Vert Reseda

Vert Reseda is a rather interesting green–floral fragrance. Its lean toward the feminine side is clearly noticeable; however, it is held back from fully crossing into traditionally feminine territory by the sharp green note in the opening. That light green beginning even brings to mind Tokyo Bloom by The Different Company. As the fragrance develops, it becomes markedly sweeter and more powdery — at times even a little dull. If you are looking for truly accomplished floral fragrances for men, I would instead point you toward Kenzo - Power. As for Vert Reseda, if I were to reach for it at all, it would definitely be in spring. The composition is cheerful and saturated with the warm aroma of blooming flowers. Still, while it may appeal to many, it ultimately isn’t quite my cup of tea. My rating: Worth getting to know. (5/7)

This was my ScentBird sample pick for this month, and I like it. It's an interesting fragrance, opening very green as another reviewer has noted in their informative review. As it moved into the heart I picked up a strong powdery note that I was afraid would spoil it for me (NOT a fan of powder) but it was not a sweet powder, it was similar to the unscented baby powder you can buy, a sort of chalky smell, but not at all unpleasant. The florals are not distinct on me, they are there but in the background only. I do get fairly strong woods in the base. I'll have to wear it more before I can decide whether I'll ever purchase a fb though. Longevity is moderate on me, sillage is minimal.

Amazing packaging for all three white editions - love it. The scent compared is much less impressive to me. Very light, green, almost herbal - pleasant and refreshing. I would love it as a home fragrance, a bit less as a personal perfume. But I can imagine to wear this in spring.

VERT RESEDA وایت لاین به نحوی روایتگر داستانی متفاوت از محصولات خانه ی اودین بشمار میره.عطرهایی لطیف،روشن،شاداب و خانومانه! وِرت رِسیدا هم قسمتی از همین داستانه که به عقیده ی بنده جذابترین قسمت داستان و در مجموع یکی از خوبهای خانه ی اودین بشمار میره. ورت رسیدا با سبزی لطیف و گیاهی آمیخته با تمی صمغی-فلورال باز میشه که بسیار باطراوت و تازست و طراوت دلنشین گلهای بنفشه رو هم درش بخوبی حس میکنم که احتمالا بخاطر اسپرک هست. این فضا با بیشتر شدن حس گلاب مانند رز به سمت حسی که در نهاد همه ی ما نهادینه شده حرکت میکنه اما حس گیاهی و لطافت بنفشه مانند؛مانع این اتفاق میشن و فضایی رز محور با حاشیه ای گیاهی و لطیف ایجاد میکنن. با این مقاومت؛عطر قلب پودری خاصی به خودش می گیره که اگرچه طراوت سبز و کمی شیرین رسیدا رو در خودش داره اما همه چیز تحت تأثیر بویی شبیه به عطر کرم های دست و صورته.این بوی پودری و کمی چرب هچنان حس آبدار و گلاب مانند رز رو هم در خودش داره و یه قلب لطیف و خانومانه ی شیک و شفاف برای عطر میسازن. با افت حس پودری و متعادل شدنش؛سبزی و طراوت عطر که حس پودری رو در کنار خودش می بینه؛با قدرت به جلو میره و در فضایی چوبی،خاکی و خشک و کمی دودی یه پایان بندی بسیار زیبا برای عطر رقم میزنن. فلورال-سبز و لطیف و با نشاط،چوبی و خشک و موقر،دودی و خاکی و جدی که کمی هم پودریه،حس پیچیده اما باکیفیتیه که از پایه ی این عطر می گیرم.تو مدت حدود 5ساعتی که رو پوستم موند این نمایش با تمام تغییراتش بخوبی حس میشد؛خصوصا یه ساعت ابتدای کار. ورت رسیدا کار خاص و یونیکی نیست اما بسیار زیبا و محترمه.یه عطر سبز،با طراوت،لطیف،سر زنده،مفرح و مسرت بخشه که درخشان و روشنه. عطر چهره ای آرام،عمیق و اثرگذار که نمیشه درخشش تو چشماش و لبخند جادوییش رو فراموش کرد... کامنت: م.ع (سایت لوکس بایر (با امکان تست سمپل

Odin Vert Reseda opens very green, lots of fresh galbanum in the opening mixed with herbal notes and coumarins which give the association of dry grass and hay. The scent then changes to a softer, almost aquatic green with slight floral notes. I also smell a tiny hint of woody notes in the form of iso-e-super in the base, which becomes a bit stronger as the scent moves into the drydown. Longevity and sillage are moderate on me. I love the opening, I'm a big fan of the green freshness of galbanum and the grass and hay notes make it even more green. The aquatic phase is also pleasant. I don't smell a distinct flower note in this mix though, despite listed in the notes. Same for incense. There is a bit of a bit in there, but very faint. Vert Reseda is a light scent, something for spring or summer.

this is sooo bitter! the combination looks great but when you spry it it's a very sharp gardenia driven scent. Quite long lasting and linear. I love green and vegetal scents but this leans to a very strange level to me. The gardenia is highlighted by gallbanum and incense(which you can't recognize, but is there) I get no sandalwood at all. I associate with something sterile, I don't know why. I am not a fan of white flowers but I love Odin's creations! To me it's very difficoult to wear somehow, I need to dig in more and try to understand it, but I miss some orange or cyclamen/geranium, something which would round it juts a very tiny bit! Perfectly unisex as usual with Odin. Looking forward to try the others of the white line

Vert Reseda beautifully combines fresh floral and bitter herbal notes. Galbanum is the clear star, and gardenia is not far behind. This is a gorgeous spring/summer fragrance - there are no stereotypical top or base notes, and what's left is a kind of eternal, Edenic verdancy. It's not mind-blowing by any means, but it's a perfectly- executed rendering of a sunny, breezy, outdoorsy fragrance.
