Musk Complexity

As somebody already mentioned it smells like Lush store. It does also smell like Chai Tea, very comforting & warm smelling. I love it.

ترکیب مُرکبات و زنجبیل به همراه دارچین و البته رام؛ فضا ای کوکا مانند ایجاد کرده که شبیه بوییدن یک نوشابه با تِکه های چوب دارچین و زنجبیل رنده شده و لیمو ترش هست و این حس خوشمزه و گازدار رو دوست دارم گاز این نوشیدنی به مرور کم میشه اما رایحه اون از بین نمیره و کمی دست‌خوش تغییر میشه نمیشه منکر بوی مُشک توی عطر شد اما این مُشک شبیه خیلی از مُشک هایی که توی عطر ها دیدم،نیست مُشک با همراهی نت های اسپایسی و رگه های خفیف پودری که وجه انیمالیک بسیار کم ای داره و بیشتر چرمی هست؛اونم نه یک چرم براق و انیمالیک دارچین توی عطر خیلی بارزه.از شروع که گره خورده با زنجبیل و لیمو تا انتها که اون وجه اسپایسی رو در کنار مُشک ارائه می‌کنه شباهت هایی به ماسک راواجر داره اما رایحه همه پسند تر شده و راحت پوش تر با پرفورمنس بهتر هرچند پرفورمنس قابل قبول ای داره اما بازهم نسبت به عطر های خنک این برند ضعیف به نظر میاد -تست شده از نسخه‌ی 2021- ************* scent:8/10 longevity:9/10 sillage:8/10 purchase value:4/10 ******** overall:7.3/10

From memory it's 70% Musc Ravageu, that's clone territory percentile. Less gourmand and weird than Musc Ravageu which is a plus to me. On skin it's more ambery than musky overall. On clothes it smells better, it's more balanced less thick and less ambery, on clothes it reminded me of Byredo bal d afrique. 8/10 on clothes and 7.5/10 on skin.

It reminds me of the moment when you enter any Lush store and the strong smell of powders hit you up in the nose. I like it. It’s going to find its own fans though 😀

Too me this smells like Coke 🥤 with lemon 🍋 It’s nice 8/10

The title and the note list make it seem like this is going to be a warm, inviting, complex, deep perfume, but it is not really that. This smells rather crisp for a musk perfume, slightly smells of all those Iso E Supers and Ambroxans, definitely something synthetic and all the warm notes are somewhere far away. This is very expensive for what it offers. A no from me. -

This smells just like homemade bar soap my dad used to make. Very clean and slightly comforting scent.

A mix of notes that does not work for me. I don ́t get any musk at all.

Musky/citrus, yeah...but kinda weird.

Although not overly sweet, it is still a rather sweet feminine scent. Citrus fruits clearly lead the body of the perfume, ginger underlines the sparkling tones and labdanum with jasmine delivers floral undertones, but I did not notice any animality or civet, no woodyness. On the contrary, who knows, add a sparkling multivitamin or classic Lipo hard candies.

Too much amberwoods, pierces through the whole Scent

I had no idea what to expect from this fragrance when I ordered a sample - hadn't seen the notes on Fragrantica or anywhere else. That was intentional, as I was experimenting with how knowing notes before smelling a fragrance vs. after testing could influence my willingness to even try it. I decided to sample Musk Complexity solely because I do love a clean "white" musk note. I am so thrilled with this fragrance! It is heavy on the clean white musk I love, absolutely, and it's beautiful! So after one week of testing, I finally looked up the notes and was so surprised at what's listed. I would never have purchased even a sample if I had seen the notes first, and that would have been such a loss for me. This fragrance is definitely musk forward, but there is so much more to it. So many facets, so well blended, it's hard to pick out the individual notes. I get a moderate sillage with 5-6 hours of wear. To my nose, Musk Complexity is simply beautiful and unique; it quickly became my favorite musk-forward fragrance in a collection that contains a handful of alternate choices. My experiment was a win-win, as I learned to be more open to notes I may not be familiar with and the was rewarded with a new favorite fragrance! ✨

New Notes Musk Complexity smells like the tan, striated, ginger hard candies at first. I also get the FM Musc Ravageur dna but lighter mixed with the musk in JM Midnight Musk & Amber all infused with the ginger candy. You can also throw in Vicks and something slightly medicinal that isn’t bothersome. Maybe it’s the liquor. There’s a vibe of Fireball whiskey and its big red cinnamon scent and flavor. Truthfully it’s not my favorite flavor combination because I don’t like cinnamon with alcohol as a drink, but it is known to be so smooth but “minty” and this texture is what I find in here. I can almost feel the warm, smooth burn in my throat from the lingering accord in Musk Complexity which I like. I’m happy I was able to pick out those notes, the dominant ones being ginger and cinnamon imo, along with musk. 2 hours in and I get a sweet brown sugar and cardamom; the Fireball has subsided. I also get chocolatey accents which may be from the chocolate flower and patchouli that isn’t dark or earthy. This gets sweeter but still has the deep musk, cardamom spice that’s subtle in here, and the sandalwood to balance them all, lasting until 8-9 hours when it finally disappears on me. The projection, moderate.

Sweet boozy musky scent with a soft ginger note. Reminds me of Chai tea somehow. Not your typical Musk scent for sure. There are no coldness or hash aspects like some musky scents do have. This feels very warm, and cozy, even with a bit of spicy character. I love how softly sweet it is and I just immediately think of chai tea with a dash of milk. Very comforting and inviting. I find musky scents sometimes difficult to wear, especially during winter, but this one is so good, such a warm and lovable scent. I think about a loving person's embrace, a loving hug and this perfume reminds me of that feeling, very very relaxing and embracing.

first paper test: opening is a burst of lemon and spices - cinnamon, ginger, cardamom all very distinctly present. first thought was this is NOT a musk scent or at least not typical. I can sense the rum but it is very sharply gingery like a ginger snap cookie more than rum. the drydown is something my dad would have worn. very nice smelling but a bit masculine to me. overall on paper a very interesting fragrance, but not a musk to me, and I doubt I would wear it. but i would like it if I smelled it on someone else. I will update when i test it on skin.

Wow. This is a bomb of notes. It is a very lemony, sugared black tea scent. It develops spices slowly but it doesn't get to Chai Tea on my skin. I think this is a little bit harsh in the beginning but it gets better rapidly. I like it in the drydown, it feels very modern and even a little bit sensual. I love it on my skin and definitely would love to smell this on a man. Mmm...I like this. Will finish my sample and maybe will get a full bottle. I like it.

Testing from a sample, it starts off piney/alpine mountain breeze car air freshener in a good way type vibe and then goes in a bit of a musky direction like Musc Ravaguer but still keeping it's identity. It does have that brown sugar touch without being intrusive. I don't think this is super animalic at all. Very nice scent!

To me it immediately hits like the honey( the brown sugar)lemon boiled sweets (candies) of years past with a gorgeous powered musk , making it so cozy . The initial sweetness calms down to what remains pretty linear but a lovely wear.

this to me smells like a very well blended mix of dry spices and citrus, with a distinct cinnamon note on he opening, It's very warm and sexy. I wouldn't wear it but this is how I want my man to smell in winter.
