Luna

Luna was released in 2016, a decade after the release of its other half, Nina. It is part of the collection "Les Belles de Nina" and tells the story of inseparable friends, lived by two real models: Frida Gustavsson and Jac Jagaciak. Inspiration continues to be the universe of the young, with their temptations, laughter and emotions. The bottle also follows the pattern of Nina's apples, but has gained a more striking shape, with a leather strap around the neck and golden leaves that bring a much more beautiful and modern internal spray. My only criticism is for the blue color, which does not represent - at all - the color of the fragrance and what it conveys. When it comes to apples as forbidden fruits and bottle design, while Nina resembles the Fuji and Gala types, Luna looks more like the McIntosh and Cortland types. And since I mentioned the color, it would be much more coherent if it was made in shades of yellow and orange, existing in nature and compatible with the aroma. Luna's official composition carries notes of orange blossom and wild berries, anticipating an explosion of immortelle and caramel, in the body of the fragrance, on a base with vanilla from Madagascar and sandalwood. The brand defines it as a tempting floral-woody. In my opinion, it is a floral gourmand, which is complex and even innovative. When touches the skin, Luna shows itself much more nocturnal than Nina. There is a floral freshness, coming from the orange blossom, which comes to mask all the sweetness that is to come. Wild berries do not show any trace of a red fruit accord, in case you are afraid of this type of ingredient. However, as I said, the orange blossom is what you notice, right away, until the moment when the heart of the fragrance begins to beat. Then, all the power of the everlasting flower appears with its intense luscious and floral scent, dipped in a caramel syrup. There is definitely a mature side at this stage, which makes me understand that the Luna woman may even be Nina's best friend, but her experience of life is different. And to finish, there is a smell of creamy vanilla, as in baked cookies or baker’s cream, which holds the evolution for hours to the point where the perfume gets lost a little and reminds of several others on the market, with that smell of sweet patchouli / burnt sugar. While Nina, with her apple caipirinha scent, can be worn even on slightly warmer days, Luna is the ideal type of perfume for colder days. It may seem more of the same, but it just seems. For a product launched in 2016, when everything smelled similar and was made with notes of vanilla and patchouli, this fragrance surprises me with the originality of using a flower that is difficult to work with and has an intoxicating fragrance. Even today, in 2018, I notice a more current approach and I am shocked at some criticism I read about it. I particularly feel a more elaborate creative style - beautiful work by Christophe Raynaud and Marie Salamagne - to the point of saying that if this fragrance were in a bottle of exclusive collections from Guerlain or some niche brands, no one would dare to imagine another apple made by Nina Ricci. Now, the question that begs to be asked: why blue?

To me this smells like Luna Blossom, just a little dirtier, in a good way. I really love both though I'm not a fan of the original Nina. I love it from start to finish (as with Blossom) but this is better for fall weather with the caramel-dipped pear scent, which to me is fairly subtle, not overpowering, which is great because I don't care a whole lot for super sweet caramel scents, they often come across as too sickly sweet and often artificial, like you showered with a seasonal caramel handsoap almost. But this, this is beautifully balanced, must be the immortale because it's a unique scent and I have a ton of fragrances, none with immortale. When it's first applied I can definitely catch the orange blossom and the berry notes with just a hint of citrus, I wouldn't have been able to tell it was lime and tangerine specifically but the immortale, caramel and pear come through pretty quickly and add to the beauty of the orange blossom, although the berry fades pretty quickly on me which is disappointing because it's a beautiful note in the perfume, but still, I absolutely love it, just want to keep spraying it on for those top notes! The dry down is almost soapy, definitely powdery but still beautiful with the vanilla, sandalwood and musk with just a hint of licorice, which makes even the dry down unique among my collection of perfumes as I don't care much for licorice and have tended to avoid it. In fact, I almost didn't get this perfume because of it (together with the caramel and the citrus, I wasn't too sure) but I loved Luna Blossom so much I had to try it and I'm glad I did! I think the other notes turn the licorice into something much more sensual. I'm so so glad I gave this one a shot, it was a gamble blind buy and it is quickly becoming my go-to scent this fall.

