Pink Friday

I snagged this fragrance for $14.99 and immediately returned it before I even left the parking lot. I smelled nothing but alcohol. Later in the day, I kept getting whiffs of something tropical and didn't realize what it was until the next day. My husband said I smelled yummy. I couldn't believe he could still smell that. As soon as I saw it again, I purchased it and I'm so glad I gave it another try because now it is one of my spring/summer MUST haves! It's one of the few fragrances that performs exceptionally well in very hot/humid weather and it lasts a really long time on my skin. Great for summer vacation. I think the 1st one I got may have been old, but the 2nd bottle smelled amazing! Very nice fruity island vibes. I have no idea why people claim this smells anything like Juicy Couture because I cannot stomach any of the Juicy Coutures. This is nothing like that. This doesn't smell like a cheapie teen fragrance to me. Fun, but not cheap. It's also not super refined and expensive smelling either. Just like a pretty young woman in her early to mid twenties from a tropical island. Although it smells like that, you can wear this anywhere any time and not be offensive at all. It lasts but is not a strong projector. I'd say within an arm's reach for the 1st 2-3hrs, then it's closer to the skin. I notice, men in particular always compliment me on this fragrance. They really love it and are surprised when I say it's from Nicki Minaj and only $15 bucks! I know a lot of people don't like the bottle, but I have an appreciation for Nicki and I think the smell and bottle are very her. So it doesn't bother me. I think it's actually one of the better looking bottles from her collection actually. I'm definitely getting a backup and now I want to try the Pink Friday Special Edition and the Deluxe Edition.

AM I A NICKI FAN ?? Pull up in the monster, automobile gangsta~ This is Roman Zolanski personified, this screams colorful 2010's pop music and I adore it. The bottle design is really hated by some, but loved by me, the color scheme is so so cute and represents the aesthetic Onika went for, for the Pink Friday album perfectly. Think of a fruity/sweet dream. A nice Carambola complimented by the Blackberry and Italian Mandarin in the opening, then, when it dries down I fully get the Caramel, Pear, Lotus and a slighty creamy Star Jasmine. Even if you smell it at the opening I think that the Blackberry and Italian Mandarin are stealing the show, and when it dries down you get them but in a really slight and subtle way, as if they were base notes on an EDT. A ton of fragrance lovers describe Pink Friday as a dupe for Viva La Juicy, but I don't think so. It is indeed similar with some close and similar notes but I think it is really more fruity and just similar not the SAME. It lasts surprisingly good for a celebrity perfume, Pink Friday being my second celebrity perfume after the infamous and disgusting Adam Levine perfume range. Then I recently bought Indi Visible from Katty Perry makin it my third celebrity perfume and it proves my point on saying that Nicki's Pink Friday lasting power is beast mode compared to the others that I tried. I really consider getting another flanker before it becomes even harder to find in France, I have the 50ml bottle which is already fine but I might get the 100ml. Definitely wanting to get Onika as well since it seems like a more mature Pink Friday. Her EDP's seems to last forever. Love, love, love. 9.5/10

Several of the perfumes I own are blind buys from discount stores and pink Friday is one that I see all the time . However I never felt drawn to buy this because I don’t particularly like NIcky Minajs music and I didn’t think this perfume bottle was pretty enough to justify an impulse buy. A few weeks ago I found an opened box of pink Friday at Tj maxx and without thinking about it too much I sprayed it once on my coat sleeve. I thought it was extremely sweet so I put the bottle back and moved on with my day and I left my coat in my trunk to take it to the dry cleaners... a few days later I pulled the coat out and a beautiful scent hit me , woody florals with a hint of sweetness. I mentally retraced my steps trying to remember which perfume I had tested on my coat sleeve, I even went back to the same store to check out all the perfumes , and there it was , the same bottle now on clearance (because it was opened ) and I couldn’t believe that was the fragance I was looking for because I didn’t like it the first time around. I bought a full size bottle and a backup after that because this perfume really makes me happy . It starts very strong , fruity, citric and very syrupy at first, it reminds me of a summer cocktail , then it slowly evolves into something beautiful and ultra feminine. This perfume is a rollercoaster but one that I enjoy from start to finish . I’ve read a lot of reviews here that say longevity is not great but this last 6-8 hrs on my skin , maybe not noticeable from afar but It’s definitely there. Lasts for days on clothes.

