Egeo Choc

I'm in love with Egeo Choc! By far the best I've ever used gourmand! s2 I will give my sense of smell: The first few minutes, what goes up my nostrils is the smell of chocolate ice cream, drenched in whipped cream and cherry syrup. Soon after about 30 minutes, the keynote is the sour cream, fresh. All that sweet, but very cool ... something cool! Unable to feel this fragrance without stir the taste buds! After this time, with a pleasant vanilla sandalwood fills the atmosphere, completing the picture of a delicious chocolate fondue with strawberries! Hummmmmmmmmm! Wonderful! I said before that The Body Shops Amorito edt was the closest thing to actual milk chocolate s ent there is, but this takes the cake, its more rounded, and combined with everything you can still smell the sweet soft milky chocolate, I love this so much. If you want chocolate perfume this is your bwst bet. Sort of reminds me a tad bit of fiorruci but drenched in chocolate. The other notes are present all the while u smell the chocolate. Cant beleive I have this!

As pessoas falam tão mal dessa fragrância mas é TÃO gostosoooo! O cheiro de chocolate com marshmallow viciante e nunca me deu enxaqueca, acredito que as demais notas dele o tornam equilibrado. É um must have da minha coleção com certeza e planejo repor quando acabar, perfeito para as chocólatras, só é necessário saber usar em dias mais amenos e em situações ideais.

Opinião masculina aqui: Eu particularmente acho esse perfume muito confortável e gostoso, diria que é um dos cheiros que mais gostos da perfumaria nacional. Entendo perfeitamente quem diga que é muito doce ou enjoativo, mas sou apaixonado pela nota cremosa dele. É um perfume bem jovial e informal, tbm não recomendo usar no calor. Amo ele!

Heaven in a bottle! This chocolaty, milky goodness is to die for. It reminds me of a summer day eating a vanilla/chocolate cone with a cherry on top. Its all grown up sweetness and very gourmand. Lasts all day long and simply the best in gourmands! definitely will not disappoint. I love you Egeo Choc!!!

Blind bought this since for the lactonic accord reading the reviews I knew the chocolate note wasn’t going to be strong. It smells like a warm sweet chocolatey milk drink, very pleasant. I’ve been complimented on this scent quite a few times and heard it smells like freshly baked cookies by others.

Smells good but so disappointing. Like, I imagined a creamy and delicious chocolate - cream type of perfume. But, instead it's a whipped cream - red berries and fruity. Like, where is the chocolaaaaate (literally my only reason of buying this). Still good after all, but disappointed.

Consegui garantir o meu nessa edição especial de páscoa. Veio em um kit com um sabonete e um bloquinho em formato de chocolate. Fantástico esse perfume. Doooooce toda vida! Mas pra quem gosta é uma festa! Amei!

Super sweet chocolate milk with whipped cream but in a very feminine and delicate way. In my opinion, it is a fragrance that should be applied sparingly, less is more when it comes to it.

This one is really pretty! It doesn't smell even a little bit synthetic to me. It remains quite linear on my skin and definitely goes into the intimate sillage category real quick but it always smells smooth, delicate inoffensive. I absolutely do not get chocolate. I don't get orange blossom nor fruits either. On my skin, it's just a very soft creamy scent with a sweet and, again, very soft vanilla backbone. Heck, I'll go as far as saying that to this very minute, it smells really, really close to Kilian's Princess. I did not expect that at all! Am I the only one? It doesn't exactly smell like marshmallow but it smells closer to a whipped cream take on Kilian's Princess, if that makes sense. Actually, I feel like it's even closer to the Oil Perfumery's impression on Princess--- and this one smells quite close to the actual thing, in the air and once the oil warms up on the skin. The difference between Egeo Choc, the OP oil dupe and Princess is that Princess is the most powdery, and its green facet is easily recognizable as a matcha accord. The OP oil dupe has an even stronger green facet but it smells more like fresh grass than matcha (still, I really like it). On the other hand, Egeo Choc doesn't smell green but to my nose, it smells like the OP oil dupe in a spray bottle! I think this can still be found on Amazon, for a crazily affordable price. I would advise anyone who wants a super affordable alternative to Kilian's Princess to get it. It's not as complex or multi-faceted, but the quality for the price is remarkable. Heck, I've smelled perfumes that were more expensive and yet, smelled more synthetic than this beauty. If you like delicate, vanillic gourmand scents, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this one--- well, at least the probability seems quite low to me! Sillage is by no mean big, longevity might not be impressive (I've yet to wear this for a long set of hours tbh) but at this price, you can definitely afford to reapply. A wonderful cheapie!