I take a long draw from my blotter, and the most lavishly sweet top note breaks my perspective wide open. The opening of this perfume is transformative. I see reviews are lack luster, mixed, and irreverent. I tilt my head in question. No one seems to agree on the DNA of this creation either, with suggestions of Black Opium and La Vie Est Belle, missing the mark considerably. Off hand, I would find it difficult to identify a close comparison. As I have journeyed through this trio's surreal gourmand manifestations, I can't help but be markedly impressed with Nina, Bella, and Luna; each in turn, taking us further into the enchanted forest. Luna's use of wild berries and a vanilla drenched caramel causes, even the most refined parts of me, to swoon over its sticky sweetness. Bergamot, jasmine and pear further add a luxuriantly silky thread throughout. A gentle, mid-summer fever dream, of dark branches shimmering gold in the moon light. Creamy sandalwood seems like an intuitive collaborator, opening facets of orange blossom and honey accords. Although its sugary nature is profound, it somehow feels balanced - a mesmerizing midnight stroll through shadows where magic surely lurks. A truly wonderful escape from the tediousness of daily responsibilities. Here is a refuse of your own creation, where fairies flutter, and visions manifest, in a way only the night can conjure.

Yesterday I Tried it in a mall and first I didn't like it.I smell burn caramel and citrus fruits.sweet and boring but after some time it change to something sweet but very interesting. At first I was thinking that it is for child girls.caramel and fruits like Victoria secrets and viva juicys but then I smell woody notes and something powdery,a little bitter but also delicious.this woody,vanilla,caramel,mysterious powder was very interesting and not for kids.this blue apple is very different from red and pink apples. longevity was very good.I wish to get it as valentine gift so I wish that my boyfriend reads this 7/10 موقعی که نیناریچی لونا را برای تست اسپری کردم درلحظه اول زیاد خوشم نیامد.خوشبو بود اما شیرین و تکراری.بوی کارامل سوخته و کمی میوه می داد و حس کردم شبیه به عطرهای ویکتوریاسکرت یا ویواجوسی ها هست.اما خیلی زود تغییرات جالبی کرد و تبدیل شد به عطری همچنان شیرین اما جالب و نه بچگانه.نت های چوبی گرم به عطر اضافه شدند و یک چیز پودری و کمی تلخ ولی خوشمزه.کمی شبیه به پوذر کاکائو یا قهوه تلخ و گیاهی.نمی دانم این مربوط به کدام نت هست اما خیلی جذاب هست.تذکیب وانیل و کارامل و نت های چوبی و نت های پودری مرموز عطری بسیار جالب و مناسب برای بزرگسالان ایجاد کرده که خیلی با سیب های قبلی نیناریچی فزق داره.پخش بو را نمی دونم چون فقط یک بار تست کردم اما ماندگاری خوبی دارد و مناسب پاییز و زمستان هست.امیدوارم این عطر زیبا هدیه ولنتاینم باشه ۷/۱۰

When Luna first came out, I absolutely HAD to test it since a) Nina is one of my all-time favourite perfumes and b) I LOVE a good vanilla/gourmand. While I did really love it upon first sniff, I actually opted not to buy it at the time. Caramel is undoubtedly the strongest note in Luna, with enough vanilla and fruity goodness to go around. But after a little while, I found that the licorice note stood out quite a bit, and that ended up being the reason I didn't buy this little blue beauty right then and there. I've always had a sort of love-hate relationship with licorice, and at the time, I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I ended up receiving this as a gift a few months ago though, and I have to say, I've been enjoying it SO much! Maybe I'm crazy, but I don't get such a strong licorice vibe from my bottle. Just sweet, comforting caramel and vanilla. I wore it to bed the other night, and when my boyfriend snuggled up close, he quietly said "mmm... you smell like fruit punch," before drifting off to sleep. Now, he's a guy who typically just says things like "you smell pretty," so I'm gonna take that as a win.

