Nefs

I keep finding decants in my drawers that I have worn from time to time and for some reason have forgotten to buy a bottle despite the excellence of the scent. Nefs is one of those scents. If I hadn't gotten a sample of it first and then a decant, I would have bought it blindly a long time ago. I know, I have a slightly peculiar habit. I don't know if there's anything left about this scent that hasn't been said, but I'll still share my thoughts and focus on why the scent is so incredibly popular. Nefs is often described not only as one of Nishane’s most luxurious creations, but also as one of the finest offerings in the niche market overall and I think the truth lies in how effortlessly it delivers that luxury. The main reason for that is Christian Maurice who is known for scents that combine wearability with a certain kind of uniqueness even if the scent falls into a category where there are a lot of offerings. Nets is the fragrance with refined balance: rich without being overbearing, distinctive without alienating the wearer or those nearby. It exemplifies Maurice’s talent for crafting perfumes that feel immediately inviting while still incorporating notes that can be challenging for more casual wearers. The opening of Nets is a bit difficult, It should definitely not be smelled directly after spraying. However, after just a few minutes Nefs signals warmth and polish rather than a challenging spectacle. Honeyed and slightly fruity sweetness immediately signals indulgence. With spices and soft florals the sweetness emerges smoothly with distinct yet gentle Oud, never spiking or shouting. The popularity of Maurice’s style is evident here: instead of dramatic contrasts, he prefer seamless transitions. The notes feel interwoven rather than stacked, creating an impression of depth that reveals itself gradually rather than all at once. Sometimes that ease makes me even think "what's so amazing about this" until I realize how flawlessly it’s constructed. As the fragrance develops, its oriental character, floral heart and complexity become more apparent. Despite the union of Rose and Geranium in the heart, Nefs never turns into a traditional Rose-Oud scent and I believe this is one of the key factors on the path to success. Many people are certainly interested in the whiskey note, but it is not distinct from the scent, and it does not make the scent boozy. There’s a gentle resinous glow, supported by Oud that is notably restrained: it's elegant, rounded, and free of the harsh facets that can make Oud challenging. That slightly medicinal edge does exist in the opening tho. Anyway this is where Maurice’s approachability truly shines. He uses complexity as smooth, seamless texture, not as confrontation. I think that even wearers who are not so familiar with niche perfumery can easily appreciate Nefs because nothing feels aggressive or overly abstract in it. In the drydown, Nefs settles into a velvety blend of woods, Amber, and lingering sweetness that is noticeable throughout the entire life cycle of the perfume. My favorite base note Vanilla, which manage to polish all oriental compositions, along with balsamic nuances, plays a key role in creating a sense of infinite comfort in the fragrance. It feels plush and intimate while gently hovering around the wearer and yet reaching people nearby. Nets has an excellent longevity that never turns heavy or oppressive. The composition maintains clarity throughout its lifespan and longevity is achieved through structure and harmony rather than sheer density or relying on some synthetic molecules. Nefs ultimately reflects Christian Maurice’s strength as a perfumer who understands wearability as a form of sophistication. It doesn’t rely on "beast mode" (I hate that term), shock value or excessive opulence to make an impression. Instead, it invites you in, holds your attention through fine details and balance, and leaves a lasting memory of quiet confidence. For those seeking a fragrance that combines niche artistry, "quiet luxury" and everyday elegance, Nefs stands as one of the most accomplished examples in the modern parfumery. It is also extremely unisex overall and I'm surprised it doesn't have more female fans. The texture and notes are already made to please the wearer regardless of gender, but it also performs more masculinely on male skin and therefore the experience on feminine skin is more delicate and even more refined. In the end, Nefs is above all a versatile and easy fragrance, which appeals to the masses and that is why I wouldn't call it a "show stopper", although the other overused word "masterpiece" is well deserved. Nefs has been compared to many fragrances, but personally I don’t associate it with any of them (I haven’t tried any dupe scents). Nefs marks a return to the house of Nishane for me, and it does so in the most unapologetically luxurious way possible. This is one of the most expensive offerings in their entire lineup, and it wears that status confidently, built around dense resins, rich sweetness, florals, spice, and deep woods that immediately signal “no corners cut.” Nefs has a reputation for being opulent, powerful, and indulgent, the kind of fragrance meant to feel less like something you casually throw on and more like something you deliberately step into. It’s a scent designed to project wealth, drama, and presence, whether that’s subtle or loud depending on how you wear it. Let’s see how all that gilded excess actually behaves when it’s worn on skin. Opening: The opening is woody, floral, and spicy. The primary notes I get are oud, saffron, rose, and honey, with oud and saffron leading. It begins with a strong wave of oud that feels earthy and dark, like damp soil rather than anything