III Noir Intense

This is dark chocolate and coconut vanilla. Much like no.2. Minus the praline note. The series can be worn alone or layered. Its structured well so if you wanted to add a floral..it be easy to do so. There is a coco tropical vibe going on. Fun gourmand

Yum yum yum! This is my favourite and the most intense of the three. So gourmand, so so sweet. Chocolate, coconut, vanilla - it's just delicious. LOVE wearing this.

The first moments are marked by sweet notes of milk chocolate. Then, I get the impression of smelling, in the distance, a scented modeling clay. There’s a slightly artificial aspect to this fragrance in its initial wafts. About thirty minutes later, vanilla takes over, and it’s quite pleasant. However, I find the overall scent a bit too sweet, probably due to the coconut. It might also be the presence of heliotrope creating an olfactory dissonance, as I’m not particularly fond of floral perfumes (though the balance with the other notes is well executed here). Overall, I feel it lacks a bit of clarity, but the sandalwood that emerges at the very end saves the day. I wouldn’t buy it for myself, but I would recommend it to someone looking for a light fragrance that is both sweet—but not overly so—and slightly nostalgic, as it has something reminiscent of youth and innocence. Which, in itself, is rather comforting. When the fragrance fully melds with the skin, it turns into a milk chocolate vanilla scent. __________ FRANÇAIS Les premiers instants sont marqués par des notes sucrées de chocolat au lait. Puis j’ai l’impression de sentir, au loin, une pâte à modeler parfumée. Il y a donc un côté un peu artificiel à ce parfum dans les effluves initiaux. Une trentaine de minutes plus tard, c’est la vanille qui prend sa place, et elle est plutôt agréable. Par contre, je trouve ce parfum globalement un peu trop sucré, sans doute à cause de la noix de coco. C’est peut-être aussi la présence de l’héliotrope qui crée une dissonance olfactive, car je n’aime pas beaucoup les parfums floraux (bien que l’accord avec les autres notes soit réussi ici). Bref, je trouve qu’il manque un peu de clarté dans l’ensemble, mais le bois de santal qui s’invite à la toute fin vient sauver la mise. Je ne l’achèterai pas pour moi, mais je le conseillerais à quelqu’un cherchant un parfum léger à la fois sucré — mais pas trop — et un brin nostalgique, car il a quelque chose qui rappelle la jeunesse et la naïveté. Ce qui, en soi, est plutôt réconfortant. Lorsque le parfum est complètement fondu avec la peau, il devient un chocolat au lait à la vanille.

this could have been my HG. it was everything i was hoping for and very true to the listed notes but unfortunately it disappears almost instantly. even with 7 sprays, (1 on each wrist, inner elbows, chest, behind each ear) it starts off as a subtle skin scent and after 15mins there's barely a trace left. it doesn't last on fabric either. never experienced anything that disappears this fast before. so disappointing!

Smells like those wonderful little chocolate shops and bakeries in Europe. Their goodies full of appealing citrus and flowers from a vase near the door. Yes, it does make me crave chocolate, so wear it when I can't hit a chocolate shop.

Great, chocolatey gourmand, but doesn't last very long on my skin.

I'm wondering if I got a bad batch of samples. I am wearing more than half of the tube and that is what it's taken to be able to get a good scent going. It is a nice smell of chocolate, vanilla with a slight bit of coconut to it but I wouldn't buy something that I feel like I have to wear this much of.

I just discovered this after a very happy swap! I m a gourmand lover of course so I was positively predisposed towards it once I took a look at the notes! My expectations for this one were high! And yes today I discovered I wasn't wrong! Fitstly you get the chocolate note which after a while mixes with the coconut and vanilla. Why I find this so beautiful? Because I've never encountered another scent where the notes of chocolate, coconut and vanilla are so well blended together, a beautiful tropical blend which I could almost say is like they created a new note, choconut or something like this :p I m also getting a slight banana vibe! The tonka bean and heliotrope give a powdery warm feeling and there is just a trace of amber to enhance the warmness. I cant say I get the moss note. The only thing I m afraid of is the longevity, the longevity is yet to be tested. For now I m carried away by my first impression but I ll edit as soon as I test the longevity and sillage! EDIT: Unfortunately the staying power is a bit weak! I dont care though cause I find it so beautiful! I may try to enhance its force a bit with a plain coconut mist!

I’ve had the Kit Le Petit Chocolatier trio (I, II, III - the cute 30 ml troublemakers) for over a year now and let’s be honest, they’re sweet, they’re gourmand and they’re grown‐up enough not to smell like a sugar crash in a bottle. Solid little treats. But the gag? They’re EDTs... and they behave like it. They sprint straight into “skin scent” territory like they’re late for a meeting. Great if you want to smell delicious without announcing yourself to the entire office. But if you’re a projection‐lover who wants to leave a scent trail with emotional impact, these are not your girls. Strength check: I is basically whispering from across the room, while II actually shows up, clocks in and does the job.

I've only tried this one so far from the series, 'cause last time I had a chance to test them my wrists were busy with other fragrances :) It really smells like praline, so you definitely get a strong chocolate note blended with wild Vanilla and Heliotrope. I remember that also Coconut is detectable giving it some kind of "Bounty" flavor. It's a flowery powdery chocolate fragrance. So not exactly the fondue style yumminess as Chocolate Greedy by Montale. Looking forward to try also the other two. They are quite rare to find around by the way but this 3 perfume box seem not be that expensive like other Nobile 1942 perfumes.