Egeo Choc didn’t fulfill my rich dark chocolate and vanilla beans whipped cream expectations. I was put out initially, won’t lie about it! Citrus and berries were astringent enough to recall yellow grapefruit. Chocolate appeared about 20 mins later, but not alone: bouncy yellow peach will keep him company throughout the whole journey. Following my fellow Fragranticians’ advice, I decided to test Egeo Choc on my armpits, since the perfume may bloom more faithfully and mingle more intimately with my skin (or I’d rather say, my sudatory glands). The ensuing development left me speechless, as a matter of facts, I still cannot conceptualize into words how EXQUISITE that frag became. Its symbiosis with my sweat resulted in a warm, addictive, fruity cocoa fest with a drop of milk. Sorry, such over-simplification doesn’t do justice to that dreamy frag’n skin pairing! Not too gourmand and certainly not sour, or worse, curdled – dairy notes just love my skin. That scratchy lemon persists all along but no longer bothers me. I call it a miracle, because I usually loathe lemon when associated with chocolate (orange is the only citrus I can stand with dark chocolate). The citrus astringency actually keeps things interesting and even thrilling, especially for a regular lemon and chocolate hater! This is official: Egeo Choc smells best underarms.

This has to be one of the most delicious and unique citrus like fragrance that I've ever experienced. (Just look at the notes ). Egeo Choc is a gloriously warm, delightful yet fruity, creamy and spiced citrus fragrance that is infused with chocolate. Smelling it might make your mouth water but it isn't overtly foody. Also, while it can be considered Gourmand the sweetness is tempered and blended in such a way that it may even spark interest from those that don't adore sweet scents. The Oriental Vanilla categorization is fitting but it is certainly a Citrus Gourmand as well. :) When I got this decant from the lovely Ana Cezar, I sniffed it from the bottle and immediately applied it to my skin. Once applied my eyes glazed over and I giggled with glee! LOL! XD This scent and I were meant to be. Lasting power and sillage, as previously mentioned, are stellar. I get at least 8hrs on my skin. Egeo Choc can also be worn all year round because it isn't too strong for the summer but also has enough character to be pulled off in the winter. This is obviously a love for me but I highly recommend it, even if it's just to give it a sniff. NEVER smelled anything like it and it will be with me for many years to come! :D Update: I adored it but swapped it away because there was too much going on...think it might be better for the winter.

I really need to write another review about this one, because I think my nose was broken the last time I wrote about this scent. LOL. I take everything back again! This is absolutely delicious! I'm craving this perfume! The opening is a milky chocolate, very pleasant. The heart has something special, it's still sweet and you can feel the chocolate, but it's a little warmer and you start to smell the vanilla mixed with the fruits and some gentle flowers underneath. The drydown is very creamy and velvety, more marshmallow-y, maybe because of the whipped cream note. I love this scent, it's amazing. If you like sweet and gourmands, you need to test it. I'm in love again. Sillage is great and staying power is very good. 6h+. If I hadn't so many frags already I'd ask for this one for christmas (ok, for me, 12 bottles is too much, but I know some people at Fragrantica have a lot more). =)