I'm not a fan of nicki Minaj or her music but I must admit her perfumes do smell pretty. Nothing amazing but they are lovely. Not a fan of the bottle either but I kinda think them to be a bit cute. I never would have thought Id buy her perfume but my little cousin (15) wanted a nicki Minaj perfume. My sister in law (27) and I (24) were sniffing NM perfumes to figure out which to get for my cousin. We sprayed our wrists and the whole shopping trip we kept sniffing them. We were surprised at how pretty they smelled. My sister in law caved and bought Minajesty. We bought Pink Friday and Minajesty for my cousin. This was two years ago by the way. Since then, I have been sneaking sprays of Pink Friday because it smells so good! It's a girly, flirty scent. Fruity and the right amount of sweet. Doesn't last long but hat doesn't really matter much to me. A few weeks ago I found a pack of Nicki Minaj (pink Friday, pink Friday special edition and minajesty) purse sprays for a decent price and purchased them right away. After days of using them I decided to invest in the bigger bottles and I don't regret. I know this scent has a lot of dislikes but it's actually a pretty like able scent. My hubby thinks I'm silly for buying Nicki Minaj perfumes but I'm happy with my purchases. I especially like pink Friday. I use it on days where I'm just lounging around the house or running errands in a t-shirt and jeans. I can't wait to wear this in cooler weather!

I don't know much about perfumes, especially the low, high and main notes of a perfume. I can't even detect certain ingredients in a perfume so it is a little hard for me to explain how something smells..... Let me just get on with my review. I got this perfume for Christmas from my sister. I've been wanting this perfume for awhile because I smelt it at a department store and fell in love quickly. I used to HATE sweet and fruity perfume scents but as I got older, I started liking it a little bit more. Pink Friday is very sweet and citrusy. The sweetness of the scent is not overpowering and it doesn't give me a headache either. I like it for everyday use, going to work/school and even spraying it a couple times before doing errands. Not much of a night time perfume so I don't wear it when I go out. My boyfriend also loves it (he hates musky, mature scents) so this one is perfect. I can say that this scent is a little bit childish, teen like but anyone could wear it and the perfume does not last long at all. BUT AS FOR THE BOTTLE, I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love it because its very cute, I have the 100ml and the bust wears a Nicki Minaj necklace and the gold face reminds me of the Oscars award. I hate it because it reminds everyone that Nicki is very conceited person (as all of her perfumes are of her bust). Overall, I like the scent of it and the bottle is great to add to your collection, something different :)

I don't know why it took me so many years to buy a Nicki Minaj fragrance. I finally snagged this one today at £20 for 100ml and I really love it! It absolutely smells like the early 2010s lol, but that gives me nostalgia for a truly wonderful and fun time period in my life. It's bright, fruity, sweet, watery, and a bit lactonic. To my nose it smells like a really juicy shampoo, which is the kind of scent I've really been craving for my collection lately. I've seen a lot of comparisons to AG Sweet Like Candy and I'm inclined to agree, but I think they're cousins, not sisters. And... it's a celeb fragrance, so the lasting power isn't great and it's a very linear scent. But that's not a bad thing! The bottle is intense but I love it - I'll be keeping her around long after I've used up the juice. I don't like when people are like "It's not for such and such age group" because heck that. I'm 39 and while I like to wear more "mature" scents too, nothing beats a fun, cheap little gourmand sometimes and I don't think there should be an age cap on that.

all time fave. repurchased this for the last decade or so. Excellently well done. There is a nice twist to this that I personally find sophisticated. Its fun, its outgoing, its tropical, its vibrant and it holds a lot of memories for me now. Notes are hard to explain. No outstanding note, this is blended into itself in a expertly put together twist. Packaging is nice, i ended up throwing away the head because it was creeping me out in the night but the packaging was well put together. This is my favourite of the nicki minaj fragrances. Should this reach you, please invest in your perfume line more. I miss the days of the nicki minaj perfume limited editions and pink print. These perfumes are my favourite of celebrity perfumes, she did a great job on this. 10/10

I'm not a huge fan of this singer, but based off the notes listed, I decided to buy a travel size of Pink Friday to try it out. I had NO idea this would become one of my favorites. It's not overly complicated and it's youthful. It runs very tropical and fruity to me. It reminds me of VS Bombshell but last much longer but I could be wrong. It doesn't remind me of Viva La Juicy. I liked it enough to buy a big bottle of it and refilled my travel size as the bottle is a bit unweidly and cumbersome. The body does remind me of the corset style of female JPG perfumes though. The sillage on this lasts decently and even with just two spritz it projects but I don't find it to be overwhelming. But if you're doing more than that, I can see how it'd be overwhelming.

