ENG Simply astonishing. This is a fragrance with incredible vibes: the opening didn't completely convince me but after less than an hour the perfume loses the saffron note and focuses on a musky, slightly-leathered incense . It does not have a great projection, but this makes it suitable for a lot of occasions (both for a date or a uni lecture). Highly reccomended. ITA Semplicemente sorprendente. Si tratta di una fragranza dalle vibrazioni incredibili: l'apertura non mi ha convinto del tutto ma dopo meno di un'ora il profumo perde la nota di zafferano e si concentra su un incenso muschiato, leggermente cuoiato. Non pesante e il fatto che non abbia una forte proiezione lo rende adatto a molte occasioni (un appuntamento come una lezione all'università). Altamente consigliato.

As a fan of a certain podcast in which Houdini4 below engaged in said blind testing, i took both his appraisal and his colleague’s enthusiastic reaction to this fragrance into account, and acquired some of said Solution to test myself. I think my reaction is both confirmation of the hip aloofness of the fragrance (for which I may be somewhat a target market) and enjoyment of the studied weirdness of this perfume. The woodiness reminds me a bit of late 90s men’s woods like Kenzo Jungle, Azzaro Visit, Marc Jacobs Bang Bang and so on, but I like this better, because it pairs that element with this kind of plastic and leather molecular vibe that makes it interesting, addictive and new. If you’re into strange hipster woodness, this Solution has got your number.

Wow! This is the best thing I’ve smelled in a long while. Beautifully smooth saffron and slightly smoky Oud with a hint of green freshness and florals. Instant love ❤️

I got a sample of this. 1,5 ml. First impression, Special scent . 9/10 It remind a little of Iron Duke from Beaufort London. Very masculine i love it!

Got it in a cracker and even though it's not my type and leans more masculine I really like how it's made, very well balanced. Oud and saffron are not at all medicinal, no weird nuances. Smells like forest to me with lots of different woods, bark, cones and something gives green pine needles note. Will keep it for layering.

I was sent this as part of a blind sniffing exercise to determine whether it was cheap or expensive. My general thoughts were that it smelled and probably should be...cheap but the overarching feel was one of minimal, hipster, modernity and as such I believed it to be expensive. I could just picture some hipster with a beard and a beanie hat, pedantically correcting something I said with an upward inflection at the end as if he was asking a question? This utter twattery and BANG ON the Money, blind appraisal aside, No.8 is a somewhat nondescript, peppery, woody perfume, which softens to the kind of musky, skin adornment one would associate with this sort of thing. Personally I can't hate this sort of thing, it's wearable for me but I do find it a bit bland and uninspired. Oh well.

Don’t have a full bottle. Got a tester after buying a pair of sneakers. So I only wore it a couple of times. The opening gets you excited but after a couple of hours it gets annoying. Quite straightforward, no development during the drydown.
