Sculpture Vague d'Or

This is quite a unique gourmand scent. I managed to get a sample from an online store, and to my nose, this doesn’t feel like a typical, mass-market vanillic gourmand. There’s a noticeable powdery nuance, likely coming from iris, but it never turns into a lipstick or makeup like scent. It’s well balanced by sweeter notes like cherry and almond, which add a smooth sweetness without making it feel too heavy or too syrupy. Overall, it’s actually quite hard to pinpoint each note individually because everything is very well blended. What stands out to me are vanilla, cherry, and a soft powdery iris, along with a subtle chocolaty impression and warm spiciness from cinnamon. None of the notes really dominate, everything feels cohesive. In the air, the sillage can be quite interesting. At times, it reminds me of freshly baked dough or warm bread. I suspect the patchouli adds a slightly damp, almost yeasty nuance that creates this effect, but without ever making the fragrance feel dirty. It’s still a very well-executed gourmand with smooth blending and no harsh edges. Nothing feels out of place. Overall, this is a solid release from Nikos. I would describe it as a unisex gourmand, leaning slightly feminine. If you can find it at an affordable price, especially from discounters, it’s definitely worth it. Projection is moderate to high, but longevity is quite good—it can last around 8 hours. This works especially well as a winter fragrance. 8/10

I bet it's delicious but I'll never find it for the 17 bucks one pays for 100ml of Nikos, today. It's so amusing that high street stores are still asking 75 bucks for Nikos when it's been under 20 bucks online for years.

This sounds very interesting :-) I have 2 Sculpture Homme bottles, even if they are for men, I wear them in summer, great scent and the price is crazy low. Looking forward to trying this one.
