Malbec Magnetic

Malbec Magnetic is a really nice sweet, fruity “clean-guy” fragrance. It opens with a pleasant, sweet fruity note, and for me the sweetness of red grapes stands out the most. After a few minutes, a very interesting accord comes in that feels slightly powdery and synthetic and reminds me of an expensive laundry detergent—synthetic, but still pleasant and clean. On the website, this accord is referred to as “Secrets of Alsace.” The sweetness of red grapes and that premium detergent vibe work perfectly together and make it a genuinely great clean-guy scent—I like it a lot more than 99% of fresh shower-gel fragrances. I see this fragrance 100% as a spring and summer scent: sweet red grapes mixed with pricey laundry powder is basically the definition of summer to me. Surprisingly, it also has noticeably stronger sillage and longevity than almost all other O Boticário fragrances I’ve been able to test—at least on skin. If someone wants to smell clean, freshly washed, and well-groomed, I’d go straight for this one. A great spring/summer fragrance that, concept-wise, could also come from Louis Vuitton or Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud. Huge compliment. An absolute hidden gem for summer.

Fomos felizes por mais que eu acreditasse que não. perdemos os próximos por conta da pandemia, mas perdemos juntos, até hoje tenho o frasco desse perfume e ele ainda é o melhor malbec para mim, por mais que eu ainda acredite que ele não é um malbec às normas malbec de ser. Detalhes técnicos: Frasco: É um frasco clássico desse face-lift da linha malbec, o que veio logo após o térrivel malbec sem tampa... um frasco clássico que apenas se diferencia por conta de sua pintura totalmente prateada remetendo ao metal. Atomizador: Um atomizador clássico, sem grandes méritos, mas sem deméritos, apenas o bom e velho feijão com arroz... Aroma: Doce, metálico e envolvente, é assim que me lembro do malbec magnetic... tem menos uva do que deveria, mas foi bem acertado.

O Malbec magnetic é o meu favorito da linha Malbec ja virou minha marca sempre que meus amigos sentem esse cheiro já sabem que sou eu que estou chegando é um perfume muito jovial geralmente utilizado por pessoas da faixa etária de 16-25 anos sendo muito marcante mas não saturado por ser um perfume mais para uma saída a 2 recomendo demais esse perfume possuiu uma nota muito controversa na perfumaria que é a nota metálica mas nesse perfume encaixa perfeitamente com sua proposta aonde não incomoda combinando perfeitamente com seu frutado icônico, as notas mais presentes nele são sândalo, maçã verde, uva cedro e cardamomo. Malbec Magnetic is an absolute triumph by O Boticário and easily one of my favorites from the entire collection. The standout feature here is the white grape note—a beautifully executed, mouth-watering fruitiness. Speaking of performance, my experience with the vintage formulation is that it delivers powerhouse performance. It boasts an expansive projection for 2 to 3 hours and easily achieves 10+ hours of longevity. The scent trail is unmistakable and announces your presence; people will notice you, and it’s a certified compliment-puller. A flawless pick for evening wear, particularly suited for autumn, winter, and spring nights.

This is absolutely beautiful! Really something completely dofferent from mainstream fragrances that everybody wear (dior sauvage and similar usual suspects). This one in a beautiful blend and even though its a quite strong smelling fragrance it doesnt bother my nose. Its gentle and sweet and you can tell its been made with a lot of care and thought. It sexy, seductive, masculine, bold and eccentric. It screams power and seductivness. I absolutely love it. The smell is quite sweet, grape undertones with some wood and apple. Really a beautiful fragrance and for this money is a no brainer. Smell 10/10

An interesting smell who definitely is a beast of performance. The combination of the “Malbec” grapefruit with the rest of frutal cords, makes this fragance ideal for a cold night. Sweet, appletastic and long-lasting. An unexpected smell that, i must confess, couldn’t resist at store. Three applications are enough to project the fragance. Cheap and strong! Really addictive.

