Nuhi

By far the closest interpretation (whether they meant to or not) of BY Man by D & G that I have tried. On the top, heavy lavender and caraway. In the middle, light cinnamon embraced by nutmeg. But the bottom is by far the best with one of the nicest sandalwood's I've ever come across. Not to mention, this fragrance projects and projects. Don't get me wrong, it's no BY Man, but it comes so damn close. I love it just for the fat that I was fortunate enough to get my hands on a bottle living here in the U.S.A. Apparently their marketing in the states is not too hot. Anyway, if you;re a fan of the original BY Man I would recommend this a thousand times over. At the very least it will induce great memories of the original Holy Grail esp. with the lavender and sandalwood notes. Thanks for reading!

This is the closest you can get to the legend, D&G By. Opening is near identical, but the dry down is where Nuhi fall short, By man dry down is die for, hard to match. Performance is average, around 7 hours with decent projection. Overall Nuhi is a good alternative to By man. The nose behind this fragrance is one of my favourites, Sidoine Lancesseur.

So glad this is finally in the database!Fresh,spicy,and woodsy all in one streamlined modern presentation.This is a long lasting scent that exudes confidence and good taste.A must have for any fragrance lovers wardrobe!

I had this for a long time and it still is pretty good. It smells similar to spicebomb by v&r but not so strong. Nuhi is a underrated fragrance in my opinion but I'm glad it's unique for the people :)

I wonder nobody hsa mentioned similarities with Lanvin Avant Garde. Tobbaco honey is completely noticeable along wit tonka bean warm spices .,

It's warm and sweet .cardamom lavender awarm spices and powdery vibe is dominant. It remind me of Lanuit d homme.

I bought Nuhi because the Internet was saying that it ́s similar to By D&G. I never smelled By but was expecting sandalwood. If By smells like Nuhi, then it ́s not my cup of tea. I don ́t mean that Nuhi smells bad. It ́s just not my category of smell. Nuhi smells very creamy with a sweet background. The whole composition is a slightly cloying mix of lavender - nutmeg - tonka - vanilla. I was expecting sandalwood, a lot of sandalwood and couldn ́t find it here. However Nuhi is a nice fragrance. It ́s definitely classy for its creamy accord.

Tried this last night and immediately reminds me on JPG Le male & Cuba Gold. After reading the note break down in Fragrantica and it shows so much similarity within JPG vs this NUHI.
