Al Mukhtalif Women

I just ordered mine after hearing it's a mix of Lamar & Delina. EDIT: This is very woody, the cedar is soo strong, paired with sour green apple. It's also very herbaceous, so perhaps that comes from the bitter almond tree / tomato leaf. As it dries down the sweeter notes come out - watermelon and perhaps some florals like rose. The woody-herbaceous opening could be suitable for men but as it dries down it starts leaning a little more feminine, but it's still pretty good freshie. Definitely a strong like from me. If you like Aventus femme, you will most likely enjoy this too, they have very similar vibe in the dry down (perhaps even Tygar, that sort of green herbaceous). I have never tried Lamar but can see why someone said it has something from Delina - but don't expect this to be polite feminine rosy fragrance, you need to like strong woods/cedar and bitter herbs too. Ok, in the dry down this is much sweeter and def feminine, I don't think it makes sense for men to buy this just for the woody opening. This frag changes a lot, quite a journey from the bitter start, I don't smell the woods and herbs now, just fresh fruity sweet dry down. It also doesn't make sense to buy this if you're looking for Delina-eske frags, this only has a tiny touch of Delina vibe added to very strong other notes, as above.

I haven’t smelled the original Lamar by Kajal, but this fragrance smells luxurious. Initially, it lasted over 4-5 hours, but after about a month, I now get only 1-2 hours of noticeable performance—though it’s possible I’ve gone nose-blind. Regardless, the scent is very unique. The drydown has a smoky, floral vibe, while the opening features powdery, musky florals. I pick up notes of pear, pineapple, a touch of rose, and white florals. This fragrance stands out in a crowd and is quite mass-appealing—everyone in my circle enjoyed it. However, I’ve seen reviews suggesting it may not be a safe blind buy, so individual experiences may vary. For me, it was absolutely worth the $30 spent. The blend and overall quality are not exceptional compared to other clones on the market; there is still a slight alcohol blast in the beginning, which is expected at this price point. Still, considering the uniqueness and value ( i haven't smelled something as unique as this perfume in floral scents for quite a while now), I highly recommend it.

If you can find the "authentic" bottle of Nusuk, then Lamar is redundant. My wife loves Lamar but since she smelled Nusuk, she never went back to Lamar. Nusuk is more transparent and a bit watery version of it. Lamar is thicker in a way. Quality of Nusuk is also on par. It's more mass appealing and versatile. There is a modernized fresh and sweet Pinapple with hint of some sweet lily like floral nuances. Extremely likable. Very thin woody oudy presence is there which is a nice backbone. Now, whatever I said above, if you’re imagining then imagine all notes in the best realistic manner, in short it's borderline niche. I like it better as Lamar is nicher and little more rosy for my liking. I much prefer this nice Indian style white lily.

Can be worn by any man or woman with the right attitude, perfectly unisex, especially when this fragrance goes more into the drydown and smelled in the air instead of directly from skin. Big compliment getter as well, women seem to love this on a man, but no doubt it will smell great on certain women as well! Works best on a sunny Spring day or in the Summer. Excellent value for money (I paid 24 Euros!).

Great band for buck fragrance. Completely different/better after macerating. Unisex leaning feminine. To my nose I get rose in the opening, white flowers in the mid and pachouli and Musk in the base. Longevity is above average with moderate projection. Would love to smell this one on a girl, but sadly it’s a touch too feminine for me. Great gift too. Overall 9/10

Clearly it leans more feminine but can also be worn comfortably by men. Excellent summer fragrance with satisfactory longevity and sillage. Its price is particularly low for what it offers. A very pleasant surprise since it was blind buy.

Unisex leaning femenine better smelling after maceration, great scent. 3 main things something fruity in the top, middle roses and withe flowers and pachuli and Musk in the base.

VERY reminiscent of Burberry's Touch woman! Fruity, floral, bitter freshie that has a spicy(ish) drydown. Good price for the smell, i got it for 30$.

I’ve been using Al Mukhtalif Women and it’s nice. It starts a bit fruity and then turns soft and floral.

I got this because I found a really good deal and because of the comparison to Lamar which I’ve been really curious about. It’s definitely unique, but has an exotic middle eastern flair. I don’t have anything like this. I have a couple perfumes that are supposed to be similar to Delina, but this doesn’t remind me of anything so that’s a plus. This is definitely unisex with the fruity notes (no individual fruit notes) rose and amber standing out. I think it’s more male, but I tend to think that a lot with unisex perfumes, especially middle eastern. It’s really good for $20 and pre maceration. I think this could be cloying in high heat. It’s pretty strong.

