Sama is honestly the perfect summer fragrance to me. What makes it so good is that it does not smell like a basic blue or generic aquatic cologne. It has this fresh citrus peel, clean air, mineral water, and wet rock feeling that makes it smell natural and calming. It reminds me more of a cool creek, ocean breeze, damp stone, and fresh air than a typical “shower gel” summer scent. It is pretty, fresh, and easy to wear, but still has character. A lot of summer fragrances either get too sweet, too loud, or too boring, but Sama stays clean and smooth while still feeling interesting. It has that Pacific Rock Moss type of vibe where it smells airy, watery, slightly citrusy, and mineral without becoming salty or sharp. To me, this is one of those fragrances I could wear all summer and not get tired of. It works in heat, it is easy to reach for, and I never feel like I am going to overwhelm people with it. It is simple in the best way: fresh, clean, natural, and beautiful. For me, Sama is the perfect summer scent. It is the kind of fragrance that makes you smell effortlessly good without trying too hard.

real person here, i really love this. not going to lie at first it was a bit of a disappointment, just lemon scented detergent vibes with a hint of bergamot that was way too masculine and medicinal to my nose. however, i decided to give it a chance and let it sit on my skin for a little while and i am so glad i did, because not too long afterwards this turned into a phenomenal, truly unisex summer fragrance. it was a blind buy, so i’m so glad that i don’t regret it at all. however it is quite obvious that the reviews are botted, the lasting power is absolutely nowhere near eternal on this one, i would say it’s weak to moderate. same thing with the sillage. i still believe it’s a great fresh summer scent but do take the reviews with a grain of salt as some may not reflect the truth. my honest opinion though is that this is amazing, and i suggest you wait a couple of minutes to get rid of the harsh cleaner opening and truly experience this fragrance for what it is.

I'm impressed. I got this fragrance 3 months ago because I knew the maceration process will have to wait (like every clone fragrance I own), for it to be ready for the hottest month of the year. Because wearing it right out of the box, I wouldn't recommend it. 3 months ago when I tried it, it was smelling synthetic, harsh, like some weird herbs that lasted 30 mins before fades into nothing. Today, it's absolutely beautiful. The longevity improved a lot too. I never noticed before the "ozonic" note in a fragrance so much like in this one. When you close your eyes, it becomes a photorealistic experience of sitting next to the Pacific Ocean looking at the sunset and the wind blows in your face, without a worry in the world. S tier hot weather fragrance that requires patience if you want to enjoy it. 10/10

Very sophisticated and safe to use citrus scent, opens with lemons but not too citrusy . Right amount of tangy that doesn’t hit you right in the face. One of the very safe blind buys and can be used in this summer season with weather already over 40 degrees i wear it oftenly in gym. Very much unisex reminds me of mancera lemon line. Citrusy, mossy , marine kinda frag which goes well with indian weather, slightly earthy too smells like a when rain falls on a beach 🏖️ damp, slightly earthy with marine notes. Performance is the downside you will have to keep re applying it but i use mostly for gym session so easily lasts and projects moderately in my 1.5 hour session!

I originally wrote a review of this not liking it very much. However, I’ve let this sit for a few weeks and I’ve come back to it and I actually really enjoy it. It’s a citrus and musk scent that I’ve come to really like. For $30, this is actually very good. For whatever reason, some of these dupes need some time to sit after you spray it. Now that it’s macerated and sat for some time, this is excellent for the price. Will definitely be buying another one soon. You gotta go heavy on the sprays though. Longevity is meh, about 2-3 hours, but you can reapply without remorse because of the price.

I don't own the inspiration fragrance Pacific Rock Moss, but this version of Sama by Nusuk is a citrus refreshing fragrance ideal for hot days. It can be wear in the spring time too on a warm day. I love it, it's summery, refreshing, minty, reminds being on an island with a mojito drink and sitting at the shoreline of the sea. This fragrance It's not a masculine cologne, it unisex both gender can wear cause it's not loud but it has moderate projection and good longetivity 7+ hours depending body ph, it was on me all day. I highly recommend it.