animalic or barnyard. Saffron follows closely, adding a warm, natural spice that balances the depth of the oud. Rose then comes through as a deep, rich, subtly sweet floral, more luxurious and jammy than fresh or powdery. Lastly, honey adds a soft, sticky sweetness in the background that lightly coats the other notes without overpowering them. Overall, the opening feels dark, earthy, and opulent, immediately establishing a bold and luxurious character. Dry Down: The dry down is sweet, leathery, and boozy. The primary notes I get are vanilla, honey, leather, and whiskey, with vanilla and honey taking the lead. Vanilla rises to the forefront with a rich, creamy sweetness that reminds me of vanilla bean ice cream. Honey follows closely, transforming from a subtle accent into a sticky, realistic sweetness, similar in tone to the honey in Kilian’s Back to Black. Leather then makes itself known as a slightly animalic, sharp yet controlled note that adds texture and edge to the sweetness. Whiskey rounds everything out with a warm, boozy accord layered over soft woods. As it continues to settle, faint traces of saffron linger, along with hints of dry cinnamon, sweet fig, and just a touch of the earthy oud from the opening. Overall, the fragrance moves away from its woody, spicy opening and fully embraces a richer, sweeter, and more indulgent character in the dry down. Performance: In the first hour, projection is powerful enough to fill a room with ease, immediately announcing its presence. Sillage follows suit, leaving a thick, noticeable trail that feels luxurious rather than overbearing. After three to four hours, both projection and scent trail remain impressively strong with very little drop off. Even at the seven to eight hour mark, it is still projecting several feet with a clearly detectable trail. It does not truly settle close to the skin until after the twelve hour point. Taken as a whole, Nefs proves itself to be a very strong and long lasting performer that easily matches the richness of its scent profile. When to Wear: Nefs is firmly a fall and winter fragrance, and it truly comes alive in the evening. Its rich, dense, and opulent character makes it an ideal choice for special occasions, whether that is a formal event, an anniversary, or a night where you want to feel unmistakably elevated. It carries a regal presence that suits dressed up settings beautifully, where its depth and intensity can be appreciated rather than overwhelming. That same boldness, however, makes it a poor fit for casual daytime wear or office environments, where its power and richness would simply be too much. Blind Buy: Nefs is not a safe blind buy for two main reasons. First, the price. This is an expensive fragrance, and you should be absolutely certain you love it before committing to it financially. Second, it opens with a strong oud, rose, and saffron profile, which is a style that many people simply don’t enjoy. If that combination sounds even remotely challenging, sampling first is essential. Final Verdict: Nefs surprised me in the best way. I am not usually drawn to oud, rose, and saffron heavy openings, but it quickly unfolds into deeper earthy tones and rich honey before settling into a sweet, leathery, and boozy dry down that truly resonated with me. The quality of the ingredients is unmistakable, and it carries itself with a level of refinement that makes its high price easier to understand. Even so, it is not something I feel compelled to buy immediately, as its bold and opulent character makes it more of a statement fragrance than a daily companion. Still, it left a lasting impression, and I can easily see it earning a place in my collection when the moment feels right. Rich, deep, and intoxicating, Nefs is what you’d imagine a sultan or empress might wear in a candlelit palace surrounded by velvet drapes and golden accents. The opening is sweet and boozy, with honeyed notes weaving through a warm, resinous cloud. A touch of saffron and fig adds a decadent, almost mystical texture... like sipping aged wine in an ancient library filled with silk-bound books. The oud here is refined and regal, never animalic, and blends seamlessly with soft rose, amber, and vanilla to create something smooth, seductive, and aristocratic. As it dries down, Nefs becomes even more majestic. There’s an undeniable gravitational pull to this scent, it demands attention, yet never screams. Very interesting & complex in the beginning. This just arrived a few hours ago purchased on Black Friday & i was worried I got a fake in. Beforehand, I researched the discounter & it's a safe site with satisfactory reviews all around. Since it was my first time purchasing on this site, the initial spray opening smells horrific like I almost can't describe what it smells like that i was worried I got a fake. I don't know what note is so prominent & strong because I'm not familiar with some of the top notes but it smells like a bad tobacco / cigar scent mixed with an expired fruit & not a good leather but rubber instead. I don't get that "amazing sweet, fruity, rose, wood" accords that people describe. Getting to the dry down, i get just vanilla with barely anything else. It's like every other note is on the top & middle then just plain vanilla in the base. I can't get into this fragrance (yet) but I hope to soon. This goes to show, you should always sample before blind buying & lots of my recent blind buys have been great due to following the notes & the notes aligning. This one I took the bullet again hoping i'd enjoy it superbly like everyone else but the opening is so hard to grasp on i can't enjoy it. The closest thing I can describe it is dry erase markers. Maybe I'll update my review soon. EDIT: Incredible.