This is freaking delicious I want to eat my hand! I love gourmands and luna is definitely a gourmand.so warm and sweet like caramel syrup.yummm.fruits are there but not as dominant as nina apples.also florals stand in shadow.caramel,immortal and licorice are what I get the most I won't call it a simple or childish gourmand,l can't think like that when a fragrance has such a dominant licorice and immortal note,licorice gives it a dark and delicious burnt undertone and immortal gives it a touch of special powdery dryness.so for me luna is a modern gourmand with a little of mysterious dark and naughty charm.yes it's just a little but it's still there As time passes vanilla shows up more and more and it gets softer.I can easily see manifesto gene in it.more like manifesto's golden flanker but I prefer luna,as it's younger,less heavy and not that woody Silllage is good specially at first and longevity passes six hours Can't talk about a crazy love but I definitely like it a lot.it's addictive

Delicious! It’s sweet gourmand but not edible or sickly and unlike most choc/patchouli gourmands. It’s sweet, slightly fruity and floral, buttery caramel. It’s smooth, yummy and has a nice depth. I find it comforting. I’m relieved that the white musk in the base is not detectable as I’m not a white musk fan. The blue bottle is gorgeous, so enchanting and suitable to the perfumes name. I love Nina’s bottles but I hate the sprayer on this one, it feels flimsy and it’s hard to aim the spray. I love it!! Anyone can wear this one. I’d say it’s a cooler weather fragrance and probably more suitable for night. It projects nicely without being overbearing or invasive and due to the lovely depth it has good longevity. It’s a winner! Sad it’s being discontinued. Edit* So the longevity is huge!!! The longer you wear it the stringer it gets. It’s a little sickly.

She is young. She is not looking for romance, but somehow amazes all men that passes thro her. She looks like a princess but craves adventure. It is a sweet and feminine perfume, but not sickening at all. I believe most people will disagree with me, since Luna is generally used during fall and winter, but the sweetness of it is totally fine for warmer days from my experience. Honestly, I wanted to gatekeep this one, but I just can't. The "soft spicy", "powdery" and "balsamic" chords that stick to your skin makes everyone wanting to keep smelling continually. If you are not a fan of sweet perfumes, then maybe this is not the one for you, otherwise I recommend you giving it a try!

Luna smells like Lolita Lempicka mixed with Bonbon. It has more complexity than it seems like at first. The caramel slowly goes to the background, and then it's all about sweet, herbal, powdery liquorice. The sweetness is just right and very gourmand. It's a possible option to those who miss the beautiful liquorice in LL after its reformulation, because Luna's liquorice is more present and lasts longer than in the reformulated LL. It has average sillage and its longevity is 10 to 12 hours on skin. And the bottle is so cute. The more time goes by and the more I love Luna. Its caramel and liquorice are addictive.

I don't find this fragrance boring. As a sweet gourmand perfume lover, I think this perfume is very nice. I sprayed this on myself today and it kept getting better and better with time. I loved it so much that I bought it. This fragrance actually evolves and takes some time, not within 5 minutes that it goes from top notes to the bottom notes. I have smelled Viva La Juicy and that stuff is very juvenile, whereas Luna is more grown up and less sweet. I do love Black Opium, La vie est belle too, which is nothing like Luna! Beautiful bottle, I am glad I own this now. Really surprised of all the bad reviews.

My favourite of all the ninas I've tried. There's an element to it that I've always felt was lackinf from the original. Like its filled in a gap. I enjoyed this from beginning to end, which is unusual for me. Each hour was a suprise and I imagine it would layer well. It takes you on a journey through the day but there's no abrupt changes. To me it's on the sweet end of the scale, so avoid if that isn't for you, but it's not overly sweet and theres plenty of other facets to enjoy

I totally agree with smellofroses, if this is bad, then La Vie Est Belle, Black Opium and Prada Candy are awful! The juicy berries and the orange blossom in the opening quickly moves on to the caramel of the middle notes, which in turn mixes nicely with the slightly woody vanilla base. Nina Luna is a soft, kind and uncomplicated fragrance with a demurely sexy edge. La Vie Est Belle, Black Opium and Prada Candy are vamps, Nina Luna is the girl next door. And I like her a lot.

Buttery caramel on top of yummy berries, this is what I get from Luna, and I really enjoy it. The licorice isn't too obvious to my nose, and it blends so beautifully with the immortelle note, creating a rich, smokey accord. I admit that longevity isn't that great, after a couple of hours it goes to a powdery vanilla skin scent, but I don't mind, I like it for what it is, a sweet, delicious, warm and cozy fragrance.

