Edit: The longevity is actually insane. I could smell it after a 12 hour shift doing surgery, taking gloves on and off, wiping down rooms and moving patients around. Got a full bottle for my birthday ❤️ Resonant is invigorating, crisp, metallic, citrusy, electric, effervescent, ozonic, aldehydic annd otherworldly. Literally smells like a futuristic sprite/ginger ale and sparkles in your nose. Like the utopian future I expected as a kid where *squidward voice* everything is chrome and there are flying cars and the sky/grass look like that one Windows background. This is my #1 FAVE FOREVERRR!!! This scent reminds me of electricity, that energized feeling you get on the first crisp, cold morning of the year, a not-yet-lived-in hyper modern house that’s all glass and has those white modern art sculptures, the way those clear blue aquarium rocks sound when they clink together, a blast of oxygen, those early 2000s see through electronics where you can see the circuitry inside (see I’m getting overly abstract, but this stuff puts the coolest images in my head!!) The yuzu, ginger and bergamot is SO. GOOD. It smells avant garde and unique but wearable. Everyone I’ve shown it to loves it. It’s clean in a sharp way. Like it’s hailing lightly but also blindingly bright outside, or some kind of fruit that was genetically modified to be freakily perfect. I had dreams of a metallic, futuristic scent and this is IT!! I got a decant of Resonant in my first sample order when I started getting into fragrances and it made it click in my head how people can make all these ridiculous sounding connections to memories/emotions/places/things from smelling something. I love it so freaking much

I don’t know if anybody has made the comparison yet, but this smells EXACTLY like the hot air an older computer would blow out from its fan. It’s got this metallic muskiness to it that perfectly replicates that hot computer air, and with the smallest hint of lemon and bergamot, the citrus leaves more of an impression of an electric “ZING!” than they do actual citruses. I love this scent and as someone who tends to like more unique things, this is really, really good.

it’s 2002 in summer and we’re sat inside running that old pinball game that came preinstalled on windows. the fans of our pc hadn’t been cleaned in a while (maybe ever) and the warm, electric stirred, dust air that’s being pushed through the plastic latticed grates, leaks into the atmosphere. mum brings in lemonade, housed in tall glasses. not homemade, but some offbrand thing from the cornershop. the bubbles jump and snap at our noses - closing the circuit ..

Wow, fascinating yet beautiful and very wearable. This is you in the summer, standing in an open grassy field, with forest pressing in on either side. Above is a black sky, fat with rain. And beneath that, above you, are thick black swaths of power lines. You brim with tension. Something is about to happen. The air crackles and hisses with heat and electricity. Full bottle? Maybe not, but i will cherish this decant for its evocative imagery.

Uhm, I fucking love it. The person who says this smells like a nosebleed isn't wrong and neither is the lysol wipes comparison. I'm into this kind of clean smell though. I'm the kind of person that will suffer through eating a lemon because I like the taste and smell, even though the acidity is painful. I also get nosebleeds all the time. Idk it just suits me.

Love it. Was blindly buying Naked Dance and got tester of this one. For some reason I can't stop smelling it, so I ordered a bottle. Also I'm not so much into citruses, but this one I like. Its very sharp and clean, but can give a little impression of some cleaner (which I like). Bottle is minimalistic, unique, but the cap is heavy. Looks good on the shelf.

This is one of the best perfumes in my collection. I don’t usually go for citrus so this really came out of left field for me, but it is so light and bright and effervescent. I love a metallic note and i have never seen one that is at the same time so immediately apparent and so wearable. This is a wonderful fragrance.

Bright fresh lemony. If I had to say it's similar to anything in my collection, it would be Dior Homme Cologne. The fresh lemonade aspect to it. Resonant does have a little more character and definitely a lot better longevity for a freshie. I am guessing form the ambrocenide. Very nice for all year round.

This fragrance certainly isn't for everyone, but I strongly disagree with statements that it is basic. I find it quite complicated, but it's so well done it comes across as easy. I adore the blend of salty, citrus and metallic with a touch of wood. Sits close to the skin, but pretty good longevity.

this scent is very clean and comforting to me. it honestly smells like a hospital at first but when it really dries down it reminds me of my mom. i can envision her getting ready to go somewhere nice, and this is what the room smells like as she's flat ironing her hair.

Very juicy citrusy opening. Sparkling yuzu with some slight bitterness from the petitgrain. It then turns soapy and proceeds to quickly transform into this metallic, mineral musk that somehow reminds me of l’eau papier. I also get ambroxan.

It's super salty and mineralic so it comes off kind of like the smell of chanh muoi or some salty low sugar lemon/lime electrolyte beverage with a musky woody base. Would be really good for the summer with how refreshing it feels to smell.

