Vanille Divinity

I really like this. This reminds me a lot of Happy Dust in terms of the character and prominence of the vanilla (soft, gourmand & powdery), but with a plum and tart blackberry lift instead of the mango + matcha combo. I couldn't really place the chocolate until I saw it the notes, but it's very much a cocoa/bitter offset to the slightly syrupy plum rather than the star of the show. I don't detect much in terms of florals, but orange is fairly present behind the inky fruits.

This is really beautiful - it reminds me of something akin to the love child of XERJOFF Lira and MAJOURI Imperial Vanilla. (But still better than Lira imo). This one's really good. IMO blind buy worthy if this sounds like something you'd like. Some of these low ratings has to be from people who haven't even smelled it.

I love this vanilla so much. Initially, the blackberry pulls sharp and menthol on my skin, but fortunately that's short-lived and the rest of the journey is a beautiful, airy, ever so slightly floral, with hints of citrus. I wish this was available in the US so I can spray like a maniac.

If you are a vanilla lover this has to be in your collection it has quickly crept up to the top of my list as one of the holy grails of vanilla. Warm, creamy comforting vanilla extract with a touch of citrus and soft plum and florals in the background. Not overly sweet. I do not get the chocolate or other bakery notes in here, they are probably adding to the touch of sweetness the scent gives. This is not a beast mode vanilla but it has great longevity and moderate performance it’s definitely for you and those immediately around you to enjoy

Oh dear heavens this smells heavenlyyyyyyyyy. Sugar plum and vanilla fairies dancing all around my head. I cannot pinpoint the notes exactly other than plum and vanilla... and it is sooooo familiar...and it is so amazing. I don't expect this one to project like crazy, she is definitely soft and delicate. Demure lol. Think cozy nights in, sitting on the couch watching TV with your fluffy pup in your lap in your favorite sweats. This is not a beast mode vanilla but it's definitely gorgeous. Probably one of my favorites and I am a vanilla woman through and through. I don't think it's identical to SDJ 40 or Mod Vanilla but they're sort of in the same vein. This is higher quality. Well blended. This is softer and has more juicy plum in the opening. I am hoping that after a few weeks it will deepen, but even if it doesn't it's still beautiful. It has about the same projection for now as Jovoy Fire At Will. Think delicate sooooooft vanilla.

Only two reviews, really?? Vanille Divinity is an unfairly unknown beauty crafted by Olivier Cresp. Imagine a subtle blend of Majouri's Imperial Vanilla, for the caramelized vanilla with a hint of jasmine, and Xerjoff's Lira, for the citrus twist lifting this caramelized vanilla. Imagine these two... but upgraded. It's hard to identify individual notes. You're simply hugged by a gourmand, spicy, fruity, milky, airy, floral, citrusy vanilla. It's never too sweet but always intriguing. The longevity is excellent: I still got whiffs after 8-9 hours and I clearly smelled it on me the morning after. The sillage is also great but not inconvenient. All this at a designer price tag. I fell for it.