Nina Ricci's apples are all delicious. I could easily wear any of them. Luna caught my eyes on a perfume counter, the blue bottle and the golden leaf are so beautiful! The scent itself is as gorgeous as the bottle. It is different from the other apples, more caramel and berries, perhaps a bit more sophisticated and perfect for the colder season. This will be added in my holiday gift wish list :)

The berries in Luna are not the main accord. They are not interesting as well. But the licorice is more than interesting - sometimes I can detect it in the opening, other time in the base. Hide and seek game :). The floral notes and the citruses make the caramel very balanced and not tooth-achy. Interesting and as the others already mentioned, multifaceted fragrance.

Update. So some years later I'm revisiting this. My slightly more experienced nose is finding this to be predominantly jasmine. The opening a fresher fruity jasmine and the dry down becomes more caramel jasmine. It's quite sweet but has more character than the more recent 'sweets'. Sweet with depth, full, slightly spiced.

This is a lovely fragrance. It is sweet but not overwhelming sweet. The top notes are a delight - a mix of caramel, berry, licorice and an odd patchouli-like menthol note. If only it lasted. This performs very badly on me and is a skin scent in 30 minutes. Its gone completely after 2 or 3 hours.

one of the few sweet fragrances I can enjoy, reminds me of sprinkles. Why I like it is because the sweetness doesn't sting down your neck, It is polite and charming in its simplicity. Oh, and the most important it is airy, unlike others sweeties that can suffocate.

Luna doesn't last all that long on the skin, but it is really pleasant;sweet yet not cloyingly sweet. I want a bottle because the flacon itself is nice and the perfume is very wearable. It reminds me a little of Lolita Lempicka, but I prefer this.

I love this scent 🌚. It reminds me Lolita Lempicka but this one works better for me. I feel a lot vanilla and licorice, no berries. Too bad it's discontinued. I'll have to look online for more bottles.

Perfectly sour in the top and mid, drying down to a licoricey vanilla powder. I love it. If you liked LouLou Blue, I recommend this for its similar qualities.

Perfect caramel perfume , not overly sweet or cloying. I have juicy Couture gold and black opium but I can't stand them, luna is just perfect for me.

One of my birthday gifts from my husband this year. It reminded him of me as I'm named Loona. A sweet inoffensive scent.

Found a tester bottle in an antique shop, it smells a lot like D&G Devotion. I love it!

I don t think is like manifesto. I could smell it the whole day on my skin. Love it.

I don't find Nina Ricci Luna that similar to Prada Candy, D&G The Only One, Viktor&Rolf BonBon or Lolita Lempicka. it reminds of Elie Saab Girl of Now a lot. it's as if it's an edt version of Girl of Now. I can detect berries in the opening but I can also pickup a strong pear note which lasts longer than berries and blends with warm, sweet and slightly powdery notes of vanilla,caramel and sandalwood. licorice is there but I don't find it as strong as it can be in other perfumes. floral notes don't really show themselves to me. it's more playful in the opening thanks to the fruity notes but it dries down to something more smooth and cozy. it has a gourmand vibe all through it's life. I can feel something nutty in it but I don't know which note is responsible for that. This is a autumn, winter perfume for me which lasts around 4,5 hour and has moderate sillage. I know that I like it a lot just as I like Elie Saab Girl of Now. I'm not sure about loving it though نینا ریچی لونا واسه من بشدت یادآور الی ساب گرل آف ناو هست.یجورایی انگار ورژن ادوتویلت گرل آو ناو باشه نتهای میوه ای بخصوص بری ها و گلابی موقع اسپری کردن عطر بوضوح حس میشن اما گلابی طولانی تر از بری ها میمونه و با نتهای گرم و شیرین و کمی پودری وانیل، کارامل و صندل میکس میشه. شیرین بیان هم هست اما نه به اون غالبی که گاهی اوقات میتونه باشه. نتهای گلی واسه من محسوس نیستن. یه چیز آجیلی طوری هم حس میکنم که نمیدونم کدوم نت مسئولشه. از نظر موندگاری و پخش بو متوسطه و واسه من عطر پاییز و زمستونه. من خیلی دوسش دارم اما فک نکنم درحدی دوسش داشته باشم که بتونم گزینه لاو رو انتخاب کنم. از اون عطرهاست که خوشحالم دارمش و تا دارم ازش لذت میبرم منتها بعید میدونم بخوام بعد تموم شدن،خریدش رو تکرار کنم.