The smell of static, or an absence. Briefly singes your nostrils with ozone, spacey citrus and fuzzy metal that is both kinetic and still.

This fragrance smells like you opened a sparkling yuzu lemonade on a spaceship. I am very pleasantly surprised, it is very citrusy.

This smells like what I though Ghost in the shell by Eldo would smell like. Fresh and robotic. Citrusy and soapy, it's a very clean scent but in an artificial way, then ginger and metallic notes come out with a slightly tingly feeling. It feels weirdly empty like a liminal space. I don't know if it would've gave me these futuristic vibes if I didn't already know the concept of the perfume but either way it's a beautiful clean and cold scent.

You're a wildly wealthy woman, standing alone in your massive, modern kitchen...sleek stainless steel everywhere, spotless after being scrubbed down with some ridiculously overpriced but amazing smelling citrus cleaner. Sunlight streams through the massive three meter windows facing the garden, catching your tears in a way that makes you pause for a moment, admiring your own reflection in the glass.

Wearing this to bed on a hot night while watching early 2000s nu metal live concerts on YouTube. So comforting. I’d want my hot rockstar boyfriend coming out of the shower smelling like this in a hotel in Tokyo in summer. Maybe we are sipping on cold citrus strong zeros from the 7/11. His discarded stage clothes smell a bit like the fog machines and electricity from the show.

Wonderful. On skin there’s sweetness.. ambergris makes this nice. My freshy is too close to this so I won’t be getting the bottle but definitely worth owning and looking into if you don’t have a freshy already. Dry down is orangey I did consider owning this but the longevity is not great. The scent itself is amazing, energizing, and edgy.

Very beautiful fresh season transition scent. I don’t find the citrus very medical smelling at all. It’s a refined and slightly woody citrus to me. I do find that when I wear this around my boyfriend he goes crazy for it so... I’d recommend 😌

This opens incredibly citrusy and dries down to a super interesting machinery feel. Industrial grease and a hint of diesel. It feels oddly familiar, like my grandpa’s garage where all the old farm equipment was repaired.

Sharp evil citrus that wants to fill your lungs with acrid fumes and choke you. Intoxicating. Stings. Don't like smelling it but don't want to stop. Fades too quick into soap.

Pretty much what everyone describes hits spot on, for me it’s literally Sierra Mist. Smells familiar and addictive.

Resonant by Oddity starts with a slice through the air, cold steel meeting citrus flesh. It's bright, it's metallic, it's almost too sharp, a blade drenched in yuzu’s piercing golden juice. The fruit itself, paradoxical: dry, pithy rind on the outside, yet inside, a flood of glistening sour-sweet pulp bursting under pressure. Musk curls under the composition like a breath over salted skin, an undertone of warmth rising beneath the shimmer. Reminiscent somewhat of the scent of citrus zest rubbed between damp fingers, leaving behind a trace of salt, something slightly mineral. I loved every bit of its opening, I did. But sadly for me (happy for my wallet), all faded to disappointment too soon. The bright, sharp radiance collapses once dried, the complexity fading into a soapy yuzu echo, clean but uninspired. The metallic gleam dulls into sterility, the saltiness vanishes into a cloud of frothy bubbles, and what lingers is pleasant but only in the way of a luxury citrus soap—clean, yes, maybe even elevated, but ultimately lacking that raw, untamed brilliance its opening featured.

fresh, very soapy, salty citrus. this is a really bright yuzu that's been shined to a supernatural polish with steel wool and strong soap. light, aldehydic, and sharp. i kind of like this, which isn't surprising as i like citrus, salt, and inorganic scents like minerals and metallics, but the soapiness is a little overpowering for me. it kind of gives the impression i didn't wash all the shower gel off my skin properly. it does (as many fresh musks do) remind me of light blue, but if you want to be light blue adjacent and not smell exactly like everyone else, definitely give this a shot

It’s starts off very fresh clean citrus maybe even a little pinesol-ish but I sorta like it. Next is a musky wood with a hint of amber. I wish I got more ginger. The bottle makes up for the sorta straight forwardness of the fragrance. I don’t hate it. Easy to wear work scent but not nearly as interesting as the bottle would suggest.

This smells like sprite but is also somehow both metallic and greasy. A futuristic auto shop.

Ehh. One spray on paper smells wonderful, like Sprite. A sparkling metallic opening with a touch of citrus and a very specific sweetness. Really pleasant and enjoyable. However once you spray more than two sprays on, i.e. one on each hand and on the neck, the citrus takes over and starts smelling like an anti-bacterial wipe. It goes from 7UP to a clorox wipe real fast unfortunately, and once the top notes fade it really settles into that with no further development. The longevity really disappointed me, only lasting a couple hours before it almost fully faded. I also don't really feel like the weak sillage is justified because it is too citrusy to be a skin scent. This is unfortunately something that tries to be way more complex than it really is in my opinion, and it just falls flat. I'm honestly so sad because one spray really smells so good, but past that the strong citrus just bulldozes everything else with no mercy.

