Rainbow Nights

Wow, this fragrance was such an unexpected surprise. I purchased three of their discovery sets, and this blend stood out in the most magical and intoxicating way above all others! This is unique, and so delicious! I ADORE this scent and didn't hesitate to purchase a full bottle the very next day. I have almost finished the bottle, in barely three months. In the morning when I get ready, I look across my options and it surprises me how often I opt for the pure light-hearted happiness this one consistently brings me. I find it surprising that another reviewer considers this masculine. While I agree that it can be beautifully worn by any gender, it doesn't lean more masculine than feminine. This fragrance is refreshingly luscious with juicy, popping citrus and the most breathtaking drydown. Beautifully crafted with juicy dripping grapefruit, elemi, and cedarwood, while giving off the freshest lemony, wild herbal greens and pine aroma with a touch of dewy sweetness. There's no holiday pine here; rather, it evokes a lovely dry summer hint of floral pine, reminiscent of summer strolls among sun-drenched pine trees on the warmest of days with dried crunching needles underfoot. It’s that bright, grounding, lemony dried pine scent that emanates, streaming through like ethereal rainbow rays of golden light through the canopy of trees when the sun is low in the sky, yet it smells so fresh, bright, and airy. The amber adds a touch of delectable sweetness and plays a subtle role in the background, smoothing any edge. This is such an intimate, sensual, and comforting yet energetic and confidently attention-grabbing fragrance. It has depth and grounding while remaining playful, enchanting, and with a sprinkle of mischief and unique sexiness. My only gripe is that I wish it lasted longer. For me, it becomes a skin scent after about 2-3 hours, making me want to spray again (and I do!). However, others still seem to notice it, so perhaps it only becomes anosmic for me? Regardless, I don't mind a renewal spray as it uplifts me to the happiest of places. I wish I could live in the world this fragrance creates... 💞

I couldn’t describe this better than Sanaisa already has, but I also wanted to sing the praises of this beautiful juice! The combo of grapefruit, cedar, and elemi here is so delicate, fresh, and juicy at the same time it really does create a magic all its own. I got this “feeling” from the Hermes perfume Kelly Caleche only in the feel of the sunlit citrus, but this has no suede, just a warm cedar which isn’t lumber yard, just a warm woodiness like a balsam floating warmly through the air on a breeze. Not masculine! No, totally unisex and clean. There is nothing harsh and male cologne-y about this. I am sensitive to that and don’t prefer to wear manly scents. This is unique, addictive, and lovely. I’m not saying it’s Kelly caleche, or Bal d’Afrique, but if you liked those in style or feel you might love this!! I mean ... that grapefruit note is stunning and keeps me enchanted! Like the grapefruit fairy blessed this thing. Oakcha is really hit/miss for me but this one is just it.

I picked up a bottle of Rainbow Nights from a FB group reseller and wow, this is an absolutely stunning woody-grapefruit fragrance! For just AUD 30, it smells like pure luxury. Honestly, it feels like a more refined take on Mugler Fly Away (which leans too much into cigar/tobacco vibes due to the cannabis accord) or even PDM Perseus, but without the hefty price tag. The grapefruit bursts through right from the opening and lingers beautifully. There’s a subtle tobacco nuance in the background while cedarwood anchors the composition with a warm, woody base that perfectly balances the bright citrus. Elemi and amber on the other hand gives that beautiful creamy balsamic yet citrusy effect, yum! Kudos to Oakcha for this creation; I’m thrilled to have it in my collection!

Masculine scent. The cedar and grapefruit are super strong and not in a good way. I usually love grapefruit but not in this fragrance and definitely not with the cedar. The fragrance is very strong and very very sour. This is probably my least favorite fragrance of Oakcha I've tried. Bleh.

I adore this scent. It is by far my biggest compliment-getter and I'm devastated that it's been discontinued.