Nose Note #892 I couldn't understand the scent for the first few times. It reminded me of many things. Then I realised the obvious - it's just one of the many oud+rose oriental fragrances, not exactly the same but think Oud Ispahan (but less sophisticated), Oud Satin Mood (but less sweeter), Opulent Oud (but sweeter and less oudy), Rouat al Oud (but not sour) the list can go on and on. This is just one of the better examples. Very strong, confidently unisex. I'd say it has feminine touches, but I'm not sure many women would actually wear something like this. It has a lot of presence. Not "eternal", but very long-lasting. Not crazy in projection. It's more than mildly sweet, but far from being sickeningly sweet like Oud Satin Mood. It has a nice floral background. I sense little to no whiskey (remark for ones that hate this note). Saffron is a bit like Haltane/Oud for Greatness, but dialed down a lot. It's somewhat honeyed sweet, but you don't get realistic honey or anything like that. You might as well forget that this note is in the breakdown. Not too overpowering, at least to my nose. Not hugely special, but very nice. It's significantly different to what I have mentioned, but I keep getting the feeling that I've smelled this already. 8/10, my cup of tea

It is autumn again, and I have turned to this jewel :) This is my most favourite perfume, but I save it for the cooler seasons, when it blossoms and warms me up with it rich, opulent core of spice, honey, flowers, resin and wood. For me it has a magical, indescribable attraction - it is complex, deep, mysterious, sensual, it wraps around me like luxurious fur, enveloping me in its warm, caring embrace. It is strong, but tender, it is present, but not dominant or overwhelming. For me - it is the best perfume I have ever smelled. It is not cheap, but the quality of ingredients is evident in the complex and refined composition and the lasting power - I can easily smell it the next day. The only other perfume that I know lasting that long on me is Guidance by Amouage (also a favorite of me). The beauty of Nefs is that you need very little of the potion to go a (very) long way! So, the price has a high ROI as it will last you a long time. I get tons of compliments and enjoy it myself a whole day long; and yet this is not a perfume I would wear every day. It's like that special dress that makes you feel irresistible - you would not wear it every day either. So happy I have a bottle of this liquid magic! Can't imagine ever falling out of love with it.

