Glamour

When i think of "woody", i instantly think about dry notes. This is NOT dry. The main notes, in my opinion, are the sandalwood and the mandarin. Is citrus, but warming (a bright kind of warming) and embracing. Velvety like. Is soon followed by the flowers, keeping the light citrus tone, but adding a light sweetness to it. I don't get much of the vanilla, the cinnamon or the patchouli to be honest, but i don't miss them at all, cause the fragrance is great without them anyway. There's a spiciness anywhere, probably the musk and the mimosa combined. If sprayed deliberately, this could be a little harsh, so recommend to spray with moderation. Is an elegant perfume, not the one very loud. Sillage and longevity are quite good for a EDT (Here we call it Desodorante Colônia, and although it has "Cologne" in the name, is an EDT)

This is a wonderful perfume! I love the vanilla blended with such a fantastic mandarin spiciness. It's not like anything else I have. Softly sweet, prominent notes to me are vanilla, mimosa, sandalwood, slightly candied mandarin / citrus and cinnamon. Vanilla is not one of the notes I actively seek out in perfume, but to me it is a star player in O' Boticario's Glamour by Alberto Morillas. The other notes are there but these stand out most on my skin. I find it dries down soft and very sensual. It does have a bit of a masculine side, I think due to the cinnamon and woods, however I love it and think it adds to the allure. My small flacon is coming to an end and I am hoping I will be able to find another soon as this brand isn't popular in my country and I think it was pure luck that I managed to get the one I have.

"It's party smell! " - For years back I was commenting with a co-worker, how happy felt the smell of " Glamour " . I took the glass to her experience and that was the phrase she uttered - "It's party smell ." Maybe it was the first perfume I had on adult stage. Is one loaded perfume smell and happy memories ! It has a wonderful projection and also fixing - + -10: The predominant notes ( for me ) are sandalwood and vanilla . Nothing too sweet , but a comforting vanilla. Just one thing: I miss the first version (which in my olfactory memory was a watermelon out) with that beautiful packaging. The fragrance was carrying the signature of Ocimar Versolato

This is a beautiful creation of Alberto Morillas ... this smells pretty powdery to me but in a nice way - not at all old lady like - I think it's an uncommon scent, I've never smelled something like this before. It would suit any occasion or season. Has a decent lasting power and I don't think someone could feel offended by it <3

This fragrance is, in my opinion, the best Boticário deo-colonia BOTICÁRIO, today. Woody with fresh peppers. Esta fragrância é, em minha opinião, o melhor perfume de O BOticário atualmente. Amadeirado fresco com pimentas

It's the only perfume by O Boticário that I like. It's not disgustingly sweet, it's nice.

I am reviewing the fragrance of my girlfriend. O Boticário Glamour is an incredibly feminine, powdery fragrance for women that, from my perspective as a man, has a very attractive aura. Right at the beginning, you notice a strong alcoholic note typical of O Boticário, which fades after a few seconds. Then a citrusy-sweet accord emerges, with a hint of neroli and a beautiful, highly appealing powderiness from the iris. From a man’s point of view, it’s an extremely attractive, youthful fragrance for a woman that works perfectly for daytime wear. The combination of citrus notes and powdery iris makes it an appealing spring and summer scent, ideal for wearing in the office. The sillage is very subtle and restrained. It is a rather soft spring-summer office fragrance that does not disturb those around you. If you are looking for stronger performance, especially in warm weather, you should reach for something else. This one is better suited for the office or for situations where you work in close quarters with others.

When I closed my eyes after smelling this I could imagine a business woman, tidy and serious in her affairs. Though, do not mistake me - this is not a soapy fragrance. Still, she is a decided and confident person, a leader indeed. If the star sign of virgo was to become a scent, this would 100% be it, no fretting. To me it has a hint of something that reminds me of cleaning supply smell (I suppose the mandarin?), but it is precisely why it made me picture all of what I just described. It is a clean smell but I wouldn't mistaken it for something unpleasant due to the presence of the neroli. Needless to say it is more than fitting for the office, of course. It is such a balanced concoction that it goes beyond the rudimental concept of genre, daring to transpass whatever prejudice against it's unissexual nature and inviting us to focus on what matters most: it's purpose. Versatile, dilligent, orderly and modest. What's Glamour if not that? 🎀

This smells really perfumey and I feel like it is hard to pinpoint the notes without looking at them because it is so well blended. This is a bright musky elegant scent for those that prefer a citrus and floral vibe to a super sweet gourmand one. It is one of those fragrances that is so likeable and mass-appealing that would make an amazing gift. This could easily be a signature fragrance. I love it for spring and fall days when I am dressing a little better than usual. You could also totally get away with wearing this in this during the summertime. Longevity is more of an eau de toillete kind of longevity, being around 4-5 hours but it projects nicely while you are wearing it. Brazilian perfumery is so underrated and needs more international recognition. I am from Portugal and I love Boticário and the perfumers they hire are awesome and they really invested in this one. 7.25/10

I was pining for Armani Mania so I tracked this down as a substitute. It was very hard to find because I'm in Australia and the Boticario website only ship to USA but after some difficulty I found an importer. The reason I'm saying this is because I had high expectations, which probably isn't fair. Also, I went into this comparing it to one of the greatest perfumes of all time so...yeah. It's not a substitute, let's be fair. It's much more powdery and iris, mixed with a sharp citrus hit that isn't quite pleasant. On my skin the citrus turns really sour and sharp which is beyond disappointing. I also find the bottle looks quite cheap, which is surprising given its price point. What's with the font? All in all this was a bit of a wasted endeavour.

I agree that this can feel a bit masculine. It's very woody and musky right from the start, also a little soapy. There is a pepper note that grows in the drydown and for me it's irritating, but for others it might add a nice depth to the fragrance. I wouldn't classify this as a floral fruity at all! More like a floral oriental? Or a woody floral musk?

A slice of sweet orange comes first to say hello to you. I wish it could last a little longer. It transforms very fast in an innocent bouquet and ends leaving a mossy and warm sillage some kind of caramel note also, not listed. I like it very much and keep sniffing my hand all the time.The problem is the lasting power. It's necessary to reaply frequently.

This is nice . but somehow its almost a bit maskuline on my skin.I think its all the citrus and sandelwood that does this on my skin. at first spritz i thought off innocent By T M. but they are not much alike after all. Last long on my skin