The intense caramelly sweetness is there alright - but not, I think, quite to the degree that the notes-voting here would have it - but it's so well buffered by the other elements in this against becoming cloying. I would not favour this if that were not so, but the upshot with it TMM is that it becomes rather woody. And I think the jasmine has its say also, and it's a quite-on-the-skanky-side jasmine. Then there's a pleasant amberiness, although musk but not amber is listed here, enriching the woodiness, to which it seems particularly to connect. And the whole has a satisfying full-bodied-ness to it. Might possibly promote this to a 'love' later! A bit reminiscent of Mugler's both Alien and Angel, TMM, but keeping plenty of its own character. Had this on all day now, and have found it plenty stout. How could I forget the bourbon vanilla note (or Madagascan - same thing, I think). Obviously, that's s major player in this. Bourbon vanilla, sandalwood, licquorice: it's probably the accord of these that's giving rise to the woodiness. As to the marketing ... I ignored this for a long time, it appearing rather '''tacky' to me. But I think now that if exactly the same perfume had been in a more austere bottle such as, say, Prada perfumes come in, I would just have instantly clocked it as a perfectly fine fragrance. But I still wish they would 'lose' the apple-stalk plunger - it just asks to get broken! It's a bit baroque, shall we say ... and soon it will be baroque!

I've been wearing this at this different times for a couple of months now, and have discovered my favorite way to enjoy it. It's sweet (but not too), it's pretty, and my experience with it is very similar to everything LiliiiS said below! It is reminiscent of Girl of Now but a few degrees less intense. For me, I find Luna to be perhaps a little bit too youthful, as I am in my 50s, and it lacks the notes of depth, complexity or sentimentality that I usually am looking for. It's still a very pleasing, comforting scent though, so I tried it at bedtime and I love it for that. It makes a sweet and cozy cocoon. And, I adore the bottle! So I actually took it out of my special perfume cabinet (where they are stored in the cool darkness) and put it right on my nightstand where I will enjoy seeing the beautiful blue apple named Luna (for the moon), and it will be part of my nighttime ritual until it's used up. I probably won't repurchase it, but I'll enjoy it while it lasts - and will certainly keep the empty bottle. :) It's a like/love.... if I were 22, it would be a love!

I blindbought this with a discount and I ́m happy I did. To me it ́s blueberries mixed with caramel and vanilla at first. Then the musk kicks in making it more interesting and darker. This is the little sister of La Petite Robe Noir Intense, a perfume I have a tester of and I have tried it several times with the result that it is too strong on me and the musk is overpowering which I don ́t like at all. Still, the beginning of LPRNI is really nice but the drydown puts me off. Luna ́s scent is as beautiful as it ́s bottle and the blue suits the berries well and reveals that the evening and colder season is the best for this fragrance. Not for every day wear but for days when you want to smell sweet and a bit sexy. Good longevity on me and moderate sillage which is good because you will want to be near the person wearing this. Edit: I forgot -it ́s a little powdery at just the right amount. (Powder is certainly not my favourite note but it ́s bearable in this one.)

This is a review for the EDT. This one is a very powerful scent. It reminds me a lot of Hypnotic Poison by Dior. Quite powdery and spicy. What's funny is that I'm detecting some lemon pledge scent underneath the powdery notes (although this could just be the lime), but it's very pleasant and well balanced. The liquorice, musk and lime are the main notes in this fragrance. It's not overly heavy or too fruity. The caramel, wild berries, vanilla and sandalwood aren't as potent, but they make a delightfully discreet appearance. Something about Luna is giving off a moonlit beach on a tropical island vibe, and for a few moments, I was reminded of another perfume; Magical Moon by Hanae Mori. There's some hidden incense in there somewhere for sure. Smoky, aquatic, mysterious, and dark. I wouldn't say this fragrance is for the faint of heart, but for those who like a good 'kick'. Perfect for an autumn/winter day.

