Glamour Fever

The first Glamour perfume was launched in 2001, opening a new pillar within O Boticário's women's perfumery. Twenty years later and after a few flankers (the line has more than 15), Glamour Fever was launched, featuring Brazilian singer Marília Mendonça as the face of the campaign and lots of animal print. My bottle is the one in the photo, before the change in the entire line, which occurred in 2022. And I'll leave here my criticism of the repackaging, because the bottles before the change, especially this one, were much prettier. Glamour Fever’s fragrance is classified as oriental-woody and its composition features top notes of bergamot, cinnamon, and black pepper, over a heart of lily of the valley, Sambac jasmine, peony, orange blossom, and Pink Leopard orchid accord (cattleya waianae leopard). In the base, notes of patchouli, sandalwood, vanilla, and cedar. Since the concept and visual pattern pay homage to the Pink Leopard orchid, it is worth mentioning that, just like the chocolate orchid, the Pink Leopard can also give off a scent that can last up to a month. In perfumery, however, it is a fantasy note, a reproduction of the scent. On the skin, the Glamour Fever fragrance is stunning! Perhaps people have not paid much attention due to pure prejudice, since many women see animal prints as something tacky. But believe me: this fragrance is very sensual and perfectly shareable. It is the type of fragrance that could be marketed within some masculine pillar and would be a success! That said, I will start by saying that the opening has a lot of cinnamon and bergamot. It smells like those homemade weight loss recipes, except instead of lemon, they squeeze bergamot. Interesting and eye-catching, right off the bat! Then, the evolution begins to bring a floral combo, with a lot of orange blossom, jasmine, and a soft floral effect, like a silicone texture on the skin. It doesn't take long for the patchouli to exhale strongly. And what a beautiful patchouli! Warm, with chocolate facets and a balsamic effect. Hours pass and the patchouli is still present, holding the fragrance and taking me to a creamier and slightly dusty dry down, as if chocolate powder had been sprinkled on it. Glamour Fever is oriental, woody, floral, and quite spicy. During the tests, I felt like I was in a time capsule, experiencing a reinterpretation of iconic fragrances (in the style of Youth-Dew) made for the woman of this decade. A pleasant surprise!

A cinnamon-vanilla delight to our winter senses... smells like sultry seduction! The spices in this are magical, alluring. Almost as though cinnamon could be creamy, even. Heavily creamy and precisely for the colder days, as it's feverishly sexy - enthralling in warmth each and everyone on it's way. Worth the buy indeed. 🎀

Esse perfume é uma bomba de fixação e projeção, um cheiro cremoso, quente e com bastante especiarias. Para mim tem cheiro de mulher safada kkkkkk ele é gostoso mas tem que usar com cuidado se não dá dor de cabeça.

Comprei este perfume a mais ou menos um ano e meio. Pense em um perfume dificil de usar.... posso contar nos dedos quantas vezes consegui usá-lo. Um especiado quente extremamente forte, a canela e a pimenta se fazem presentes o tempo inteiro em que estou com ele. se procura um perfume de presença para dias bem frios, ele é a melhor escolha!
