Duftblüten

This one. Smells like the depth of forest. Cool, clean, vegetal. The sound of grass/earth under your steps. This is not an easy to like (or understand) perfume. Oak moss is very prominent to me, during the entire wear. ------- Previous paragraph was my first impression. Now that a couple of months passed, it became way more floral. Incense is not as strong as it used to be. Oakmoss has gotten softer. It is so sad that this has been discontinued, I think this is the best cypress smell I have ever smelt. Very very clean, but like a "forest after the rain" sort of clean; super natural yet strong smell for the days you don' t want to smell like "perfume". I am kinda unhappy with how Nishane is discontinuing their most original fragrances. After this, I can easily detect "low qualityness" on other perfumes. I wish I could have another bottle but too late. Now I hoard mine like a dragon, spray only 1-2 times. It is more than enough to last the entire day and fill in the room.

Duftbluten is an intriguing floral chypre. Duftbluten means Osmanthus in english and interestingly there are 30+ species of this flowering plant primarily from asia, but loved in Europe, so accordingly this fragrance intentionally blends multiple flowers with moss to create a dry, dynamic fragrance that is quite good. Would you believe, that the same perfumer is also behind Fan your flames and I almost get a slight resemblance to that DNA but with completely different ingredients but a similar experience. So, this house continues to exceed expectations for depth, creativity, luxury and most importantly - smell. It hints at different fragrances in different stages and the other notes point to this truth, it is certainly floral, and certainly a unisex chypre. Therefore, it is altogether lovely but for me not at the same level of other similar floral chypre's with this structure like Lost in Heaven or Rogue's Flora & Fauna. 4/5

As most of nishanes i have tried this perfume is a beast on longevity. The sillage is Aldo very good but the smell is subtle so It is not very noticeable. The note that i can smell the most here is the osmanthus flower. For me this is a perfume based un osmanthus with a background of different White flower and oatchouli and incense which makes the perfume deeper and more intebse. I find It a totally versatile perfume, unisex and weareable un every season and situación. Perfect for those Who are looking fora White flowers perfume without the tipical jasmine and tuberose. First thoughts are that I didn't realise Nishane had ever put out such a classic, refined and complex chypre perfume. A few hours after wearing, I forgot what I'd been wearing and was smelling myself, entranced, like what the hell is this amazing perfume, then I remembered. It's a journey, as the opening, mid and drydown smell totally distinct. It's a real gem, and the only people making this type of thing these days are small artisan niche houses if you're lucky.

A strange metallic, oakmoss and osmanthus interpretation. A perfect floral chypre. Although osmanthus feels strong, it is suitable for unisex, very balanced composition of metallic oakmoss and osmanthus use. I am hoping that these kind of extraordinary and different style of Nishane will return to its old times, just like Duftbluten. I am tired of these new releases of Nishane ( all X series).

If I need to describe this fragrance with one word, it is IMPRESSIVE. Very very impressive. It is earthy or dusty from the beginning till the end, but not in an old school type. A modern, well blended and extraordinary white flower scent. Very good projection and longevity. I'm afraid, I will need a FB.

Updated: Osmanthus and plastic-like patchouli. I usually don't like osmanthus, but the way it was used in Duftblüten really caught my interest. It turned out to be a unique and extraordinary composition. I never would have thought I would love a perfume where osmanthus is prominent.

Not a pleasnt smell on my skin......I agree with a previous viewer valling it somehwta metallic like blood. I received a free sample and won't be purchasing this one. Don't blind buy, you could be sorry.

Strange, cool, vegetal fragrance. Not my type, but also not what I expected based on the notes. I was so sure I was going to love this- white flowers, incense, patchouli, and oak moss a note I used to fear but which I'm starting to tentatively explore. I got a lightly sour almost fruity opening which must have been the magnolia which morphed into the smell of freshly steamed carrots or snap peas? The gardenia doesn't read as its usual vanillic diva self, instead it imparts a creamy milkiness to the composition. I was going to write it off at that point but then it shifted into a light leathery hum and the oakmoss tied everything together. It is lovely and having tried some of the others from this line, seems to be one of the better realized compositions. I got no patchouli or apricot or incense as others have mentioned.

Interesting, but not what I expected. This is a pleasant Unisex scent, but not what is described. I'm a Gardenia freak, and ordered this in a set of all Gardenia, White Flowers scents. However, I can't find the Gardenia here. Instead, I'm getting a green scent with flowers...so I can safely say this is a Green Flowers scent, with a slightly metalic edge. Not bad, not a screaming floral scent, nice scent for guys who might want to try floral scents, but find most too feminine. But I like the Gardenia scents, so this is not a full bottle purchase for me. Nice, but not white flowers enough for me.
