I love love love it! The best way to describe it is a musky-floral scent with an opening of steamed rice 🍚 Very unobtrusive and comforting, like a hug, a scarf, a warm blanket... or a kitten wrapping its tail around you 🤍

Deliciously floral, lactonic and ricey. So, so cozy. Conjures more the feeling of curling up with a good book and purring kitten than the actual scent. Smells like freshly laundered sweater and milky tea.

Fleecy white florals and spun-sugar lace. Rice dims the bright white notes into something cosy clean. Think freshly-laundered pyjamas and teddy bear plush, rather than crisply ironed hotel linens. It’s a lived-in kind of clean. Takes what I liked from Universal Flowering’s Heliotrope Milkbath and subtracts the sweaty undercarriage. Couldn’t tell you what a kitten smells (thx allergies), but I can’t pick up anything animalistic about it. Perhaps this is the smell of a cat, if it were your imaginary friend. The most Zappas-esque of the trio, with that nostalgic, pastel-toned feel. Sillage is appropriately whispery, unfortunately so for the longevity. Mental Snapshots: Memories of a childhood sleepover, at the rich girl’s house. Whispering secrets, taking imaginary tea, miming out dollhouse tragedy. A bedroom stuffed carpet to ceiling with Beanie Babies. tl;dr: velveteen rabbit 🧸🐇

white floral that reminds me of a fancy grandma (not derogatory) with the slightest animalic stink (also not derogatory just musky). it is SO subtle, maybe a little too subtle? i really don't get rice or straight up milk but more of a soft creamy vanilla that adds some warmth and becomes more noticeable as time goes on. i sort of wish its opening smelled how it does 4 hours in. i think it's a nice slightly more complex skin scent that works for any occasion and season. not quite sure if it's giving my cats' fur but i do like it!

i don't like when perfumes are described in bs ways but i unfortunately am the enemy. if you've ever stuck your face into a cat's fur, it smells like that. not in an animalic or musk manner, rather because of the toasted rice note, which is most prominent. the bergamot is very clear as well, balancing the rice for a bright sunny smell. the florals show a bit later, bringing a sweet freshness to the perfume. the longevity is poor.

Not an overly "furry" scent but it FEELS like smothering your cats fur. The notes are just warm enough to kind of suffocate you but its such an endearing scent that you're okay with it. Kind of like being trapped in your grandma's coat closet and smelling her furs (if you have a rich grandma that doesn't need moth balls). starts with a strong linen scent but evolves into a more vanilla-y smell.

Leads with Jasmine, orange blossom with the toasted rice note behind it. I don’t notice the kitten for note beyond a simple musk. The cozy vibes depicted in the brand’s imagery really come from the toasted rice note, in my opinion. Throughout a six hour wear, it did become faint but I could still smell it close up. I’d say this is largely a floral perfume with a slight twist.

I actually do get the cat fur/blankety smell but only for the first 30 minutes, then for me it turns into the smell of vanilla lotion on clean skin. Very subtly vanilla though not really gourmand. It’s pleasant but not really what I was expecting. Doesn’t project much at all though, I feel I would like it more if it was a little stronger. Only lasted like 2 hours. :/

This smells like a warm creamy bowl of rice, with light hints of florals in the background. Delightful and comforting, perfect for days you just want to stay in the comfort of your own bed. Smells like the feeling of having your furry friend curled up against you.

You are tucked into the couch at your friend's house watching a rom com. The warmth of the old radiators heats the air. The fuzzy blanket across your lap smells like home. Her cat starts making biscuits on your legs. You reminisce over snacks and gossip.

I'm honestly not super impressed with my first spray of this perfume house. I don't really get anything cozy about this scent, just a very doctors office vibe. There's no mint in the scent list, but on me it comes as a straightforward mint with a sterile doctors office note and a hint of floral. I think I'm just going to try and wash it off. *Note* I did end up spraying more on myself just to see if that changed anything, and I do get more of the citrus note. It saves the scent a bit for me, but still something I won't buy a full bottle of.

Creamy jasmine. I think it smells more like the marketing imagery than a cat

I wanted to like this SO badly because I've heard great things. This is also the first perfume I've ever sampled. Unfortunately, I don't think it's for me. It reminds me a bit of like, a baby's bib but also a grandma? I think it's a lot muskier than I anticipated. It kind of made my eyes water. It's really hard for me to pick up any of the notes, so I guess it's well blended. Definitely am not getting any kind of kitten fur scent- or at least not one that smells like my cat LOL I think this was a good piece of info for me in learning what scents I do like, though. I'm just starting to get into perfume and I'm guessing either the powdery or lactonic aspects are what I dislike.

I'm so irritated by this fragrance. What "kitten notes"? It's not even cozy. Not fluffy. I'm irritated by this whole line. I got the sample set, and it's all so boring. There's nothing unique or interesting about it. I was most excited by Calico, but it's such a snooze fest. It's "fine." I'll own that I might have the most sophisticated smeller when it comes to note detection, but if you're picking up much more than florals, you should feel very accomplished! UGH.

This is so pleasant the first 5 seconds after spraying it, and then suddenly the most overwhelming burnt rice odor hits you in the face. Like, pure bitterness. And it STAYS that way. 💔

the first couple times i smelled this fragrance, i thought it was really sterile and doctor's office-y; my sister described it as the moment right before you get a shot--the general doctor's office scent mixing with the nurse's perfume and the alcohol they rub right before injection. the description is a little off to me, but maybe it resonates with others. i really couldnt get over the cleaning supply scent and, to be frank, it felt a little gag-inducing. i know fragrance is always subjective--that different notes can be more prominent on different people's skin and noses--but all the reviews ive seen online are positive. seeing the previous ones here made me smell it again. im not sure why, but it's not overly fresh or clean to me anymore. i really like it! im doing a wear test now, so hopefully the dry down is just as pleasant as i find it now. im pretty new to fragrance and i don't often try new ones so i apologize if my descriptions are off or if my review seems rude, my understanding of note makeup and fragrance as a whole is not completely there yet.

Ended up listing my full bottle on Mercari. I don't quite pick up on the cozy rice notes like I wanted to. Instead, I smell mostly jasmine and orange blossom. It seems like people are pretty split on whether this is a more cozy or floral scent. I'd imagine this scent will pull very floral forward on people whose skin favors those type of notes. I will say, it does seem to have pretty decent longevity on my skin!

not very interesting to me ultimately. maybe overly subtle. it’s not unpleasant, just kind of boring. sweet, inoffensive, hard to dislike. soft. i guess it’s like fur? kind of? it’s giving balletcore. scent for tiktok users. like... girls who wear blumarine. if you like that you’ll like this probably. not bad, just very much not my thing.

I don’t get anything animalic from this at all, neither any of the white florals. on me it reads much more gourmand: crisped rice on a clay pot and buko pandan? slight touch of heliotrope. I do really enjoy this. feels like the cuteness aggression I get for my kitten, bottled up.

Sweet and soft. I want to smell like this while lounging in my bedroom. Comforting, lactonic, warm, baby faced. Smells like cereal milk heated on a stove and cooked jasmine rice. My new favorite for bedtime...delicate white petals dipped in cream.

when your friend keeps the cat's litter box in her room and it smells horrible but you don't want to say anything and be rude this really transported me there. i find that the fur and white musk make for a really interesting combo

A medical white floral. Sterile, no coziness from rice, milk, or fur. Beautiful and clean, but no kitten warmth.

I love it, it’s very clean and comforting! A non offensive perfume.