The scent is amazing, but the longevity and projections are just very bad. I can only use this fragrance in the gym, since after 2hrs you can only smell it very close, projection after 1hr is nonexistent. But, all in all for the gym this does the job, a very masculine clean scent, that is not overpowering. For what i use it is a 10/10. But if i would compare to other freshies out there, this would be only an 7/10. P.S. i don't know why many Nusuk fragrances have like 100+ fake reviews, but don't be fooled by them.

What a fragrance! Pacific Rock Moss but with slightly better performance (not a beast mode or loud fragrance). I love Pacific Rock Moss but the price for what it provides doesn't make it worth it for me. This one is almost identical, Pacific Rock Moss is a of higher quality of course but the Nusuk Version is not synthetic at all. Sama in Arabic means SKY. This is the best name for this fragrance

clean, wearable everyday fragrance... Opens with a soft lemony citrus freshness — not sharp, not harsh, just clean and chill. After some time it turns a bit aquatic with that mossy/musky vibe. Projection is Mild as you can expect from aquatic scents , but great for everyday casual , its my go to gym scent! I get around 5-6 hours longevity, which is decent

Lots of people complaining about this, but I absolutely love it. To me, the lemon actually smells fairly high quality, and develops into more of a musky scent in the drydown. Of course, the quality isn't as good as Pacific Rock Moss, but this lasts longer for me and the quality isn't even that far off.

Pacific Rock Moss for $25 and lasts longer! Its a citrusy, icy, green, ozonic, marine fragrance. Very refreshing and a perfectly calm scent. What I imagine is sitting on a mossy rock cliff right outside of a dense green forest, it's slightly raining, and you can smell the warm damp earth and sea water

It's a nice refreshing unisex lemony scent. I get the citruses, geranium, moss, and musk the most. I haven't tried Pacific Rock Moss but this one reminds me so much of Mancera Lemon line, though this is lighter and a bit aquatic. Got it for USD18 and for that price, it's an absolute steal!

one of the perfect summer freshie that i can actually wear on high heat days! completely unisex smells alot like ck everyone edp. very fresh and citrusy lemon with lots of musk. decent longevity of 7-8 hours on clothes ,moderate projection for 1-1.5 hour

Well i bought it for 26sgd abouts 20usd when i found out it's PRM clone and lasts longer. I think it's sweeter and lacks abit of quality. Sticks around the skin well and longer but still pretty much not projecting enough despite overspraying alot.

It’s a fresh, non overly sweet fragrance that’s great when it’s hot and you don’t want to put on something over the top or cloying. I use it on Sundays when I feel relaxed and lazy and want to go out in town for a coffee. Works perfectly.

Non hype not a bot. Does it smell good heck yes. To MY nose it's a delight. My wife and kids love it. Does it last not really i bought two one for my car and one before I leave. It fixes the issue but if it lasted longer id be amazing.

Reviews are botted but doesn’t take away that the fragrance is great. Lasts about 5 hours with ok projection for the first 2. The name of the original describes the smell perfectly, except the lemon smells like a candied lemon to me.

I have not put my nose to Pacific Rock Moss but this is smells exactly like something with that name would smell like. This is a VERY nice scent. It has a descent scent trail and so far I can still notice it 5 hours in.. Great buy!!

2nd UPDATE: This is now my husband's scent. Turns out, as it sat for a few months he now loves how it smells on him; and I do too! Much better on him than on me. On me, it's almost too much. On him, it wears well. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ **UPDATE: I have worn this a few times in the warm southern US climate and it's good. My husband said it smelled very nice on me and it leaned masculine so he wanted to try it. He hated it on himself. It's crisp, it's very clean smelling, it does have this fresh/bright aspect to it and it's an easy grab for everyday wear in hotter weather. Will I buy another bottle? Probably not--only because I prefer the Al Haramain Aqua Dubai freshness to this one. That, and the longevity on me isn't what I personally prefer--but for a freshy....it's decent. ________________________________________________ As a woman, I rock this. It's an easy spring/summer grab. On paper, it smells nostalgic--like some sort of aftershave or old school air freshener, but not in a bad way. On my skin, it's heavy lemon-lime/sagey/musky--in a way that smells clean. Do I smell what that guy mentioned about mothballs? No I don't. This fragrance on my skin just smells like clean summer laundry. Imagine you hung your clothes on the line and you live near the beach and a citrus grove--that's exactly the smell you get. I don't get a whole lot of amber, but if that changes I'll update. I stand by what I said but will rock this a few days and report back my final thoughts. Initial thoughts: nice, easy, clean, unisex spring and summer scent.