There’s so much cope in this thread it’s unreal. No you cannot find a cheaper, or better version than this in the shape of a clone house, or even the Middle Eastern houses mentioned, which I enjoy. This is a phenomenal fragrance that smells amazing with multiple layers of complexity that go on for an eternity. It’s not a fragrance that you will find in a drug store, or stall in a market. These comments are just bloody ridiculous. Just because you can’t afford something it doesn’t mean you have to come on here and shit on it. As for smelling good, or being complimented by women, a comment I also read here, people who are into perfume couldn’t care less what a woman, or anyone else thinks for that matter. That’s for numpties that watch Curly and Co who convince you that a perfume will magically incinerate a woman’s knickers, which is just pathetic, and those knickers ain’t melting over your Dior Sausage either. I’m a lover of perfume in all of its forms, and this is up there with the best. Don’t listen to the haters who trash what they can’t afford. Try for yourself, and then maybe save up instead of buying multiple crappy clone fragrances. Just some food for thought.

I blind bought this! Yes I did and I will tell you, I was a bit terrified for the week it took to arrive. I had seen all the reviews and while most were extremely positive, a few said it smelled mature and older, and I was afraid I had spent that enormous amount of $$$ on something I hated. Well I loved it. I still love it, and agree it is worth every penny. This is strong and boozy. Fruity and woody. The rose is strong but somehow muted by the other strong scents. There is vanilla and dried fruits. Think dates and tea and honey dessert - think Istanbul at night when the families are out enjoying evening tea in front of their homes. It also changes quite a bit through the day. I could still smell this in my car for a week after I wore it- but in a very faint and good way. This is perfect for men and women. I would not wear it every day to the office - and if I did I would spray once- but this is the perfect holiday party scent. Everyone will be asking what you have on. Not a safe blind buy, but my goodness is this good.

I feel this is a fragrance where you really do smell all of the notes at some point in time. On the average day to me the rose almost gives it a fruity aspect. Not like fresh fruit but how a prune or raisin can smell sweet. The honey helps the sweetness but it doesn't smell like literal honey. It's almost jam like. I don't know if it is the fig but this is an amazing fragrance. Has some woody and spicy facets to it. I think the opening is amazing. I don't really get a barnyard oud smell but it really shines when it sits for an hour or so. You really do smells all kind of notes each time you wear it. The dry down is predictable and just smells like a beautiful oriental fragrance. Very potent and room filling scent. Lasts forever on skin and days on clothes easily. I have a jacket I sprayed NEFS on last week and it still smells like it. Absolutely worth sampling. Very complex, beautiful, long lasting oriental dried fruity rose fragrance where the rose doesn't smell like Grandma.

Truly astonishing. An absolute masterpiece by Nishane. First time I tried this was on a tester strip — I was testing various oud-based niche fragrances and this was the one that stood out the most. Very unique, creamy and delicious smelling. Masterfully blended. This is nothing like any fragrance I ever smelled before. I decided to write this review because Fragrantica’s “eternal” longevity rating cannot describe the performance of this fragrance. Here’s a little story: I sprayed this on my coat over a week ago. Two sprays in total. That’s it. I happened to wear the same coat to work today and I placed it on a hanger inside a closet. When I went to grab my coat at the end of the day, right after opening the closet, Nishane Nefs just blasted my nose like a waterfall. It instantly put a smile on my face. Wow! This is delicious in the best way possible. I honestly don’t understand how a fragrance can last this long & smell this good at the same time.

Nefs is everything I wanted a rose-wood combo to be. I have yet to add one to my modest fragrance wardrobe, and Nefs my be the one. It is unlike any fragrance of this kind I have ever smelled. Because it strikes the perfect balance between oud, honey, saffron, fig and rose, it is perfectly suitable fall/winter afternoon and evenings, casual and formal, his, hers and theirs. It envelops you softly and deserves a light touch. So many fragrances these days, including niche ones, try way too hard. This one simply is. Perfect. It is not a fitted black toxedo with shiny shoes nor a backless red satin gown with stilletos. It's laid back elegance. It's never out of style or place. Like a vintage cashmere sweater, a good cup of tea and a library book. It does not scream "look at me", but it makes a lasting impression, like the unassuming colleague who has that inner sort of elegance you wish you were born with or that only comes with age.