I was very surprised at how gentle this is considering the profile. It smells like if you made a motherboard wearable, or perhaps what a beautiful cyborg must smell like in the far away future. However, it’s not for me. It’s too cold and metallic for my personal taste. Super interesting!

This sure is lemony and metallic! There's a fleshiness to it as well. To me, this smells almost exactly like a used dish sponge that still has some lemon Dawn lingering in the pores. I'm not sure why anyone would want to smell like this.

Smells like surgical instruments cleaned with lemon chlorox wipes.

I was initially dazzled by the sharp yuzu sparking off the metallic tang - but it vanished in a blink leaving a TANK of chemically aldehydes that left me longing for citrus.

This is a very interesting scent that also behaves a bit...oddly. On the surface, it seems very linear with an initial blast of petitgrain and citrus that can come off pinesol-ish. As that starts to soften the scent becomes a blend of woody notes and ginger that gives the impression of incense. Still keeping the bitter citrus notes. A bitter woody citrus scent that is neither inviting nor repelling. The mysterious part about this fragrance is, of you're not sniffing it up close, you keep getting wafts of metallic notes mixed with a semi sweet amber note. A very pleasant combination. When you sniff close again, the metallic amber is gone. It feels like the scent is playing tricks on my nose. I'm not sure if this is something I would buy, but I do recommend sampling if you can. It's an interesting experience.

Lots of zingy, hot-iron like aldehydes and similar nose-tingling ginger notes. The effect is very pronounced and feels like static electricity in your nostrils, or like taking a sniff of a citrus soda right after opening it. Leaning into a citrus accord helps it feel more natural, but it still feels oddly synthetic, and I get a similar "vision" as I do with Hermes H24's scarlene note. Freshly pressed shirts, starchy cottons. The ambergris and guaiac lend a slightly more complex, rougher base but I'm not sure it really works for me as a whole. It eventually settles into a slightly briny, ambered citrus with a bit of smoke and dry wood. CDG's Standard is a good similar suggestion that has less static and a fuller collection of aromatics- tea, herbs, etc.

static, bubbles, a hot iron. it’s effervescent, sparkling almost. musky, metallic, with sweet citrusy nuances- if this was a colour, it would be silver, or the iridescence of an oil puddle. it’s hard to even put into words what this smells like, it’s more of an intangible feeling. this will forever be my favourite perfume. also, for those somewhat disappointed by ELDO’s ghost in the shell, i think this would be a much better alternative. it truly toes the line between human and robot, and captures the dichotomy of warm skin and cold metal.

not much i can say that isn't covered below. yes it smells like alien sprite. something about the combination of notes that register as "old" (dust, incandescent bulb, wood/amber/musk) and ones that feel "new" (cleaning products, crisp air, metal) brings up the same emotions i feel when i think about moving apartments or going back to school in the fall. wistful and anticipatory at the same time. truly gorgeous, perfect intersection of artful and wearable, maybe the goat fragrance to me.

INSTANT FAVE! Cool citrus enveloped in hot air and static makes this scent so atmospheric and indescribable. It is a bit alien in the way it captures hot and cold, natural and synthetic, biological and mechanical at the same time. I don't necessarily get a metallic note, but I do get a strong electric note like a hot fax machine, in a way that is similar to Clue's warm bulb. It really is weird and beautiful.

On the blotter, it's metallic and citrusy. The first time I smelled it in the bottle I remember thinking that it smelled like biting down on a fork. On the skin, the metal fades quickly and it becomes a wearable woody-citrus. With that said, it's a bit basic, especially when compared to .Oddity's other offerings; not something I would reach for. (5/10)

Opens like a Sprite and Vodka. The vodka quickly blooms into something far more industrial-smelling. The citrus fades as the synthetic guaiac wood (so familiar from about a thousand other perfumes) takes over. I think this line is all style, no substance. I was drawn to the cool bottle but that’s unfortunately the only big story here. 1 out of 5.

Got this as part of my Scent Social subscription this month. It is a lovely fresh scent but is very similar (to my nose) to other, lower priced scents that I have tried. I don't get the metallic elements to the scent.

Very airy mineral citrus. I go nose blind to this quickly but I’ll catch it ever now and then. Decent longevity for an air citrus.

Smells like the metal benches inside of a footlocker, super shark metalic note in the same validity as rubbing alcohol

I get soap and nothing else! Smells like a nice bar of soap. Luxury soap. This is a really gorgeous bottle.

This smells like Yellow Gatorade but in a very considered way.

Smells like static and sprite. Maybe that's your thing ;)
