Italian Cello

Very very close dupe to Lira (I have both). It is just a bit smokier in the opening, and less fresh, but on dry down they smell essentially the same, like yummy lemony vanilla. While it definitely leans gourmand and it is undeniably sweet, it's not overly gourmand, at least to my nose. Akro Bake for example smells more like a real lemon tart vs. this has something different to it. Longevity is strong and projection is moderate. I can smell this on myself for hours afterwards! Like all Oakcha perfumes, the formula is bit oilier than the original counterpart but that is because it is an Extrait de parfum and is stronger! I have never had an issue with the formula though.

Similar to Lira but definitely not a 1-1 dupe and it’s not as deep and decadent. On the initial drydown, it’s sweet and citrusy, but once the citrus fades about 10 minutes into wearing it, it’s kind of just vanilla with a hint of lavender on me. While I like it, I prefer OilPerfumery’s dupe. Has minimal sillage and only lasts about 3 hours. In terms of perfumes listed as similar— ❌ Akro Bake: much more citrus heavy ❌ D&G Devotion: sweeter and more citrus heavy ❌ Ex Idolo Love & Crime: more citrus heavy

I own this and Lira and to my nose they are identical, and they are both a little too sickening to me. This is SO sweet. Super realistic lemon poundcake, nauseatingly sweet vanilla. It's not a bad thing, but it was too much for me. It's also super strong and lasts all day, so much so that it really does make me sick ahah. I appreciate that about it, as Lira did not perform on me personally

Very close to Lira, but not an exact dupe. For the money though, I’ll take this one. It’s lovely, sweet but not heavy or cloying, it wears ok for me, about 5 hours without putting any moisturizer under it - if I add some I get better longevity. I see some saying this smells like Akro Bake but they are pretty different to me. Plus while I love Bake the longevity was poor for me.

I tried this and Lira at the same time on each wrist. Upon opening, they are both lovely, but Lira has a sweet decadence that Italian Cello is missing. After several hours, the scent is much more similar and if anything I can smell the cello more.. with the price point, oakcha is the winner!
