Plum Cream

The opening of this was amazing, think Lost Cherry but with plum instead - juicy & tart. However the drydown was disappointing as the plum disappeared and some heavy woods plus the rum note came through. It reminded me a bit of Angel's Share which I also deeply dislike.

This is a very woody, herbal fragrance — not my style whatsoever, but I still appreciate it. The brand advertises it as a layering scent, and I agree that it would certainly add depth to other perfumes.

this smells like michael’s craft store. I’ll pass on that. I can however see someone else enjoying it.

This is a very aromatic scent. The plum note is there, sweet and juicy, but the Davana, Labdanum and cypriol take control of the scent very soon after the opening. It is a greenish scent, with a woody drydown. The plum adds sweetness and mellows the agrestic notes. It is a very interesting and well done scent but Davana and Cypriol don't behave well on my skin, they become too dominant and green. For that reason I have to say that only a sample is more than enough for me

Smells exactly like umeboshi - very salty and strong to start with that sweet plum behind it, dries down to a deep dark spiced plum smell. I'm Chinese and it also brings back strong scent memories of li hing mui. I can't decide if I want to buy a full bottle or not; it's a really nostalgic smell that brings me comfort, but also, it reminds me of my older relatives, lol.

Plum is one of those notes for me that I like smelling in a candle but not to wear as a perfume and with that being said, I think this a lovely plum heavy fruity scent but I would rather have it in a candle form. If you love plum and fruity fragrances though you should check this one out, it’s very juicy smelling.

This is a great plum & leather alternative to Bibliothèque if you, like me, find the plum accord in the latter to be overwhelming and synthetic.
