Caramel Brew

Nicer than I expected! I usually find coffee fragrances to be too sharp and bitter, but the espresso here is light and very smooth. I would say it's more of a sweet, milky, and creamy scent with a touch of coffee. I also get caramel swirl and a bit of coconut, vanilla, and musk, but I don't get any sandalwood or cedar. Reminds me a bit of Phlur’s Caramel Skin, though not as buttery. My only complaint is that it's quite faint, but lasts about 7 hours on me.

I love this! So sweet, creamy and delicious! Goes great with Eternal Coffee by Paris Corner and adding Choco Musk or other chocolate scents gives a caramel mocha scent that is intoxicating!

I got this as a free ‘mystery’ bottle and was pleasantly surprised when I sprayed it. It’s a blast of coffee and caramel - very sweet. However, at times it verges on Too Much For Me, like it’s walking a fine line between being gourmand and simply being cloying. If you are prone to headaches, or if you’re tired, hangry or dehydrated...this could be a trigger. Essentially, this is the fragrance equivalent of: Shit, I’ve poured too much syrup in my coffee. Well, I guess I’ll just drink it anyway. Actually, that tastes quite nice. Wait no...it’s too much. Oh god that’s so sweet my teeth hurt. Maybe I could get used to this. That actually wasn’t that bad but I won’t rush to do it again. A scent which depends on mood, and mostly for cold weather. I like it but I don’t love it.

Photorealistic caramel iced coffee, for the most part, but quite cloying. Definitely a winter/fall scent. Oakcha's gourmand collection was disappointing to me (save Marshmallow Mist). The sample set was just one disaster after another at times. This one was my favorite, at first... until I actually wore it. Now, for context, I used to be a barista, so maybe that could be why this has such a negative olfactory connotation for me, but this smells like "I spilled an entire iced caramel latte on myself and now I can't change." I can see the appeal in that for someone else; it sounds like it could be a lovely experience... but as for me, it left me nauseous. Felt suffocating. Do with this what you will; again, there may be bias here. If you're a sweet coffee LOVER, this would speak to your soul. It's just not for me, unfortunately. :(

A photorealistic coffee and caramel scent that feels extremely artificial. To me, it smells like coffee-caramel ice cream or hard candy. While it does smell exactly as advertised, it comes across as very synthetic and somewhat cheap. I do not want to smell like dessert; I want to smell like perfume. It feels like it is missing something to balance or ground the sweetness. I can see why teenagers and younger people would enjoy this fragrance, as it has strong Sol de Janeiro vibes. On the plus side, it is long-lasting. If you like Sol de Janeiro, Pink Sugar, Le Monde Gourmand etc. you will love this.