This is what a gourmand should smell like to my nose. Creamy, cozy, delicious, but not cloying, well balanced. The sandalwood base instead of patchouli, giving it a hint of texture. This fragrance is warm, yet also evokes the freshness of creamy milk, so that at times I think of hot chocolate, at others I am reminded of a chocolate milk shake. This is defintely sweet milk chocolate, not bitter chocolate or pure cocoa, and so it's definitely an indulgence, yet I do not feel juvenile for wearing it. It's sweet to the point that's necessary to create that smell of delicious chocolatiness, but the vanilla is luckily not overbearing. I also owned Zara Chocolate and quickly became tired of it as my taste evolved, but Egeo Choc I feel is on a different level, much better blended and rich smelling, while Zara smelled cloying and synthetic to me.

The notes are not very well-blended. Incredibly powdery on the opening -- like cranberry, violet and chocolate scented talcum powder. Develops into more of a light and airy chocolate milk before settling into a vanillic musk. Definitely needs a couple of months to develop. When I first got it, I could not understand why it was called Choco at all, for that aspect of the scent was hardly present at all. Now, the musk and the chocolate of this fragrance are a lot more clear. This is a summer gourmand: sweet, floral and musky without ever ever being cloying. This was a gift from my friend and I am grateful to have it as a part of my collection :)

Um dos meus favoritos da linha egeo. Tem um cheirinho de chocolate com chantilly maravilhoso, doce na medida, nada enjoativo. Tem uma projeção "ok" para o valor, porém não fixa tanto quanto o "Cherry Blast" da mesma linha. Quando vi o frasco, achei que seria um perfume bastante infantil e enjoativo, mas fiquei surpresa ao sentir um aroma suave de chantilly, bem cremoso e até elegante. É melhor ser usado a noite ou em climas mais amenos, pois é daqueles perfumes que você fica sentindo em si mesma toda vez que se mexe. Minha irmã adorou, então, acabei lhe dando. Mas, é um perfume que eu com certeza recompraria.

A sweet ,nice flirt whit choco milk:)This is a nice little treat whit that kind off milky chocolat. white some berrys put in for fun :) it is nice one the skin , Not very sofisticated or anything , Just a fun flirty cosy day kind off scent.. I dont know if thouse around me would apretiat to much off it . It is a little bit over the topp one the sweet side .. This is for thouse days you just want to enjoy yourself whit a good comfy smell reading books or somthing.. and i must say the staying power off this one is great . i only put one a few sprays and i can feal it many hours later .

I do believe that baby lotion should be in the notes. I wish I could correctly tell you what it reminds me of but I cant remember anything any more...what was I doing, o yeah- so I will just say it is the scent of a really nice baby lotion. Creamy and smells like swirls of sweetness - chocolate, vanilla, and berries. ACTUALLY, I think this reminds me of mixed berry ice cream smoothie when you add that malt powder. Rated: Proud Supporter of Chocolate and vanilla.

Fiquei impressionada com esse perfume! O chocolate nele é tão bom, tão sensual, tão fino, tão realista que parece que derreteram um bombom de chocolate suíço dentro do frasco. Essa nota de chocolate dá de 10 em vários perfumes importados. É um perfume muito doce mas que consegue não ser enjoativo, e além disso, é muito elegante. Só a projeção e a longevidade que poderiam ser melhores, mas fora isso, pra mim é nota 10!

Doce pra caramba, o cheiro toma do conta do ambiente, passe longe desse perfume caso tenha problemas com fragrâncias fortes. Apesar de doce, esse perfume não é nem um pouco juvenil. Não gosto nem um pouco desse tipo de descrição, mas é “perfume de put4” como o povo costuma dizer...