This is quite beautiful but you have to like a strong rose note. The opening is very fruity with the pineapple and the pear but right away the rose appears and it’s quite prominent. There is a spicy vibe here and I can’t put my finger on it but I think it’s still coming from the rose because it’s very aromatic! Imagine a rose that is bloomed a bit too much and the petals smell full on “ripe” rose and also the pistils. It’s a sophisticated floral with fruity whiffs here and there. I find it feminine leaning and even though the rose makes it mature, it can be worn by younger ages too.

Very heavy on the pineapple, both in the opening and the dry down. On my skin the scent is quite lineair: it opens up fruity and sweet (predominantly pineapple), but the dry down remains strong with the pineapple and a little bit of leaf (almost vegetable like) scent. A bit of that fresh bitterness, but very slightly. It's like walking through a fruit and vegetable market. Unfortunately it's too boring for me, too lineair. I feel like there is no base at all. The accords fresh spicy, green and fruity are pretty on point but it doesn't go anywhere from there. Longevity: 1-2 hours.

In my opinion, Al Mukhtalif has a scent similar to Lamar by Kajal, but with a feminine touch thanks to a prominent note of rose. Who would have thought that pineapple and rose could blend so beautifully together? While it's an exquisite fragrance that men can also wear, it does have a unique appeal. @deepgreenbeauty

So I sprayed out 10+ times but out of the box I smell strong bergamot. So it probably needs to settle and mature. At present nothing melon or ozonic. Still interesting and contrasting good if worn with gourmands.

Pineapple fruity but feminine leaning i thing i will layer it with oud

I bought it at a very low price, drawn more by the bottle than the fragrance. It's been compared to Lamar, and indeed there's definitely something reminiscent of it, especially the floral and fruity accord, but it's not a dupe and the quality is on a whole different level. While Lamar has a whole background of spices, resins, and woods that give body and depth to the fragrance, this Nusuk fragrance is all about the rose/pineapple accord, which on the skin smells rather flat like a fruity Badedas shower gel. Nice for summer, if you want to spray something very fresh and clean when it's very hot and you're sweating a lot, but nothing more, it's not a dupe of anything. Overall, it's worth the price and no more. Average/poor performance.

This is definitely a unisex fragrance to me but once it transitions it leans more feminine. I enjoy the composition and the contrast of notes. It’s somewhat sharp and spicy in the opening! It can be a bit overpowering and misleading at first spray but the transition is quite interesting. The top and middle notes are more spring/summer appropriate and the base gives us more fall vibes. I would say it can be worn year round. It’s a fragrance I recommend trying before you buy because it’s not for everyone! It’s bold, spicy and will definitely command attention.

I wish I liked this. Ughhh I don’t know what it is that I don’t like about it! Upon first spray I HATED it so much, but I tried to like it! I think it’s too mature for my taste since I still am a teen. Before maceration the perfume to me was extremely strong and nauseating. This perfume definitely leans towards masculine in my opinion.

I'm looking at these reviews and I can only assume that I got a bad/spoiled bottle. First 3 sprays (the juice in the sprayer tube) were beautiful, soft and powdery but turned badly after an hour or so. Now all of the bottle is a sour, peppery mess even when sprayed on paper. I received it yesterday. I doubt that I could GIVE it away. Foul and most annoying....

It is confusing, for those looking for references, that describe this fragrance as feminine. I find it completely unisex. It is fruity and floral, but heavy and perfectly suited for men, especially if you have a trained nose and do not adhere to designer standards. The quality of the presentation (magnetic cap!) is incredible for... £9 during the sales. It starts off very fruity and sweet and dries down to a more floral scent, but it doesn't lose its potency for hours and, depending on your skin, the rose note can take it to an elegant masculine place or, now yes, a feminine touch that doesn't have to diminish the effect of masculinity. I see it as versatile, for all four seasons and for day and night. I personally recommend it, but not as a blind buy.

Al Mukhtaif Women is more feminine version of Lamar. Someone well said- Lamar with a tiny bit of delina. Whoever’s voted for Ombre Nomade as reminds me of - you mixed up the fragrances, this fragrance is nothing like Ombre Nomade. There’s another fragrance of Nusuk in the same type of bottle called Nusuk Al Mukhtaif Signature that smells similar to Ombre Nomade, you mixed them up.

I have 9pm Rebel and had Qaed Al Fursan for a long time. There's definitely pineapple and oak moss in this fragrance. After a while there's some rose, at least to my nose.

These are the correct notes: TOP: PEAR, MELON, PINEAPPLE, BARGAMOT; HEART: ROSE, JASMINE, LILY; BASE: MUSK, AMBER, PATCHOULI.

Something about this smells like a twist of Kajal Lamar & PDM Delina. 8.68/10
