Definitely a Baccarat Rouge 540 inspired perfume. I haven't smelled the original, but I own Banana Republic Rosewood Amor, and from what I've heard, that one does smell pretty similar to BR540, so that's what I'll base my comparison off of. The three main notes I smell here are a fruity, sharp blackcurrant, doughy amber, and gooey caramel, with an overlay of synthetic bandaid/hospital/plastic accord that somehow suits it well. Tekapo is not overpowering, but it is long-lasting - I can smell it the next morning. I looked up pictures of Lake Tekapo to see the inspiration behind this fragrance, but this scent doesn't really call that scenery to mind, except that the synthetics could mimic fresh, bracing air. If you're looking for something cheaper than BR540 that performs well, this might be a good option - it's 130 euros for the 100 mL extrait, whereas BR540 extrait is 310 euros for the 70 mL.

Sweeter than what I was expecting. I can understand the Baccarat Rouge 540 vibes although this is less astringent. The blackcurrant is a fleeting top note. The caramel and sandalwood are the main players here. Too sweet for my tastes, but it's nice and would work well in cold weather.
