My Review of #PinkFriday2Perfume: Before I begin it’s important to stress how a perfume smells on your body is dependent upon your skin’s pH balance. The dry down of PF2 on my skin smells like I am fresh out of the shower. I first put it on after I got out of the shower, so I just assumed that’s why. After a few hours, it still smelled like I was fresh out of the shower. The scent that lingers on my skin is aldehyde, which gives the other notes a lift. Since there’s 3 floral scents in PF2 the combination of aldehyde with floral chords, the perfume often takes on a “clean” or “powder” scent. The after shower scent that lingers on my skin I am assuming is coming from the 3 middle notes in PF2 which is Mimosa, Damask Rose, and African Orange Flower. You can find aldehyde in Chanel No. 5. The difference is when I wear Chanel No. 5 the aldehydic scent is too overpowering. In PF2, the aldehydic scent is not overpowering. It’s just right. What I love about this perfume, it doesn’t smell like any other perfume. I love the non overbearing scent of PF2. It reminds me of how Tiffany & Co does their fragrance formula. It’s airy and light with a hint of seduction.

I really; really; really LOVE this! To my nose I get a Fresh Clean Laundry Dryer Sheet; with a hint of Sweetness from the Fruit but not a Candy Sweet; a hint of the Powderyness mixed with an Old school Lipstick smell. Sounds crazy but smells so; so; so; so good! Very different from PF1 so if You have that one by getting this one you’re not getting the same scent! This is a perfect signature scent; great throw on and go; great for everyday; all year round! I think it’s worth picking up even in a Travel if You can’t get a Full Size Bottle! Also this does last on my Skin for at least 3-4 Hours and even longer when I wear it on top of Oil & Lotion! The bottle of Course is the Iconic Pink Friday Album Cover just a different color top! I Love It; it really does look like Nicki’s Face! And No i’m not a Barb! I think I may need a backup because I know during Spring and Summer this will be even better!

Jovan white musk is a DUPEEE , smelled it at JcPenny and instantly was like "yup that Jovan white musk" just pink friday 2 had this slightest bit of sweetness but just a little bit Jovan white musk has no sweetness at all compared to the original pink friday they smell nowhere alike they are very very very very different and complete opposites even if they were alike in some way its pink friday wayyyyyy more older like in her 40s or 50s but in a good way, pink friday is more juvenile and a bit immature if I'd give og pink friday an age I'd say 13 and pink friday 2, 40 , the new pink friday 2 is soapy a bit powdery and mature if you don't like clean soapy powdery mature fragrances then this isn't for you.

Okay, hold a second! This is a MUST HAVE! It smells clean, fresh, musky with a light floral aspect. I am honestly wowed as this smells nothing like the fruity accord of past NM releases. Someone mentioned how this reminds them of Chanel No.5 and they are absolutely right. Pink Friday 2 is such a refined fragrance that I have worn to the office, in errands and in a small gathering, and it WORKS. I see anyone of any age, wearing this easily. It is so mass appeal and very approachable. I love love looooooove this fragrance and have to give it up to Nicki Minaj on this one. From my POV, this is the BEST celebrity fragrance release of 2023.

This is probably my favorite perfume out of all Nicki's (majesty comes close second). This one is a very clean, mature powdery scent. But not powdery like an old lady, powdery like baby powder or dove soap. Very light and airy and if you are looking for a baby powder perfume scent, THIS is it. If you are used to Nicki's previous perfumes, they are very fruity but this one isn't to me. Some people bring up smelling fruit notes but to my nose i really don't smell fruit at all, not even faintly. So Nicki really took a sophificated clean mature approach with this one. This will probably be my new daily wearer, that's how impressed i am.

It's like Nicki team release this one just for promoting her album. It has sloppy design and color screen on the bottle is so sketchy. The scent is nice. I like how it give different vibe compare to her previous fragrances. This one is warm, soft and pleasant. The longevity is great but the sillage is bad (sit closely on my skin all day). The overall quality is disappointing to me but I don't blame on Nicki because she was focus on her album not this fragrance project. (She didn't know the fragrance was being released and sold out within minutes). 7/10 (Just for fans and collectors because it's limited edition)

Been using for a couple of days. At first it was shocking, because her line is very fruity/fresh and this is powder galore. It smells like a powdery, soft floral perfume with a tad of sweetness underneath. It is "mature" but not vintage. Out of all her fragrances, this is her most "serious" one. Make no mistake, this is a powdery scent through and through, so I find it puzzling that in the "reminds me of" section, there are extremely fruity fragrances and even men fragrances. Celebrities never do something like this, so this is a nice surprise.

