Nike Urban Wood Man

Phenomenal! For $12 this is by far one of the strongest contenders for the best value fragrance. Right next to Nike Man Blue. Intense and rich hot coffee with a strong gourmand sweetness and spices! I mainly get a combination of black pepper, nutmeg and chocolate with a "blood orange" syrupy fruit smell. The way everything comes together is just perfect. I love the way the "blood Orange" presents itself as a smouldering hot syrupy fruit when combined with that intense coffee and spices. I could talk about this one and its Scent composition for ages but I'll sum it up for you here.. Basically. It's a coffee dominant gourmand with a very strong spice background that comes across as quite intense and warm and sometimes gives off a candy nuance. Apparently it smells like polo red extreme? Never smelt that one so I can't say for sure how close they are. The reviews ive seen of polo red exteeme can be easily translated to nike urban wood. But this smells way above its price point. Along the lines of Hugo Boss, Issey Miyake, Azzaro (that range) super happy its in my collection and I'll get more in the future This one's weird! Honestly a big surprise from Nike. I didn't think they could step it up from Nike Man Blue (spicy fruity Aromatic fragrance) now they have with Urban wood (intense coffee and spice oriental fragrance) Peace! This was Riveraedge

UPDATE: Just smelt polo red extreme like 5 times and gave it a wear. I can say that this is basically 80% the same. It's just a bit more pungent and bitter. There's also a candy nuance in here that isn't present in polo red extreme But the overall aroma and Scent is basically identical to those who aren't obsessive like us trying to find differences. Since polo red extreme is discontinued, this will be an amazing alternative. If you want polo red extreme... BUY POLO RED EXTREME If you want a VERY good alternative or just a really good fragrance in general for $12 then TRY this

I have polo red extreme on one hand and urban wood on the other. To my nose, urban wood man is more wearable, more interesting and I actually prefer it more to the polo red extreme. Bought a few back up bottles since it’s so affordable and smells so close to polo red extreme. After macerating for 6 months, this somehow became a beast!

For some reason, I really like this one. It’s like Bentley for men intense and like polo red extreme mixed. It actually lasted 6 hours strange enough (for the price, about 12-30 euros). It’s rich and smell better than some designer fragrances. It’s classy so wear it on a date or a wedding.

Good fragrance for an excellent price. I haven't smelled Polo red extreme, so I can't say how close Polo is to this fragrance. However, I don't think it smells like A*Men by Mugler, there might be similar notes here and there but I wouldn't confuse them for each other. Disregarding similarities and focusing on this fragrance alone. It is a pleasant scent, with coffee, wood, and sweet notes. Best suited for colder weather and night time (althought would work during day as well). However, the downsides are that it isn't the best blended scent, it lacks a pop/elevation, and it doesn't smell that high quality. I speculate that they limit the use of raw materials that smoothen the scent and give it effervescence to keep the price down. Moreover, some of the notes smell cheap, there is a particular sweet note that is present in this fragrance and in Nike Green Man that gives off this impression. Nonetheless, for the price, my criticisim might be unfair, since it is intuitive that cheaper materials will be used to produce a cheaper scent. Longevity is good, especially the sweet note will stick to your clothes for more than a day. Projection is ok, it will project decently for 1-2 hours and then sit closer to skin. You might get better performance if you apply more. Overall, good scent, great price, ok performance. Scent 7/10 Performance 6/10

There is absolutely Coffee in this, 100%, though no note is prominent over the others. The sweet mandarin is in the background and bitterness of artemisia is there but not overpowering. Coffee is definitely there with the spices and the woody dry down is great. Moderate sillage for a couple of hours and high-end of moderate longevity (albeit as a skin scent). It might not be the best out there, but it’s not bad and by no means horrible. If you like coffee scents you really can’t go past this one, considering the price. I picked it up at a regular discounter for A$13.

if u want to smell unique buy this, i don ́t have anything that smells like this in my collection, nice frag for cold weather and with good value, lasts about 6 h and projects 2h, on clothes last more

Very interesting scent, unique as well and is quite a nice fragrance for a cold winter or fall day for the price. Nike is kind of nailing these cheap scents.

I remember liking this when I owned a bottle. Great mix of vanilla and woods. From what I remember the performance wasn’t that good. 7/10

This is smells like Nikos Sculpture but without headaching benzoin-plastic note. Cheap and pleasent. Almost safe the blind buy.

Tiene una calidad sorprendente para el rango de precios. Supera las expectativas de fuerza y duración. Una lástima que no sea perfume porque sus notas quedan débiles aunque el aroma general sea fuerte. Por este motivo no me encaja dentro de mis preferencias. Las notas de café y de azúcar quemado no me gustan, aunque reconozco que es un aroma muy peculiar y que su atractivo es por ser una fragancia tipo Chipre y por ello prefiero disfrutarlo como ambientador más que como una fragancia para ponérsela. Si te gustan los aromas diferentes y originales aquí hay un buen trabajo. Una lástima que lleve la nota de café y al secarse se quede el olor del azúcar quemado, pero si te gusta es en general muy bueno. Recomendaría mejor para el día a día otros aromas de Nike como mis tres preferidos: Nike ultra blue, Nike gold, y Nike Índico

Traditional manly cologne 70's style. It is very similar to Sterling. I laugh when I read of people smelling coffee in this.

Not sure about the coffee note , getting a mandarin and touch of cardamom
