Vetta

I had a great time at one of the Profumum stores in Rome where we tested all of their perfumes. At the end we narrowed it down to Vetta and Victrix - in a strange way they have some similarities to them but we went with Vetta. Vetta is a strange fascinating fragrance that is both green and dark. The angelica and the galbanum balance the incense (which in 99% of the time I hate passionately as it makes me nauseous). The perfume is original and quite different from the Profumum Roma lineup - seems a bit more complex and experimental without pushing it too hard. I think Vetta would appeal to men as well as women as it is quite versatile. The projection and the silage are great and the quality, as expected, is very high. I find Profumum Roma the brand with the highest overall quality of fragrances and I can't believe that many people still haven't heard of them but perhaps one of the reasons behind it is the purposefully weak international presence.

The first impression is a funky hubba bubba gum soaked in the smell of smoke(galbanum+incense?), after long wearing I have a nice cozy feeling of saffron like, the same saffron as in Mfk-oud. I revisit sample after 3 years and this is pretty good perfume, bitter smokey opening is stuning. Its bitter green musky fragrance, dont know if the smokiness add the bitter impression there. Very natural smelling and also little bit musky and powdery what plays nice with bitter green smokey combo.

Absolute masterpiece! This is your Guerlain way to treat Angelica, keeping it as natural smelling as it could be. Such incredible fragrance. Was not expecting this quality from sidekick house of PR but this blew my mind. Complexity is way more interesting than in regular Profvmvm collection. Must-have for cold winter-spring. Incence is so rich, combined together with Angelica it is that crazy dark forest vibe that they simply don't make these days.

Total disappointment. Smells nice for a couple of minutes and then it fades away. No silage and poor longevity. Quality below designer’s stuff.

I like this one! Smells like chopping a chili pepper, yet very green and vegetal.
