L’Air du Ciel

I finally got my hands on this beauty and I'm obsessed! This beautiful fragrance has flown under the radar due to the fact that it has been almost impossible to get hold of. I think Air France was the only place to get it(if you had a valid ticket). Anyway, I maintained my search and finally a couple of bottles popped up on ebay and I think there a couple on now. I was worried that the honey might have the slightly urinous note that honey can have and that combined with Orange Blossom it could be suffocatingly sweet and claustrophobic but no. This is the smell of the perfect summer sunset. The delicious warmth of the low sun, the fresh fruity smells giving way to soft florals of night blooms and the honeyed almond throwing a smooth golden blanket over everything. It lasts, it projects and its versatile. Catch it if you can.

A one-of-a-kind perfume which you will not see anyone wearing! Smells so glamorous, very feminine, it gathers a lot of compliments. And the bottle is gorgeous! Smells like an upscale Sunday brunch in Manhattan with ridiculously overpriced cupcakes. Unfortunately, I believe it is not longer in production, but if you get it on a resale market – do not hesitate. I managed to get my hands on 2 bottles in the perfume store in Andorra. If someone is interested, let me know. It was my signature scent for a while and something I could definitely rock both to the dinner date and to the office. Amazing longevity (your colleagues will surely know you were in the office) but nothing too suffocating.

Im so sad i cant find Lair Du Ciel anymore, such a magical fragrance! A beautiful blend of powdery florals, almond, honey and musk, its divinely soft but can fill a room if extra sprays applied. I have less than half a bottle left ah! So sad.

If anyone is still wondering where to find a bottle of L'Air du Ciel, I just placed my order like five minutes ago with Feelingsexy.com.au an Australian online perfume shop, I think they may do international shipping. This is a blind buy hopefully I dont regret it lol.

It's not a bad perfume, but didn't turn my head either, it has neither elegance nor the free spirit of the original. It is a sweet school fragrance, it's suitable for a young teenager who is in training to become a strong and refined woman and even in this case I don't think it can be a signature, it's more, as well as the original by the way, a perfume of leisure, travel something like this. It smells like a holiday, a floral with honey, has an almost identical but more pronounced smell of Sambucus cold tea with a slice of bergamot in and some grated walnuts on top. I don't know if I would see it on a strong woman wearing a blazer, for example. For me it's too solar and childish so I'll offer it to my 12 old teenage goddaughter, I hope she will like it.

The bottle is very beautiful and shines more than it looks in the picture. But the scent made me regret wearing it! I know this may sound strange, but this scent reminded me of Mugler Alien EDT. The only common notes are mandarin orange and citrus (bergamot), but this seems like Alien EDT minus the jasmine. Of course, I'm not a fan of Alien EDT either. Also, I think this is similar to Rolling in Love By Kilian, although I just tried it with blotter strip. The sweetness of the honey and tonka bean gives me a headache. It also makes me feel nauseous, like I'm getting carsick. I am disappointed that I did not like the scent. I wish I could just give the juice to someone else. Just remembering it makes me sick, so I won't be wearing it again.

I love L’Air du Temps, it’s such a pretty, youthful and innocent scent. I’m excited to see this new limited edition, they do so well and are always different in one way or another from any other that they’ve launched before. For a classic fragrance, they really know how to revamp L’Air.

does anyone know where to buy any of these l'air du temps flankers? where are they released? i checked in several european e-shops and i can find only the classic version. and i have never seen any flanker in big shops or duty free shops

As someone said the bottle is gorgeous but it's not like Alien whatsoever. Is an amazing scent so soft and gentle a lovely almond honey feeling well blended with the rest of the notes. It stands out. Very soothing. Impossible to find.

This looks like a new version of Krigler's English Promenade, but with a honey and bitter/nutty twist. I think this one will be even better though, I am so excited!!