Reminds Amour De Cacao Comptoir Sud Pacifique, which in turn resembles Montale Chocolate Greedy. But Ego Choc and Amour de Cacao are extremely weak next to Montale, which is beast mode in projection and fixation! It's good nonetheless, a more wearable version 🍫

As I’ve grown very familiar with this scent over the past few months I would describe it as sweet, reliable, and inoffensive. It is like being wrapped in a blanket fresh out the dryer. Simple, but cozy and sweet

I was expecting a full on gourmand with this one and i was so wrong. It somewhat remind me of Lattafa Yara. In my opinion, if you like Yara, you will most likely like this. It has pretty good lasting power and although it is not a beast, it is there. I don't smell the chocolates, milk, etc but i suppose there is some whipped cream at dry down. I smell mainly a mixture of fruits, amber and floral notes, with some sandalwood at dry down. There could be a tiny hint of cacao in the backround, at dry down but nothing to write home about. I would not compare it to Chocolate greedy which i perceive to be cacao powder and smarties. My bottle is new so i won't let it go just yet. I will wait to see if it changes in about a month but to be honest, usually when i don't like a scent much at the start, I tend not to like it later. I am really particular with my gourmands and really floral scents are not my favourite. I recently gave away Yara for the same reason. If you like a a fruity floral and you are quite versatile when it comes to your perfume library, this will be great and it is reasonably priced. I am hesitant to try the red which was next on my list.

Resumo: cheiro de baunilha bem doce e chantilly que se mescla a um leve cheiro picante/almiscarado ao fundo Tem um doce meigo, sedutor e gourmant. Projeção baixa. Precisa passar algumas aplicações pra ter um cheiro mais "projetável". Perfume intimista vai ser sentido por quem chegar perto para uma conversa por exemplo. É um cheiro doce feminino mas fechado, remete a noite não combina com a leveza do dia mas como tem baixa projeção poderia ser usado de dia com o senso de passar o mínimo. Ele é sedutor no sentido de ser uma fragrância quente (literalmente esquenta a pele) que exala um convite a proximidade. Nesse sentido lembra uma xícara de chocolate quente em um dia frio. O cheiro de álcool fica por uns minutos antes de sumir. Duração na minha pele: 2 horas depois ficou um cheiro bem suave de resquício de perfume por umas 4 horas.

I am, honestly, quite undecided. It smells very generic on a blotter card. I don't get a milky chocolate vibe at all. To me, it's more like a powdery floral. I think it smells somewhere between OK and good on the skin, but there's a catch-- any of my clothing that it touches (hoodie, cardigan, etc) smell REVOLTING post dry-down. I put on a cardigan the other day and almost dry-heaved. Had to throw everything it touched into the wash immediately.

The scent itself smelled like plastic and artificial berries. I wanted to like it, but it felt like perfume made for a child to play dress-up. I am sad it didnt make a better impression on me. It also only lasted about an hour and a half, and sat very close to the skin.

I love gourmands and was excited for a chocolatey perfume because of the name but I just didn’t love it. It came off as more fruity and floral to me. Barely any chocolate or whipped cream smell in this at all to me.

Olha, eu fui na esperança de encontrar um perfume doce, confortável, tipo "abraço de chocolate". Mas o que eu encontrei foi um cheiro diabético com pitadas de terror. Assim que borrifa, já vem uma nuvem densa de “doce”, mas não aquele doce gostoso de sobremesa. É um doce artificial, grudento, meio sufocante. Eu diria que tem cheiro de carro mal lavado borrifado com essência de milkshake vencido. E pra piorar com o tempo, ele não melhora , ele fermenta. Sério, fica uma mistura de chocolate derretido esquecido no sol, com plástico quente e algo que me fez pensar: “por que isso foi lançado?”. Nem a baunilha salva, ela tá ali meio perdida no caos.

For me, this smells like childhood! It was a very special gift from my dad...the first actual ‘girly’ perfume that I got to pick for myself. Without a doubt, I have great memories of wearing it; the old formula was so much stronger and sweeter, which I really miss! But it’s what started my love for sweet scents, reminding me of living in Brazil, and even after moving abroad, I still go back to it. No matter what people say, I think no international brands make sweet perfumes as great as Brazilian ones do. For me, other gourmand scents are either not gourmand at all, or the type of sweet that gives you a headache. As for the whole Egeo line, it’s the type of sweet that you can wear anywhere, and it’s never an intoxicating smell!! This one will always have a special place in my heart...