Ohh Nicki, who would have guessed I love your perfumes than your songs. This is now one of my favourite perfumes in my collection and Nicki’s. This is like a nectarine jam added mimosa, musk and amber. Sweet and long lasting and a little overwhelming. Somehow I understand people who think this is dated and grandmaish. But this doesn’t mean for me a bad thing. Reminding me a good scent from good old days, probably when I was a child I smelt something similar with this. Back then maybe a soap, maybe a scent coming from a classy woman.

An absolutely gorgeous addition to Nicki’s fragrance catalogue. Reminds me more of The Pinkprint than Pink Friday, but still unique to any other scent. It’s clean, sweet, sensual and brightly floral. The notes are balanced really well in a way that makes the scent almost lactonic, very calming. The scent doesn’t last too long on me but I can’t stop smelling my wrist while it’s there. Overall I’d rank this 3rd in her collection, after Queen and Onika. I hope the 3.4oz bottle has the Nicki Minaj chain 😁

This is not like any of Minaj’s previous perfume releases. This one is grown. Not what I expected I don’t smell pineapple maybe a faint of nectarine but I don’t smell fruit notes. But I’m not mad at it. It’s a fresh clean skin scent. I’ve been taking it to the gym & I believe I’m turning necks like the exorcist. It’s soft musky & powdery almost like Dove soap or Nivea cream. This is for my clean girlies. The girls that get it bytch get it! It’s gorgeous. I’ll be buying a bigger bottle! PINK FRIDAY 2

I bought this initially just because I love Nicki and her music and I saw the notes. I was not expecting this to become the most complimented scent I own. Very clean and fresh, a bit unisex leaning feminine, never over powering but wonderful projection. Easily an essential in my collection.

sophisticated, but with a touch of girly sweetness. like an expensive laundry detergent that everyone raves about on tiktok. a coastal grandmother/granddaughter chewing bubblegum. if you smelled this on someone you were hugging, you’d want to hug them a bit longer

' He loves the way I smell, PF2!!" He bends me prietzel!!!! She did not lie yall, I get bent and turned every way but loose with this fragrance, I always get stopped by men and women asking :) GET IT!! It is SEXY, fun, and mature!

Sexy, elegant and fruity. It reminds me a lot of Chanel no5 and will definitely be a staple in my collection. I’ve never had a perfume by Nicki before but I’m so glad I decided to get this one.

It’s an amazing perfume. Seeing people write fake reviews is so concerning. Get! Smells great! Look at all the video reviews from people who bought! Well worth the money!

When I 1st got this from JC Penney, it was new and no one really got it yet, but the 2 reviews that were up just raved about how they loved Nicki and they loved the fragrance without any real details, so I had no idea what to expect. PACKAGING: The box really disappointed me. It is identical to Nelly's Apple Bottoms fragrance packaging from 2009. Based on her reaction to people posting their fragrances, not only did Nicki not approve of this, but she didn't know it was released. So, I can't blame her entirely but it does make me side eye and I believe there should've been better and more original effort. BOTTLE DESIGN: Again, disappointed. The bottle is recycled from the original Pink Friday. The only difference is the shirt, which is an ode to Nicki's Super Freaky Girl video look. The definitely should have changed the hair to match the look from the video. SMELL: The original Pink Friday thrives in my subtropical climate. This fragrance is nothing like that. It's not a fruit bomb. Originally, I didn't like it at all. Wearing it out, I kept getting compliments. I didn't understand what they were smelling. After a few weeks of maceration, FINALLY! The notes started really coming through to my nose. Clean musk, milky coconut (though it's not listed), and a hint of pineapple. The more the weather changes/warms up, the more I like it and smell more notes. So, I just wouldn't recommend it in the winter and I think it was rushed so it takes a little time to macerate/develop, but it's good. ***Some people claim it smells like a younger Chanel No5. Then the correct comparison is Chanel No 5 L'EAU. I can smell the similarities, but I don't think it's identical or even close. I think this smells a lot like the viral Lattafa- Qaed Al Fursan (white bottle). I LOVE layering PF2 with Burberry HER ,YARA by Lattafa, or Yara TOUS to amp up the fruit. LONGEVITY: 1hr scent bubble, 3 hrs close to skin. Other people can smell my scent bubble much longer, 8-10 hours if not all day. I hate that other people can smell this on me more than I can, but at least they say I smell good. RATING: 7.5/10

bought it cus i love nicki and went to gag city but i actually love iit its not my usual alley of gourmand its clean fresh mature smelling i can see how its unisex and usually thats a turn off for me but it doesnt smell masculine just pleasantly clean and sexy, cant stop sniffing my wrist its addictive not grandma smelling at all just sexy clean summer scent. at first it smells a bit like sunscreen to me but that fades, and its def wearable in so many situations like the perfect clean go to scent, def gna be wearing this all summer!!

super freaky granny! i love the original pink friday perfume but this one is not for me. it definitely caters to a more mature audience. definitely like chanel no.5. VERY powdery with floral. feels like you walked into your granny's bathroom.