Good gawd. What sorcery is this. This is masterful; so impeccably blended that its challenging to pick the notes apart as they sing not just in unison, but also in and out of harmony with each other. It's true, youre going to get rosy, honeyed bug spray on a ripe fig for the first... eh, 10 minutes? And then the magic happens, but good luck trying to describe it. From there all I can say is this sticky, jammy beauty becomes absolutely and distinctly creamy. Its the strangest thing. Im only sad I put off trying this for so long. Best blind buy ever. Maybe 2nd best, only next to Bois d'Amande. What a beauty. Firmly unisex- in fact I think we can call this genderless. Sillage and longevity for miles. Prefers cooler weather, prefers the evening, but daytime friendly too.

I can not believe this amazing perfume didn't get enough reviews.. I tried sample, this perfume opens with woody and boozy accords. And i haven't smelled anything like this. Nefs means "self desire, mortal desires of this temporary world". Nefs has two sides, just like the meaning of the word. First side is eager, almost harsh full with passion, other side is way different than from first side. Other side, represents the part of your soul wants to control nefs.. Nefs does let you to feel both side, i can not stop smelling this perfume. Longevity and sillage is amazing, i haven't smelled anything from Nishane with poor performance. This is definetely unisex, appropriate for special also formal occasions. I am very happy with my purchase.

Another masterpiece from Nishane, Nefs is deep, sweet and smoky, definitely a luxurious blend of ingredients that opens with honey, saffron, and fig and settles into a rich mix of oud, leather and vanilla. The way all these ingredients work in harmony is simply incredible. Perfect for cold evenings, where its complexity really shines. Though marketed as unisex, it leans bold and expressive. I even made a friend wear it and the sillage was great. It left a rich, enveloping trail that turned heads. It is a long lasting, easily staying on skin for way over 10 hours. Yes, it is expensive but if you love complex, regal scents that make a statement it is absolutely worth exploring. I will say wear it before getting full bottle.

Nishane just keeps on blowing my mind. This is the third in the line that i've sampled...and with each one Ive purchased a FB. Nets is an absolutely stunning fragrance. Beautifully blended. A scent that shifts and changes moving from one spectrum to the other hour by hour and opening up to peel back delicious flavors like a fine wine. I normally do not like honey in my fragrances because they tend to lean to sticky sweet gourmand, here it blends with the other notes creating something so so special. Nice sillage...I can smell the beauty on me and others get a gentle whiff and to want to know more. The longevity is epic....over 12 hours. What an absolute love! super pricey but well worth it for very special winter nights.

Yep, this is it. It deserves all the hype and more - a true masterpiece in my book. Nefs opens with dense florals. Jasmine, a watery rose, osmanthus. Honey, a ripe fig, and saffron sweeten and darken the mix. A boozy, balsamic oud peeks through in the opening, as well as some amber for lift. The drydown is simply beautiful. Boozy, incensey oud and vanilla with rose for the first couple of hours. Leather and warm spice round out the base. Nefs is complex and dense through and through, providing 12+ hours longevity on the skin and impressive sillage. Projection is large for such a heavy formula with a strong scent bubble for 4-6 hours after application. Full bottle worthy and one of my favorites. Get it from a discounter.

This is crazy complements .. every time I wear it, my life complements me and she’s not that much into perfumes (or complements :)) Twice wore to big events with more people and couple of people asked me what perfume I’m wearing cause it smells very nice. I don’t know if it’s the fig, the saffron, the Oud or something else, but this is getting attention and staying on you and your clothes for days! It’s so rich in notes and very smoothly combined. It’s not cheap, but don’t worth retail, get it from discounters I saw a comment below I fully confirm - with Mana it’s more of some friends who were interested what it is, but with Nefs it’s always women asking! ... and yet, get only with discount or if money don’t matter!