I've grown to love this scent. When I first purchased this I was expecting a straight forward chocolate and the fact it wasn't actually put me off from enjoying it. A month later, I got Chocolate Greedy which made me appreciate this in a funny way. I had the same disappointment with Chocolate Greedy having dominant citrus notes but I have fallen in love with these two now. I love the intermingling zest of the lemon with the dark chocolate and lactonic, creamy notes. Chocolate Greedy is the deeper heavy-hitter and Egeo Choc is the more playful, everyday scent. They both make the best bases for rose scents which I have a newfound love for and I can see this layering well with others.

That is the best chocolate perfume I have ever smelled. Long lasting (over 10 hours on cool days), with moderate sillage (kind of a chocolate-y cloud surrounding you for a long time), it has the smell of soft milk chocolate bonbons with a red berries and marshmallow filling. It is very creamy, delicious, a sweet (but not cloying so, just right) chocolate truffle with a creamy red fruits filling, intoxicating ! One of the best perfumes by Boticario, if you don't mind smelling like a bonbon. Quite different on me than Egeo Devore that, on my skin, resembles a spicier chocolate with pepper and cherry, drier, without Choc creamyness.

Purchasing this perfume is probably one of the best things that I ever did. I wore it this last winter, and it reminds me of loving-kindness, warmth, Christmas and homeland. Like an unexpected sunny and warm day of a cold and dark winter, it always brings a smile to my face with its sweetness. It’s milky, but not in a condensed-milk way. It’s not the nauseating kind of sweet. It’s as if someone finally made a gourmet hot chocolate with vanilla whipped cream on top (emphasis on the vanilla cream) into a perfume. That lasted for a really long time.

This is a very nice chocolate-based scent (in Brazil there are some very good chocolate scents), lasts a long time with moderate sillage, not cavity inducing, really an exquisite perfume, but I prefer Poderosa by Maurice Roucel, a Brazilian Avon perfume which has the scent of a Belgian chocolate bar without too much sweetness (tempered by sandalwood and citrics), subtle sillage but is also very long lasting. Definitely better than Zara Chocolate which does not last long and has, for me, a mediocre aroma.

nunca tive o egeo choc na minha vida antes (que eu me lembre) entao n posso dar uma opinião comparada a antiga formulação mas oq eu sinto nesse perfume, é a flor de laranjeira bastante presente com o chocolate, como se fosse aquelas barras de chocolate com pedacinhos de laranja sabe? acho um aroma gostosinho de sentir a noite dosando muito as borrifadas. fixação boa passei no meu pulso e tomei banho e ainda conseguia sentir. 9/10 essa nota da flor de laranjeira me pega um pouco.

This smells like creamy peaches and citrus fruits. I was hoping based off the notes it would be more gourmand, but it still smells nice. As it settles, I get more of the vanilla, but it is still pretty linear. I will enjoy this bottle, but it's generic enough that I wouldn't repurchase. Since it's a new bottle, I'll let it sit and see if it develops into more of a chocolate/vanilla gourmand.

When I first spray this it smells like Rihanna Reb'l Fleur. If you spray it on your clothes this fact never changes. It does change slightly on my skin to soften and bring a touch of chocolate, but it simply isn't worth the investment when you can easily purchase Rihanna. Honestly if you want a killer "devils food cake" type of chocolate check out Solstice Scents Violet Truffle. Yum!

I have this perfume and I can attest it smells way better than their regular Egeo Dolce. Its sweetness is not overwhelming in the slightest. On the contrary, it is sophisticated and a bit sour, which makes a huge difference. Longevity is great and sillage is ok.

doce e lactônico, de dar água na boca, com excelente projeção e fixação. é atacado, mas sem trazer aquela coceira no nariz, porque depois que evolui fica muito confortável e aconchegante. excelente para dias frios.
