherries but doesn’t. A bit like things that don’t really smell of cherry, like Mancera wild cherry,but with a dirty edge. Definitely more like the Banana republic cherry Amber as it has that chemical vibe. Not as good though, honestly. Or like Ramon Monegal Cherry Musk. It takes a good 30 minutes before anything even resembling cherry emerges. And then, yes, like wafts of a bit of cherry. But it’s still chemically, astringent and sharp. It is sour as people say. But sadly there isn’t enough sandalwood (I cant smell that or any detectable wood really) to balance it out. Just not for me. Gutted as I’ve been dying to try this for ages.

I was curious to try this as a cherry lover, but this is a no for me. "Latte di Cherry | New Notes" is in the realm of "Maraschino | Sospiro". It has the same harsh note that one has. They are both very similar. The dry down is a bit better. I get some red berry’s, but this is not something I could wear personally. This isn’t a gourmand, but artificial and screechy to my nose. This is nothing like TF Lost Cherry, Cherry Punk, Duchessa or Vicebomb. Those 4 scents are much better than this. If you’re looking for a cherry scent that doesn’t have almond in the notes, I’d highly recommend "Cherry on Top | Perestish Parfums" which smells of candied cherries and cherry syrup. It’s amazing and is my fav Cherry.

OOf! Cough!! Cough!! This is something else! Super strong, boozy, CHERRY. You gotta be "of age" to wear this fragrance. Its dark, and drunk, and red, and loud, and smeared lipstick, and in your face, and she thinks she's super sweet - but actually, I'm going to get out of her way tonight because she's unpredictable and I personally don't like that energy.

Smells cheap and strong cheery cough syrup vibe! I really don't get it.

Maraschino cherry with blue coconut snowcone syrup (I know blue coconut isn’t listed but that’s exactly what it smells like to me😍) these notes linger the entire time; the cherry doesn’t dissipate, oxidize or change like in other cherry fragrances. Then there’s this amazing glossy skin musk that makes the fragrance feel deep and plush. Truly unisex, which makes it hotter. Muero y amo. 🍒🪩 I have loved TF Lost Cherry since it came out, and still do, and have tried many Cherry iterations and wannabes, many great and others not so great. I like to imagine TF LC is an amazing pixelated cherry scent (projection, elaboration & nuance) while Latte Di Cherry is a remastered HD version of it. Also, thank God this scent is nothing Latte* related; who knows why that’s part of the name?! Should have been called Cherry HD 😍

This is a spicy cherry which no one really talks about. It could be my nose but the spices are super strong and ruin it for me. I wanted to love this so much but I think l stick to Gritti Duchessa as it’s a softer more candy like cherry to my nose where the spice is subtle in the dry down and not loud and on top like with latte.

Strong cherry note, intensified by a boozy almond...or almond liquor? it is spiced, the Jasmin is perceptible. It would be a great scent if it didn't have a screechy synthetic feeling. I am almost sure this has ambroxan or amberwood or some similar synthetic crappy element. Harsh and synthetic. A sample is enough for me.

I have not looked up the notes not to be biased - so FOR ME is smells like Commodity Milk with little fruitiness - probably with cherry, but the cherry is not like the one in Lost Cherry and the damp wood. It's ok, but Comodity Milk is not my favorite, so this one is a pass as well.

This smells like laying on a silky bed sheet and beeing fed cherries by your loved one. Its sweet sensual sexy a little woody in the opening but the dry down is a very classy juicy cherry. Im in love!

I LOVE this! Tart, sour cherry with a creamy sandalwood. Not milky per se but definitely fruity with some tart red berries, sweet mandarin and then a woody base. Amazing!

Smells like Cherry Ambition by The Seven Virtues. Cheap and tacky headache inducer. Just NO.