''Pink Friday'' (I have the fine fragrance mist) is an amazing light, fruity floral perfume! On the initial spray it smells a little bit like ''Royal Revolution'' by Katy Perry. Then I can smell the blackberry, italian mandarin, A LOOOOOT of jasmine( but don't let that scare you away) and at the base caramel, vanilla and woodsy notes. It is a beautiful fruity scent with A LOT OF jasmine in the beginning. Even though I don't like jasmine AT ALL , I don't mind it in here, because as the fragrance dries down it becomes more berry, sweet and caramelly. (There's a little bit of jasmine in the back in the end). It is also very similar to ''Someday'' by Justin Bieber, but that one is not that fruity. It's lighter and softer. Longevity is good.

Pink Friday has a special place in my heart thanks to the memories and nostalgia, even though its longevity may not be that great. However, it has been one of my favorite perfumes for years and its gotten me more compliments than other perfumes I own altogether (be it more expensive or designer ones). The scent is fruity, girly, sweet but not cloying, fresh and perfect for any type of season and weather - you cannot go wrong with it. It does not remind me of any other perfume I tried before, not even Viva La Juicy which I own as well. Imo I would say VLJ is stronger and more mature compared to Pink Friday, which i do not mean as a compliment. I will keep repurchasing PF until it discontinues.

On first spray this smells like Nicki Minaj - Onika. Sweet from the starfruit, but on drying down there is noticeable differences. Pink Friday has a creamy caramel scent that is absolutely gorgeous and a bottom note of pear too which smells almost identical to Paris Hilton - Siren on fully drying (this is slightly sweeter) Whereas Onika has a recognisable yet hard to describe sugary scent. Both are absolutely lovely, I think Pink Friday is slightly stronger and longer lasting, but neither have any wow in their staying power. Both are affordable and worth the money, if you like fruity or gourmand scents this is definitely worth grabbing.

I’ve had this fragrance for about a year and a half now. Recently, I decided let Me use this since I haven’t been using it and I love PF2. Let’s just say I absolutely LOVE; LOVE; LOVE this fragrance. I ALWAYS get compliments when wearing this scent. It’s the perfect Caramel, Fruity duo. It’s sweet but not in a juvenile way. It’s very light but projects and last a while on my skin and forever on my clothes. I’m in awe that I snagged this masterpiece for less than $20 and the scent and performance are top tier. I’d put this up there with some Designer fragrances and it would come out on top. Sidenote; I’m not a Barb!

I really enjoy this one! It cherish my nose and doesn't irritate head :) So it's really a pity that it will last less than 4 hours on my skin.. :( Lovely fruity floral, sweet, but not overwhelming way, and it has little bit of freshness. Blackberry is working very well in this. And base is very warm with vanilla and caramel, and it even have some depth in it (and again I find some some note which remind me a little bit of licorice, maybe it is a mix of carambola and caramel? Although, I can't exactly remember how the carambola smells :D) It can be found at quite good price, under 30euros/50ml, that's nice!

It was a snowy afternoon in December of 2012, my mother took me to Macy’s to buy this perfume. I immediately fell in love with it. I went to my local Ross & found Pink Friday in the 3.4oz bottle & travel I bought it. Recently, I had repurchased Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture to compare the both & they’re pretty much identical, but Pink Friday is more stronger & fresher. Juicy leans on praline & wears off to quickly where Pink Friday has a beautiful caramelized pear note that lingers for quite some time. Pink Friday over Viva La Juicy. It’s girly, young & fun. I recommend any girl or boy it’s delicious.

Oh my dear Nicky-your giant scary plastic head warns of the plastic scent contained in your frosted glass bosom. I love your synthetic charming notes!!! I have finished a few bottles of you in the past and just cracked open a new 50 ml bottle today. I know this will not last. You come on hard then fade away quickly! But I will spray spray spray to keep you with me a little longer. I know how this will end. I will empty this bottle too soon then swear to never get another again! Too much work! Not worth it! But we both know the truth and so does TJMax!

I don’t understand the dislike for this one! It’s a great sweet caramel perfume. It’s affordable, it lasts a good 4-6 hours and it gives a scent bubble if you use the right amount. You don’t have to over do it but spray enough to give it a chance. For the price this is a great alternative for bon bon or gold couture as they’re in the same family of smells. This is fruity caramel, if that sounds like you, then this would be great for your collection! The bottle might not be for everyone but regular bottles are bland anyways, live a little!