For one, there are too many Americans who grew up with their family using lemon-scented cleaning products now complaining that something smells like lemon. Other cultures would have the same complaints about flowers, or apples, so, ignore the culture that used citrus for cleaning. That's biased. For two, this perfume was doing perfectly fine without the bots swooping in. Don't know why they thought that was necessary, and Fragrantica needs to do their job. The actual fragrance is fine. It does in fact have decent longevity and if you actually like lemon you'll appreciate this. However, you're not paying $100+ for a perfume, so it won't smell designer. That's... obvious. But most designer lasts as long as a sneeze. Pick and choose your grievance.

I fell to the internet hype. I was excited to try this out considering I don't own many spring/ summer appropriate fragrances, specially living in Miami. It smells great, lots of citrus and you pick up the moss. My only issue is that it does not last long at all. First use I sprayed my normal 5 sprays; 1 on each wrist, 2 times on my neck, and 1 on my shirt. You can smell it on yourself for a solid hour or 2 then it becomes a skin scent, another hour or 2 and its nearly non existent. I over sprayed the next time I used it, about 10 sprays and it performed better but still died down considerably. For $30 its not bad, decent post shower home frag. Not great, not terrible, just OK.

is good, smells like rock moss, wayy better value, lasts longer and smells stronger. a pretty good dupe overall. can wear in almost any situation, i bought it blind and dont regret it. my gf gave me a sloppy cuz she liked the smell

Fizzy ocean air with a lot of citrus the top. It’s pretty close to PRM for a fraction of the price. The longevity is pretty poor but to be expected with the scent profile. This is a perfect beach day scent.

On dry, smells EXACTLY like my RP Oud Noir Intense, that geranium mineralic and amber make it not only a freshie, but a versatile layer beast. Lasts in the negatives, -20 min to be exact. You feel like you're owed more ozone, more airy dryness - instead you get citrus. And more citrus. OH and some more citrus. The pride is with the layering, mix with heavy Amber's or blue masc gingers, layer with a heavy woody spice to bring out some of that green tea quality. Oakmoss is the main dry amd it's really really subtle. Overspray is my go to - 20+ with this yielded no issue nor benefit. Honestly, fail blind buy but I'll use it.

If you're coming from TikTok and seeing most fragrance creators hyping stuff up, just remember they're probably getting paid for it. This scent is definitely not a fresh summer fragrance. I'd even say it gets pretty heavy and nose-blinding after about 30-45 minutes. I wouldn't recommend it, even if it were a cheap $30 fragrance; it's just bad.

Smells good I've gotten tons of compliments but it's usually right after I've put it on and went out-and-about. Weaker than a mouse fart in a tornado... I've never gotten more than like an hour. Could be nose blindness, olfactory sensory adaptation of the orbitofrontal cortex is no joke twin 🥀✌️

Mid ahh fragrance. Quite synthetic. But gives u that frutiger aero aesthetic vibe in a bottle. For the price still absolutely worth having as a filler scent for occasional wear or for the gym etc.

Just bought this based on the hype. I hate to say it, but to me it smells a lot like lemon-scented Endust cleaner. Not just in the open, but all the way through the dry down. My batch was made in January, so I’m not sure that maturing this will do much but I’m going to let it sit a month or so and came back to this one in the hopes that more of the moss and other notes will emerge. As it currently stands, I cannot recommend this to anyone unless you want to smell like a lemon cleaning product.

Harsh, screechy, sympathetic opening that doesn’t resemble Pacific Rock Moss. Not so well blended smells cheap and aggressive. I think the hype isn’t justified at all maybe only the price... if you enjoy smelling artificial lemon/ aromatic plants on you. Sadly a big no, I thought this will be a good summer scent since I am a huge Rock Moss fan. Seems like Riiffs pays well...

