Prodigieux Floral Le Parfum

I bought the oil because the clarins blue orchid oil, which I've used for years, is simply too expensive for me now. I'm so glad I tried the nuxe floral oil! Not only does it feel a d look great on my skin (I don't miss the clarins oil at all and nuxe oil is 1/4 the price) but I am now in love with this flowery, serene scent, so much so I ended up ordering a bottle of the perfume. Crazy thing is, as soon as I tried the oil I was reminded of Elizabeth Taylor's white diamonds. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this? For a few days I wore the white diamonds (a favorite of mine I haven't worn in a while) but using the oil twice a day I got really entranced with nuxe floral itself. I have way too many perfumes and didn't think I'd ever buy another one but I came across those scent totally by accident and I'm really impressed and enamored with it. Edit: now I no longer get the white diamonds vibe at all. This is a stunning perfume

Back when the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Florale came out, I bought a bottle, and I thought it was divine! On myself it starts with an uplifting grapefruit cloud, and then a white floral and musky trail quickly joins in, all blended together in the most perfect way. I remember thinking that if Nuxe ever made a perfume version, I must buy it. I was recently finally able to buy a bottle of the perfume. I have to admit I was actually quite "afraid" of trying it and discovering that it wasn't even half as beautiful as the oil. But try it I did, and buy it I did, and I'm happy to report that on myself, it smells exactly like the oil, exactly as delightful as I wished it to be.

Bought the huile-version on black friday. It's got a really nice soapy and clean whiff in the beginning. Dries down to be a bit more sweet and the citrus comes forward. Sure, it's more of a spring/summer scent. On me, it sometimes smell like sunscreen, without the lingering smell of SPF. Like, the one I used to have as a kid. Not the coconut hawaiian tropic one. It just smells so clean and soft and cuddle-friendly. I don't care it's snowing, I'm gonna wear it.

When I imagine a freshly laundered white cotton shirt this is what it smells like. This is strong extreme musk perfume, it smells very clean, and has a beautiful soapy trail. There is a touch of citrus on the opening but it fades fast (like it's so brief that I wouldn't call this a citrus perfume), and it lasts on me around 3 hours. Initially, I was worried it might give me headache but luckily it did not with back of neck application

une explosion de fleurs, je ne sent pas vraiment le côté citronné , juste un énorme bouquet de fleurs du printemps. dommage que l'odeur ne dure pas, il faut en remettre au bout de 2h, très bien pour une jeune fille et aussi pour celles qui aiment les parfums légers, convient bien par forte chaleur

An easygoing floral with more complexity than perhaps expected. There is a slight tart quality that I personally love, I am also a huge fan of Magnolia as a note and I find it quite prominent here.

Feminine, lighthearted and fresh white florals with a tangy grapefruit twist, like wearing a floaty floral sundress and eating raspberries in summer. Très à la française ! 💞🍋

It reminds me of a time I worked in a wedding dress shop and the feeling when I walked in a room filled with gowns. Some people don't like the clean scent but I love it.

In an unexpected turn of events, I much prefer this flanker to the original Prodigieux Le Parfum. Much as I love the Nuxe Prodigieux oil, the perfume version was a disappointment for me, thin and plastic-y in comparison to the lush oil. However, Prodigieux Floral Le Parfum comprises some well-chosen citrus notes atop a creamier incarnation of the Prodigieux accord, making for a superior scent, more complete in a way. PFLP is a pleasant floral-fruity, equal parts fresh and sweet. It opens with bright, sparkling citrus notes, with grapefruit most prominent. I always think that grapefruit is an underrated citrus note, and its inclusion here is lovely. Muted lemon, sweet rather than acidic follows, adding freshness to the creamy floral heart that follows. Orange blossom is the most prominent floral note here, a nice progression from the citrus opening without it being orange-dominant. Sweet, dewy magnolia complements it. It fades to a musky skin scent, with citrusy sweetness remaining until final fade. Sillage and longevity are moderate. The classic Nuxe Prodigieux accord is present, coming to the fore as the scent develops, but is relegated to the background. It adds a pleasant beachy nuance to this scent, and is put to much better use than in the original Prodigieux scent. A bright, light-hearted spring/summer feminine scent, PFLP is nothing unusual, but is very likeable. 3.5/5.

This a PERFECT spring scent! It's fresher that the oil because those citrus opening notes are stronger in the perfume, but I like that. There is a slight tartnes or bitternes that I am pretty sure comes from the grapefruit and it compliments the gentleness of the orange blossom beautifully. It really is a perfect mixture of zesty and floral. It's somewhat powdery which makes it a great clean girl scent. I wouldn't say it's unisex, but I wouldn't desribe it as a particularly girly scent either. It doesn't have a great longevity or projection but it improves if you wear it over some of the oil on your skin.

Pleasant and inoffensive, clearly nothing groundbreaking and that's perfectly fine. It brings alternative for us, Prodigieux fans, to accompany the floral oil. It is somewhat conservative, but well done. Notes are all there and I smell a bit of rose too. Very nice. I appreciate little things like this one on my wonky days, when I'm not at my best and I don't even have the energy to try. It's simple and comforting with a touch of breeze and sunshine. Did you know there is even a new néroli oil?

Picked up my first bottle while traveling this summer in Provence. Really loved it! Light and pretty is how I would describe. Great to wear when you don't want to commit to a true perfume but you still want to smell good. Also smells great for bed scent. (What you wear to bed for going to sleep.) Brought it home to Southern California and I'm still loving it. Weather and conditions here are very similar to that of Provence and the Côte d'Azur. Fully expect to keep this in my collection.

i've just finished my 10 ml decant of it. would I buy the full bottle? no. it's a beautiful citrusy white flower, suitable for summer. but first spray of it gives me lemon cologne vibes. i personally doesn't really like to wear the perfumes that i don't like the opening.

the opening smells just like lemon cologne. but as it stays, it becomes light citrusy floral scent. when i smell it, it feels like as if i'm standing under a lemon tree. i have samples of it and i am not thinking to buy the full bottle. bcs it is a little basic for me.

I loathe the initial spray of screechy citrus; it almost made me put it in a pile to giveaway, but everything after that is just lovely. It's a full, warm floral, if that makes any sense. My boyfriend loves it and now I do too.

Bought this last summer. Found it to be a fabulous and fresh warm-weather daytime scent - did not wear rest of the year. I also have Prodigieux OG Parfum and think I prefer this one now.

Beautiful, reminds Escada, but better! Smells with bright natural fruits and flowers and gives happy vibe. On my nose, mostly fruits. Lasts quite long for several hours.

I’m not a great fan of the opening. The grapefruit is a bit sharp and bitter. But the dry down is a beautiful soft floral.

Fresh and feminine. The orange is too strong in here, better to get the oil as it is smoother.

Floral and fresh without being too feminine, which I appreciate. Not too much sillage or longevity, more subtle vibes. I got it as a xmas present, will probably get through the whole bottle eventually but probably not repurchasing.