perfume extremamente diferenciado, GELADO, envolvente, classudo e literalmente "magnético" (mais puxado pro metalizado)

Very complex and fresh. I’m immediately hit with an aquatic mineral accord similar to that found in cool water or invictus EDT, which is accompanied by notable sweetness from the grape. It’s hard to pinpoint the other notes but there is a detectable resinous ‘coolness’ as it dries down. Insane performance so go easy on the sprays, I find 2-3 is plenty and will last most of the day. It has a light and ethereal scent in the late drydown that I find very enjoyable. Very wearable fragrance and good value for money!

There's a lot going on here note-wise and I have to confess it isn't a smell I can easily describe. A very unique yet pleasant silage which I would say is best worn casually in the daytime. Not a huge projector but could be easily worn to the office or for running errands and give you that spark of individuality. Bottle is sleek too

Very strong fruity scent with a powerful lingering mineral and woodiness attached to it. Go light with the sprays, as they are strong. One of the few complex scents from Botacário I'd recommend over some designer scents. Definitely one of the best "bang for your buck" scents.

Indeed, fragrance appreciation is the most easily influenced thing there is. In the "this perfume reminds me of" category, the most mentioned fragrance is Malbec Gold, and I just saw that a large YouTube channel mentioned this as well. The two fragrances are completely different, perhaps the only Malbecs that resemble Gold less than this one are the two Bleu fragrances. Magnetic has icy grape notes, metallic notes, almost no amber (you have to wait a long time for the drydown to smell it very, very faintly), and is sweet from the fruity notes with a perceptible Malbec base, which Gold is far from. So that it doesn't seem like just "my subjective opinion is better than yours," look at the note votes here, made by the same people who point out the similarity. How can amber and cardamom be voted as some of the least present notes here and still remind you of Gold, which is 80% of those two notes? In addition, the most prominent notes are grapes, metal, and green apple, which is clearly very far from Gold. Otherwise, the fragrance is very nice. I like the not-too-strong metallic tone that brings out the icy and open fruity notes. In my perception, it reminds me a lot of Noir, with its fresh grapes. However, I feel that Noir is more elegant and well-finished, without trying too hard to be sensual - something that Magnetic may try - but being effortless. So, I would choose Noir over this one.

Espero ajudar: uma fragrância com boa performance, mais noturna, mas dá para arriscar em dias mais frios. Frutado, levemente adocicado, senti em minha pele bastante floral (me incomodou um pouco, pois pessoalmente não curto muito) e leve efervescência (mineral). Em geral é interessante para quem curte essas características, mas não diria que é imprescindível numa coleção pequena. Talvez a linha Malbec mesmo tenha coisa mais bacana para ser adquirida antes. Hmmmm? This one is not bad, however, I wouldn't buy a full bottle. It has a decent scent but the note that kills this for me is Rose. If the Rose was removed it would been at least a good average fresh scent.

Very excited to smell this I don’t think I have the Brazilian nose or genetics to enjoy this ig I like it but I don’t like a small aspect of it some werid smell new to frag com

EDIT: I had to do this. This is such a headache inducer on me! - Really can't stand the smell now (just a few months later) -> absurdly powerful and not at all for me. Powerhouse alert! I choked myself wearing 5 sprays of this in late springs. Wear this if you're outdoors, or at least go light on the sprays for indoors. Such a great scent, and for the price really is hard to beat. Super fruity with metallic nuances. A must try if you like fruity scents, while having a fresh water tone to it.

Personally I find this scent way too mainstream smelling. It just smells like what any other masculine fresh, woody and somewhat sweet in a way. It’s not a hate but I also don’t love it and tbh I’m just neutral. I don’t see myself wearing it at all except for when I’m really bored and don’t know what else to spray.

Is there a new packaging or did I get a fake bottle? Mine has a cap that twists to spray and there is no volume indication on the box.