I had this perfume for years since I was in highschool. I ALWAYS received compliments (from men, women and adults). I am writing this without owning the fragrance at the moment but I do remember it being very fruity. I never smelled the caramel as much. I think most people would enjoy this, and it is a great teenager/young scent. But I think you can wear whatever perfume you enjoy! I want to repurchase this, it is just harder to find these days. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fruity, flirty, fun spring and summer scent!

I was in high school when this came out. And I remember I wanted it so bad the thing with it. Now the frosted bottle is the. Reformulation, and it smells similar, but it's not the magical beauty it used to be. The white bottle is the most beautiful formula. Even the dried down the new version of this smells like it. But the dry down is not the same at all. What it used to be.And it used to last hours, and now it's gone within an hour.One of my favorite perfumes for sure but in the white bottle

Smells super good, it definitely smells like a clean scent to me, like you just got out the shower. Smells expensive, I feel like this would be a great scent for the summer or if you wanna go out. It doesn't last that long, but if you layer it, it will. It smells a little sweet, definitely more of a floral smell for this. Definitely get compliments on this one! And also the bottle is super pretty, Nickis fragrances are always so cute. 😍🫧🌸

with the way nicki acts rn it's so unfortunate how good this perfume is. like seriously. the fruity notes combined with the slight dessert-y smell makes this fragrance so addicting, pair it with a light vanilla perfume and it's the best summer fragrance ever. longevity is amazing too i still smell a hint of it on clothes i haven't worn in years. & don't get me started with the bottle design like yesss body !! real feminine i love it down

I would describe this scent as a juicy starfruit covered in caramel. Such a pretty and sweet fragrance, the sweetness isn't too strong and it blends well with the juicy fruit to give it a freshness. I wish this scent lasted longer however I still love it! The bottle design is so cute imo ! ⭐️ However, after 5 minutes I don't smell it at all! Im very sad bc I love the scent but this becomes a skin scent right after the initial spray.

one of my FAVS oh my god so sweet and yummy and everybody loves it. wish i had discovered it back when i was searching for something like Sweet Like Candy by AG (cus that was my signature scent in highschool as i loved it but now it obvi reminds me too much of highschool to wear) cus THISSS is exactly what i needed!! my favvv type of scent so yummy and delectable i love smelling it on me and so do men heheheheh

So i bought MY perfume at a perfume store in the mall, i was a bit skeptical at first because i’m not a barb but i really wanted to try this perfume....so i bought it. it wasn’t a blind buy as he opened the package i could literally SMELL the perfume it was so strong and smelt so yummy, it gives the same vibes as viva la juicy but lasts just as long (if you get a real one 🤣) this is one of my absolute favorites

Edit: No longer a Barb 🥀 Nicki why Won't lie, this review will be a bit bias cuz I like Nicki Minaj But I will say the floral sweetness mixed with the sticky scent just blends so well together, this used to be my go to date scent and guys just ate this UP The bottle itself is just so 2000's older sister as well so bonus points If you like feeling like a bug covered in nectar then this is for you

I just want to say that this smells amazing to me. I used up a whole bottle and want to buy more. It just smells so smooth and creamy fruity fresh. Yummmy. Like a delicious fruity alcoholic beverage . Intoxicating. I HAVE to have this again. Wearing this after a shower just enhances that clean just got out of the shower smell. I could wear this every single day and not get tired of it.

I bought this perfume about a year ago around the same time as a summer fragrance. I absolutely love it. Although I do not use it every day, I still love to use it every now and then! The bottle is so cute, and the fragrance is great. But, it does not last at all. Besides that, I have no complaints! If you want a long lasting perfume, I suggest "The Pinkprint." It lasts FOREVER.

Creamy vanilla, caramel and sugar 😍 This perfume is so delicious and gourmand I just want to eat it. I don’t know what it is but I find this scent soooo addictive. I agree with everyone in the comments it does remind me of Viva La juicy but better! I’m going to buy a few back up bottles in case this ever gets discontinued as I love it too much to never not have it in collection.

I loooove this fragrance. It’s so cozy and easy to wear. I would say it’s appropriate for any season and to me it is more of a daytime scent. My main complaint is the longevity and sillage is super weak. I usually spray 3 times max with a fragrance and with this one I’ll spray about 6 and can hardly smell it. I usually do a few directly on my clothes and it seems to help.

Not a NM fan but that isn't going to change my opinion of this fragrance. To me this is a Viva La Juicy dupe. It does smell a lot like Viva La Juicy but at a fraction of the cost. I'm down with that. At first spray, it's a blast of starfruit and mandarin, then as it dries down the caramel warms it up a bit. I personally like the bottle, it stands out in my collection.