My God, what a spectacular scent. The first time I wore it, all I smelled was rose for some reason, but the second time, just a few days later, I experienced an explosion of honey, rose, saffron, figs, whiskey, vanilla and leather all in perfect harmony. If one could smell films and TV series, this is what I think a David Lynch's Twin Peaks: The Return would smell like; Nefs is so beautiful, surreal, exotic and lingers on the mind. Yes, it's very expensive, but you can get it for close to 50% off retail at discounters and you only need two sprays of it, so if you can afford it, I feel it's worth it. I just wish Neshane offered a 100 ml bottle of it. Scent 10/10, longevity: 10/10, sillage 10/10.

The type of fragrances being compared to Nefs is nothing short of insane. It’s fine to not like something, but not being able to acquire it by convincing yourself cheaper fragrances are the same or being negative about it comparing to cleaners is hugely misleading to the fragrance neutral which creates a rabbit hole of nonsense for people to jump in. Nefs is a very unique and special fragrance that smells like nothing else. The composition, evolution and concentration of oils is nothing short of perfect. It’s a Nishane masterpiece. I will say the price is eye watering and I struggle with the price point of luxury fragrances in general at the moment. It’s a trend that is affecting most houses.

Beautiful fragrance. One of my favorite winter scents. Opens up with spices and barnyardy oud, but it quickly settles. (Opening and the price are the main complaints you might hear, which leads me to believe most negative reviews are from people that spreyed it on a strip, smelled the intial 30 secs, and saw the price, or got some mystery 'samples') You gotta let it open up to reveal its beauty, with all the notes. It got so many notes, so how do you describe it? When you combine all the notes you get get dried honeyed fruits, with vanilla whisky, and oriental spices. With oud as the base and, Sparkling, airy, French type rose on top. Unisex, leanings masculine. 10/10

In front of you stands a glass of whiskey-coke cocktail and a bar of white soap. You lean in and smell them both together. Yes, that is it. A unique, profound, and magnificent scent. Bright in the opening, and as it dries down, that white soap emerges from the depths. It truly does justice to the definition of unisex.

For me, this product is a 10/10. Rich, strong, long-lasting, evolving scent. However, I want to express my thoughts on the topic of the prices of expensive perfumes in general. I have several expensive items in my collection. In some reviews, I read that they are not worth the money. My experience is that almost all of them are completely unique and one-of-a-kind. There is no alternative... nothing that comes even close (Nefs is also one such case). So, if we like a particular scent and want to wear it, we have to pay the price for it. So if you're willing to pay Nefs price and you like that scent, you won't regret it - you'll smell unique.

Masterpiece of a perfume. I loved it from the first sniff, and dreamt of it for weeks and months until I just went and bought it second-hand. This scent lasts for ever and ever. You can spray it in the morning, go about your day, and still smell it when you go to bed. Plus, the sillage is enormous and fills a room. Just one spray is enough! It’s sweet and dark like honey and booze, flowery, woody, leathery.. you can smell every note listed on the perfume pyramid and they meld beautifully, never overpowering. Perfection. However, I have seen some people absolutely unable to stand Nefs, so please test it for yourself before purchasing.

An extremely high-quality perfume. The first touch with it gives a floral character and, in my opinion, the smell of cherry (although it is not specified), in my opinion, in some elegant sense. Later, the perfume becomes more and more complex as it lasts, as if all the listed notes are just spreading and fluttering in the air. I have not smelled something complex, elegant for a long time. I must emphasize that I would like to smell this on a WOMAN, more than "if I smelled like this" . Not on every woman, but on a well-formed, elegant, organized woman, who gives the impression that she takes care of herself in every way. 10/10

@parispeach. Try kdjinspired clone of this then tell me you cannot find a clone of this. I too, like you, thought all clones/dupes never came close to the original but this lot are incredible. They are not the cheapest but you really do get quality with them. As for the perfume. Beastmode honey and amber, warms up as they day goes on with lovely wafts of cinnamon, which I love and perfect on a colder day. I’m not one to get all romantic over fragrance and keep my reviews simple. Given the price;lint, I expect this quality. This and hacivat are probably the best bang for your buck, from nishane