Not a fan of this one, bought as a blind buy due to seeing it everywhere and for a good price. Too synthetic and gives a headache. Won't be using this again

Okay, I just received this and at the beginning its super sinthetic, it hurts my nose, then starts to smell like nautica voyage cucumber just to die there dosent last more than 20 min. I will try to macerate it but I dont think its worth the hype. I swear Nusuk must be paying all this content creators I usually dont believe them but there some of them that I thought were truthful as Noel Deyzell such a disappointment

This smells like mothballs and generic aftershave. This is the fourth Arabian fragrance that I've tried that everyone raves about and ends up smelling awful. I'm seriously beginning to think that these are paid reviews on here, because there is no way anyone wants to smell like this.

I gave it a low rating to reflect its true value more accurately and avoid misleading others 😕.

Fizzy, almost muted lime-y citrus, and light, airy aromatics reminiscent of a sea breeze but with no seaweed kinda funk. I have never smelled Pacific Rock moss, but I can appreciate this just at face value. The opening as expected was a little harsh to me, a very apparent bergamot, yet somewhat reserved in the sense it wasn't sharp or zesty that reminded me of a gin & Tonic like beverage with lime juice. As it began to dry down, the citrus elements were still the main accords but mossy, almost minty, and herbal accords came to back it up and it remained fresh. The Ozonic notes (I assume) is my favourite aspect of this scent, creating a very light (but present), calming and airy sillage around you. As for the performance (pre maturation), rather moderate projection, 5 solid hours of longevity- granted I over sprayed the heck out of this stuff. My only negative for this scent would have to be the slight play doh-y nuance I can pick up when smelled up close on my skin. I am hoping this will be corrected in the maturation process so I'm not torn over it.

BUYERS BEWARE; It seems a lot of Nusuk and Riiffs fragrances have botted ratings, so they are most likely paying for them, or botting them manually somehow. I almost put this fragrance on my "to-buy" list because I saw that it was a Pacific Rock Moss dupe, and that the longevity was "Eternal" which is 12h+ but then I realized that in all my time on Fragrantica, very few fragrances get an eternal rating. And really, most of the time, that only happens with darker profiles with ingredients that last insanely long. Not saying don't buy, just saying do your research and be careful.

Just browsing through summer recommendations and found this piece. No clue about the fragrance itself however take a look at the longevity and sillage metrics. They don't follow the usual Bell Curve and there is a clear separation between "enormous" and "moderate" values, suggesting that this fragrance was heavily botted to inflate its perceived quality. From now on I'd recommend being very careful when thinking about purchasing perfumes from that producer.

I would say most people will like this, very good performance. This however, reminded me of a scent a teacher wore heavily when I was in school. He wasn't a cool teacher and it was an old fragrance he wore 1980s or earlier. It's just too similar and triggers bad memories lol. Can't explain, just is stored in the hippocampus somewhere and with that I will not be wearing it myself lol.

It's fine if you do no compare PRM with Sama side by side. Because PRM is more refined better blended, citruser, zingier more pronounced. Performance on sama is worse than original. Comparing them side by side sama gets lost, compared to the real deal. If it's not your signature scent sama is fine, sama feels more watered down version of PRM. On dry down they smell closest the most.

Cold, icy, fresh and slightly powdery sweet citrus scent. It's just the right amount of fizzy and tangy but it doesn't tickle your nose. Very straightforward, linear and refreshing. Absolutely insane value for money -- I picked up a 100 ml bottle for less than $ 20. If this juice lived in a $ 100 designer bottle, I would not question it.

this somehow reminds me of riffs freeze but a lighter and a more airy version of it. the initial spray has that minty cooling effect but not as thick as the one in riffs freeze. dries down into like a sea water that's constantly crashing onto a moldy rock beneath a high cliff besides the sea (damn what is bro yapping about).

First month wearing it, i kinda hate the performance bc it just turn to skin scent after hour 1. After i let it sit for like 3 month bc Ive been wearing Fulcan Veu, Pacific Aura and Platine Blanc constantly, I get back to it and it smell much stronger and denser. The performance also kinda get better too.

I love this scent. At first, I didn't expect much from the price point, but after first use this thing I'd very good. It smells like a gentler version of Atlas by lattafa (Which gives me headaches btw) and I found it instantly wearable. Definitely a good buy.