Luna starts with tart fruity & citrusy notes mixed with sweet caramel and licorice. It becomes very sweet in the heart and base, but still multi-faceted and balanced out by the other notes, so I don’t find it is boring or sickening. The tartness tames the sweetness, the licorice adds an interesting kick, the white florals render some airiness, the immortelle some powderiness, as well as some depth from the sandalwood. I like it a lot. It lasts 4-5 hours on me with a close scent bubble for the first 2 hours. It then becomes a skin scent with occasional wafts with air currants. This is good for an EDT. The One Desire and Prada Candy are caramel EDPs that last only 2-3 hours on my skin. The scent and bottle of Luna pay a nod to Lolita Lempicka EDP but in a much more tame way. Very lovely for autumn and winter days and LL for nights.

This fragrance is very unique, one of my favourites gourmands, but unfortunately it just wont stay on my skin for very long. It is sad, it's longevity on me won't go further than 1 hour. But I started to use this fragrance everyday in my bed: a few sprays when I wake up and a few more right before going to sleep. I really get why it is called Luna, my sleeping time turned out to be a delicious part of the day. The caramel and the vanilla notes are what I enjoy and feel the most, specially when it sticks for some time on the blankets, but there are so much more in this. There is also something that must be the immortelle, very sweet but also different and exquisite. I like very much sleeping with Luna.

Finally, I have found a non-cloying gourmand! Though I do love a delicious smelling perfume, gourmands tend to be overbearing and cloying in the tropical heat I live in. Luna is soft gourmand. It's yummy, and it doesn't make me want to stop breathing a minute after I apply it. My nose picks up on the caramel, licorice, vanilla, and a tartness of forest fruits. It's certainly alluring and a touch "mature". Nothing like the loud sweetness of the original Nina and Bella is to be found in Luna. Sweet but not overly sweet, Luna is an apt choice for those wanting a cute gourmand perfume during hot weather.

File under: Surprisingly Pleasant. It's a gentle, inoffensive, mass-market sweet thing made mostly of caramel and vanilla, but not quite as dull or as cloying as that might sound. I usually loathe sweet generic scents but this was ... OK ... when sprayed lightly, with juuuuust enough woodiness to keep it from being terminally boring. For anything of this kind to be even wearable for me is quite a coup so anyone who does like forgiving, girly sweet things may even find it exciting. Longevity not great, though - gone in 4h for me. Would never buy an FB of this, but it's broadly, blandly, all right.

total blind buy but i have been dying for a nina ricci ever since i had a tiny little ricci ricci when i was a tweenager and found this one on a resale website for like thirty bucks which i think was an absolute steal. when sprayed into the air it smells like duty free, loud and clean and expensive (with an interesting spicy kick), but on my skin it almost immediately settles into something gently gourmand and very alluring. don't recommend it for the current season just because it can become quite cloying in the wrong climate, but even during the summer it'll stay ON for a night out

While I prefer this one over the woodsy apple floral Nina, Luna is a incensey caramel berry scent, more yummy, my style, I love the licorice note in the background, I would use it up easily if I had it, but I don't plan on buying it, there are more caramel perfumes on the market I found more interesting. The performance is average. I think I wish it was deeper, darker, a bit stronger (but not Aquolina Pink Sugar strong). I wrist test it at the drugstore and I might retest it again, I'm not closing the door, but I think I will keep my money for a perfume with a more wow factor.

I've always bypassed Nina Ricci. When I was of an age for girly things I wanted to wear something more mysterious. Now that I'm more mature I feel I may have aged out of the princess and faery demographic. But I was looking for something new with my precious immortelle and thought I'd give this a punt. I'm shocked by how many facets this perfume has. Every time I smell it, something different emerges. On the whole it's a powdery sort of sweetness, so I can understand the 'kool aid' accusation but Luna is more than just a berry blue.