Listen, Nefs isn’t for everyone. And it’s got certain notes that (depending on your tastes) can take you to Heaven or drag you to Hell. That said, for me, it’s a masterpiece. I love to wear it when the weather starts to get fresher and colder. The Oud, woods, leather and honeyed spices are what make this fragrance magical. Of course, there’s a distinct rose note but it’s more of a support to the “heavier” notes, at least, according to my nose. Nishane is a wonderful fragrance house with true bangers and I am so glad to now have Nefs in my collection!!🖤✨🖤✨

Nefs is: Imagine if Idris Elba did get the James Bond Role. He is dressed in a Tux 🤵🏿♂️and enters a large masqurade ball and snatches a mask off of some guy he doesnt know's face. He see's an opposing spy and slips behind him and drags him into a utility closet and snaps his neck. He exits the closet and party guests are none the wiser. He tosses the mask and grabs the hands of a seductive looking Selma Hayek and Lupita Nyongo, the exit to the street into a black tinted Rolls Royce Phantom. Cue Bond Music 🎶 Thats what Nishane Nefs smells like. 😂

Nishane Nefs. After a careful consideration of 6 weeks, I finally purchased this expensive perfume. It is really nicely done Rose, Rum, Fig fragrance. It is simply beautiful, calm, charming, beautiful. The blend is out of this world. You can smell every note throughout the whole wear. Rose is prominent. Fig honey lavender jasmine vanilla all supports the rose throughout. It’s simply stunning. It is very long lasting but the sillage remains around 2-3 meters only. You yourself wearing this can smell the perfume throughout the day! 10/10 fragrance

People are way overthinking this one. Nefs is a beautiful composition, period. One of the reasons this is so alluring is because while it feels familiar, it’s also quite different than others in this style of perfumery. Who cares what your gender is or what the occasion for wearing is. I’m wearing it on a Thursday night at home Netflix and chilling and enjoying every time I catch a whiff of this stunner. I’ve also worn it for important nights out. Just be confident about wearing a scent if you like it.

A serious masterpiece! I see the "reminds me of" section is very thin, well it would be, it's nothing like anything else! The one and only I never layer, it's simply perfection....10/10. Undoubtedly number 1 in their entire collection. A perfume you wear for yourself, even though it draws a huge amount of compliments, but you yourself feel amazing wearing it, and no matter how often you wear it you can still smell it on yourself. What more is there...sheer pleasure every time!

Absolute masterpiece. I bought this blind (I know, I know....not a good idea) but based on the notes, my love for Nishane, several influencers, and a great sale price, I took the plung. I am in love. Addictive, gorgeous and sophisticated. Notes here on Fragrantica are completely accurate, IMHO. It's smooth due to the honey and fig. Strong because of Oud, Rose and safron. I can't agree with most of the "reminds me of" though. It's expensive and deserves to be.

Stunning! I get rose, honey, leather, saffron, oud, nutmeg. Blending is done right and notes appears like a symphony one after the other to assemble and play harmoniously. Two sprays on clothes and one spray behind the neck. It is very powerful! Definitely oriental scent and one of the best! I am so impressed with Nefs and Mana; and I have many high quality oriental fragrances to compare with. I got a tester for less than 200$.

This is so smooth it's rediculous. I tried Alex 2 and this is way better in my opinion. Everything is so well balanced, it lasts for ages, and is so luxurious. I got a deal on discount but after a few wearings Id say it's totally worth the money. The initial blast can be intense but once it settles the magic happens. It's worth sampling because people claiming this smells cheap or like ambroxan are just flat out wrong. Cheers!

