Violet Santal

Violet Santal is a gentle, feminine, pretty floral. It's a familiar smell. It opens with a bright and cheery lemon, and then the violet that makes up the backbone of the perfume. It's suitable for hot spring and summer days. I don't really smell the sandalwood much. I get 0 saffron. It smells like a slightly more complicated MJ Daisy, and it has the softness of Mojave Ghost. This is my least favorite Oak Essentials perfume, but also it's their most popular. It's not a bad scent at all, just plain. It's the only mass-appealing scent they have. I think it appeals to those who enjoy scents like MJ Daisy and Philosophy Amazing Grace: clean, light florals that are very feminine. It's more intimate and lasts 3-5 hours.

I only have the sample. Liking the scent so far. Very woody in a fresh way! Kind of cucumber-y😁 Drydown isn’t as nice and it gets more powdery and dry

I don't like this scent at all. It's an overpowering floral scent that gave me a headache and makes me feel hungry suddenly because it makes me think about going to church without eating breakfast, around the adults who would wear something like this, and feeling hungry. I like certain citrus scents but this hits you like a bat. I thought this would be my favorite of the line but it's my least favorite. Definitely unisex.