I also lucked out at shoppers and picked up a 50ml for $20. First impression was sweet fruity vanilla, maybe brown sugary. I like it so far, not super strong but very sweet. Can't speak for longevity yet, but does remind me of wonderstruck enchanted. I wanted a sweet fruity gourmand and had recently found d&g pour femme in the States and thought I'd love those notes but I get a sharp weird plasticky smell, I don't know what it is, got the same smell out of both Roberto Cavallis I've had. But this I like.

I picked this fragrance up from the 19.99 shelf at Shoppers Drug Mart. It was a blind buy that I’ve come to enjoy! It definitely is a vanilla and caramel gourmand with a bit of a smokey twist to it. I don’t pick up on any of the blueberry at all. What I found to be the most interesting thing about wearing Luna is that all day I kept thinking that someone near me was wearing Hypnotic Poision, it turned out to be me! I’m not saying it’s a dupe but on my skin there are definitely some similarities.

Such a cute, Gorgeous bottle! Love the colors. The Licorice note is really nicely done here, Seems most prominent in the opening despite being a base note. Compared to my other Nina Ricci perfumes, This one doesn't have the greatest longevity, But for the price, It's worth re-applying. To me, This smells like you mixed Lolita Lempicka, BonBon, and Black Opium together, Maybe with a hint of Pink Sugar even. If you like those, You're sure to enjoy Luna.

Luna is very yummy. I love that caramel-vanilla-berry accord. A previous reviewer mentioned a coffee note and I get something like that too although I think it may be coming from the caramel. This is a good all year round gourmand. It's not overwhelming to those around you but still gives you that fix. It's a light fragrance and wears close to the skin. Longevity is quite good. I could still smell it on my skin hours later which is amazing for an EDT.

I wear this in the depths of winter to remind myself that spring is on the way. A yummy, warm and subtle gourmand fragrance of salted caramel and citrus, much softer and better balanced than Juicy Couture Gold in my opinion. The licorice adds a smoky depth that takes it to another level. And the apple bottle is a work of art! A cute and playful classic, equally suitable for day to day or special occasions 🍏

I loved it spring evening time - it had a lot of depth, allure and seduced me. A lot of forest fruits somehow mixed with lime juice and caramel with a lot of pear and fruity water nuances. Quite a dose of licorice too. Pale woods are holding it todether. It's moist, fruity and gourmand. Different and unique and yet in style it remonds me of LouLou Blue, Noa, Ange ou Demon and Lolita Lempicka.

Hello, little Lolita Lempicka smellalike! And the bottle is also an apple! Cuteness abound. I don't think it is a straight dupe, maybe less complex, but it reminds me of the drydown of LL a lot. Not too sweet for a gourmand, less sweet than Juicy Couture's ilk. A little sour. Better. And the late drydown crosses into Terre de Lumiere territory. Is this scent an amalgamation of things I like?

There’s something about this fragrance that reminds me of YSL’s Manifesto, so I’m glad to see Manifesto appear in the ‘This reminds me of’ section even if people disagree. You could probably layer the two together. Smells very green yet sweet with a soft powdery touch to it, there’s a perfect balance of musk and caramel so it’s never too sweet and never too musky.

This is more complex than I expected. The immortelle note is strong and interesting. In the same sniff this comes across as both sweet gourmand, berry fragrance and then dried herbs and aquatic. It is not your run of the mill fruity floral. It dried down to smooth, woody and sweet herb cosiness. Try it. Maybe you'll be surprised by it's quirky vibe too.

Took mother for a gift for the new year. The aroma is delicious, warm, with notes of vanilla. I only use delicate fresh fragrances, but I really liked this one. Aroma is good for winter and late autumn. And yet, breathing in this fragrance is a picture: a cold winter evening, a fireplace, a warm blanket and a glass of hot mulled wine :)

Luna is actually very nice, despite the horrible bottle and the other scents from Nina Ricci. The licorice note is noticeable, but far more pleasant than the one in Lolita Lempicka. I think I also smell some coffee. Overall, it's a sweet fragrance, easy to wear with some uniqueness. Best I've tried so far from the brand.

On me, it is mostly caramel with a country touch (maybe the mix of the berries and the immortelle?). It is well made, it is not sickening, it has appeal. It is not very original, but apart from that, i don't have anything negative to say about it. sillage is ok, longevity too. It is a quality product.