I remember buying a sample of this about 6 months ago and feeling “eh” about it. Revisited around October and fell in love with it. It’s really hard to describe exactly what it smells like but it’s extravagant and the quality is unmistakable. Projects well, lasts long, presentation is beautiful, etc etc. Satisfied with the purchase but definitely worth smelling a few times before making a decision either way

Simply the best of a superb house. I think the 2 reviews below mine must have been trying fakes or don’t really have it. Ask the true experts, not YouTube or instagram. This is a masterpiece fragrance md a delight to wear, gets a lot of attention. Beautiful mix of boozy, vanilla and sweet rose with a complex honey to boot. Simply stunning fragrance If not so pricey then would be my signature , for sure.

Ordered a 2ml sample of this and it's AMAZINGGGGG! But...the wood is so strong. I feel like it overtakes all that's blended under it. I'm gonna give it a few more tries but as of right now I'd much prefer to invest this amount of money into a xerjoff or Initio. Btw i haven't smelled any other Nishane fragrances yet. Would anyone mind recommending me something similar without the intense wood and oud?

Deserves all the praise it receives. Very well made scent boozy fruity amber oriental. Super strong and long lasting. Great night out fragrance and I don't know a single person that does not like this It thrives on skin. Same vibe but with liquor as SHL 777 Black Gemstone but this is constructed better, and Nefs hides the fixatives better. Makes women (and probably men) swoon.

Ah yes. The beloved, elegant powerhouse. So masterful and graceful. Everything works so perfectly together. A crazy profile. As time passes, it becomes even better on skin. I'm not gonna say anything about longevity, just see the stats. Sprayed one time one my shirt, could smell it on week later (tf????) the perfume that got me into niche territory. An easy 10/10

Men says it leans feminine, women say the opposite. Some say it's powerful and others say it's soft. One thing's unmistakable, the quality of the ingredients used! Nothing synthetic or harsh here. It's beautifully blended. Not too floral, boozy, oudy nor sweet but includes all those facets. If I had to choose 1 fragrance for life, this would be it!!!

I bought it blind. It arrived 2 hours ago. I sprayed the perfume on my wrist once and can't stop smelling my wrist. In my two hours of experience, no ingredients steals a role from another. This is what a millionaire's jar of honey smells like, haha. Jokes aside, but in the dictionary, the word class should be written as Nefs. I can hardly imagine you getting tired of this scent. Honey, fig, whiskey.... In the most perfect combination. The price is quite high, but you are far from screwing yourself if you buy it.

Nefs is such a unique and intoxicating concoction! Honeyed sweetness, figgy fruitiness, stinky oud, and a touch of suede with a mixture of florals and aromatics. I can't stop smelling it, but at the same time there is something that reminds me of insect repellant. I absolutely love it, but the price is discouraging :(

Literally addictive. You lean in and smell it in your skin and, unconsciously, you will again a couple seconds later, you will keep doing it until the scent is etched into every nook of your brain. This is a masterpiece and my favorite scent of all time. It might be priced like liquid gold, but that’s because it is !

This does open a little aggressive, but once it dries down it does smell beautiful in the air. This is blended so well that its like you can smell all the notes, yet none of the notes individually, at the same time. You smell every stage of the fragrance without even really noticing any shifts or transitions.

Some people have to be smoking their own socks, cuz honestly.. comparing this piece of artwork with shaghaf oud? Really? No wonder people are beeing misled here on fragrantica. This masterpiece right here cant be compared to anything. Its unique, stunning, well blended, original and luxurious!!!!

Machined Rose. Its the only way I can describe this. It's a futuristic, oily, rose. Sooo good. Sooo unique. There's nothing like this on the market. Wow! This is an absolute masterpiece. I really can't describe this in words. I will say this is the greatest display of rose on earth. Stunning!

Very rich scent, the strongest and longest lasting I have. I did 3 sprays with my decant and it was almost overwhelming and fills the room. Smells unique and like high quality luxury. If you want to spend $$$ for a unique scent this is a great pick. I'll stick to my 5 Euro sample tho

This is perfumery at it’s best. Truely unisex. Ohe of the beat boozy fragrances in the market. It has floral touches and saffron. This is a masterpiece. It’s the best of initio’s side effects mixed with the best of nasomatto’s baraonda. Performance is amazing. Quality is sureal.