This smells exactly like Justin Bieber’s girlfriend perfume. I don’t get the caramel note at all! This is like a flowery fruity smell but not floral as in white florals,or gardenia, I hate foral perfumes as they smell too mature for me. Also smells like when u get a new Barbie doll!! This is a nice girly bright fragrance that any women of any age will like.

Pink Friday for me is memories. From the launch I was in love with it, but just bought my first bottle 3 years ago. A must have for any Nicki fan; the definition of a bright free spirit, the rightful “pink” fragrance by all means. Longevity is moderate and price is a good value. I am a 22 yo male that will sport this time to time if it’s the mood.

This perfume is gourmand, and it's a good gourmand in my opinion! For current months (June posting review) i really like this as a gourmand for summer, it's not giving me the sicky gourmand you get when you wear your winters in the summer, i am really getting a summer sweet spot with this gem. I'm keeping Ms. Pink Friday around!!!!!

It is sweet and fresh and cheap, I use it as a body spray. And it last most of the day. Beautifully blend, I mean it is in offensive and innocent, and I do not think its embarrasing to admit I use it almost everytime I feel sick from other fragrances. Sorry people but in general EA makes georgeous scents.

This smells very nice and like other posters said, it smells very similar to viva la juicy, which was my jam for years. Sadly, it doesn't project or hang around long at all. I also love the creepy bottles! My issue is, I ordered the 3.4 and the bottle is HUGE! I'd prefer a smaller size bottle.

for 30 bucks on fragerencex it’s a really good everyday perfume. I get that juicy starfruit in the opening with a tad bit of florals before that caramel pair takes over. I get a bit of the musk and woodiness which doesn't make this cloying to me, overall i actually really do like it:)

I really like this perfume by Nicki Minaj. Very fresh and fruity. The longevity and sillage are just fine. My fav perfume by Nicki Minaj with Minajesty. The bottle is just awesome! Really like it! I have 3x 100 ml and 2 30 ml. I got also very rare bottle with cut glass (100ml) !

i tested this perfume out at the mall and fell in love! super sweet and feminine, it does dry down to a warm, sugary scent which i love. im planning on buying a full bottle ASAP! it's a bit like strawberry pound cake but more floral and less sickeningly sweet. just love!

This used to smell so good when the bottle had the white paint in it. The frosted bottle is the reformulation . It definitely lost its heart amd warmth of the secent. It still smells good but the o.g one was definitely sexy warm and it lasted so long

If Viva La Juicy & Victoria's Secret Bombshell had a baby it would be pink friday! A sweet sort of caramely scent but not so much in a Gourmand way its a fruity sweet scent, but it also has a perfumey type of vibe that can be worn all year round

This is lactonic pear to my nose, in the best way. A fresh summer dessert with caramel drizzle and whipped cream. It’s very creamy to me, rather than aquatic, but that doesn’t take away from the freshness. It’s delectable! I love wearing this!

i can see why people say this is similar to viva la juicy, they're basically siblings and this one got adopted because the parents aren't economically stable, this perfume could literally pass as a viva la juicy flanker, absolutely love it.

Tacky bottle? Yes. Annoying, cringeworthy celebrity? Absolutely. Do I love this scent? You bet. Fresh, fruity and an easy reach. I don’t receive a lot of compliments, regardless which fragrances I wear, but this one got me compliments!

I love Nicki so I knew when I bought this I was 100% going to love it, and guess what my hypothesis was right. I always will love these smells. Nicki is so iconic so she had to make an iconic perfume with it.

This was the best celebrity fragrance! A shame that it`s discontinued. The original bottle had a white corset top design, but now the fake ones on Amazon have frosted glass. Its a really good fragrance!

When I first spray this, it is very sweet and caramel heavy, reminds me of the dry down Minajesty. But when this dries down it is very fruity. It’s like the top notes and base notes switched on me

Pink friday smells so good. it smells fruity and vanillary. it does smell a littlelike viva la jiucy but i can tell the difference. i want to try all of nicki minjas perfumes now

one of my favourite perfumes <3 smells really good up first it’s sweet and fruity, mostly pear and almost like candy, dry down is also nice and more fruitier and caramel! 10/10

Love it! Wish it was a little stronger , could be the fact that the small bottle I got is not a spray bottle , its open and you have to dab it on? But it smells awesome!

this is literally so good ! i tried this at marshalls today, it smells soo yummy (reminds me a lot of viva la juicy !!) my only complaint is i wish it lasted longer ! :(