Sweet baby powder is what I get. When it dries down, the baby powder is more tolerable. I am finding that I love lipstick and cosmetic powder, not so much baby powder. I’ll keep it for a bit, but I will probably end up giving it away.

This stinks- it’s a cross between the pink print and pink Friday- it’s not working. It’s just a mashup of those two fragrances- like the leftovers mushed together. The aldehydes in this make this smell like dirty chlorine water poured over wilted flowers.

Fruit salad scent that disappears within 20 minutes. Extremely tacky bottle.

This is the most mature and floral out of all the flankers...not really a fan of Pink Friday 2, as I gravitate towards fragrances like her previous releases. It's a fresh and clean skin scent, don't expect the fruits to be juicy and sweet, its very clean and out of the shower vibes. I can see why the comments below say it smells like "grandma", but once it's again it's due to the florals. I can't pick out the floral notes separately, either. I just had to blind buy this because I love Pink Friday, but this isn't similar or "the big sister" to that at ALL, don't be fooled lol. Most of the reviews below me love this fragrance, but I just think there are better floral perfumes out there. Its so different, I wonder if Nicki Minaj would have released this had she known what PF2 smelled like(she had no idea this was released), as her previous releases are quite fruity.

I’m a OG barb since her mixtape era. I remember seeing an interview from back in 2007-08, where the girl interviewing her had asked her what her favorite perfume was and it showed her what she wore and it was Johnson&Johnson baby lotion layered Chloe perfume. I’m not surprised she went for this type of scent. She’s always loved a powdery scents. At first whiff it smelled like something familiar, my brain was telling me “You’ve smelled this before! Maybe an Avon perfume? Like a cheapie powdery scent, but from where?” Then once I looked through the suggested similar scents. BINGO! It was Jovan White Musk! They smell damn near identical, but PF2 has florals that make it more youthful smelling. If you are on a budget and can’t get your hands on PF2, I say try Jovan White Musk.

Staying at a wonderful hotel It has a 24hr gym. I got ready in my suite & chose Pink Friday 2 as my fragrance. From the first burst you can smell sweet pineapple & sweet nectarine not sugary but fresh. So warm perfect for everyday wear but it shines in the spring & summer. The fruits soften & the flower notes bloom from orange blossoms to mimosa & rose. So delicate the fragrance becomes airy & light. The dry down becomes musky with amber & a hint of tonka bean. This is a skin scent. It is clean & attractive vastly different & mature than the OG Pink Friday (which I love). A hot guy lifting weights told me he like the way I smell (PF2) 😂. Wanna bend me up pre-etzel 🥨. He gave me his📱# & his room number. Thank you Nicki I will be purchasing the bigger bottle!

When I purchased this, I was definitely expecting it to smell similar to Moonlight as that's one of the top rated on the "reminds me of" section. On my skin, however, I am actually reminded of a completely different fragrance! Pink Friday is a clean, musky yellow floral that I find quite similar to Jovan White Musk! I get a sparkly blend of Nectarine and Pineapple at first spray, which quickly evolves to a soft powdery blend of Mimosa, amber, and musk. I would definitely consider this an easy reach scent. Then again, I feel like that can be said for all of Nicki's fragrances honestly. This will be a perfect work scent for me. Definitely enjoying this - and of course loving the new album!

As someone who was an everyday user of the original Pink Friday perfume, I didn't know what to expect for PF2. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how much more mature this scent felt against my skin and in terms of longevity. It definitely smells clean, fresh, and is very flowery for me. I ended up falling in love with this perfume. A spritz or two of this mixed with other fruity and floral scents in my collection is heaven-sent!

I really thought i would not like this perfume based off the reviews but i really love it, she is giving clean fresh laundry dryer sheet vibes with a touch of sweetness. I do get the musk and powder i do think it's more MATURE but not in a old lady way. It also reminded me of Private Show from Britney Spears a bit

Not sure how i feel. Very sharp, very grandma-esque. I do get the Chanel no 5 comparisons but this is much lighter, reminds me more of Chanel no 5 L’eau? i’ve only been able to enjoy this fresh out of the shower. I wouldn’t recommend blind buying Edit: ended up giving this away

I love how clean and powdery this one is. I have musk 12 by kayali and they're both very similar, this has a more flowery and powdery bite, where musk 12 is more aquatic almost. I like them both together for a soft cozy scent, feels comforting!

A love at first sniff. Nicki Minaj does fruity perfumes so well. This is a perfect fruity spring and summer scent, suitable for daytime.
